Workers were extremely rude. A guy was door dashing me food and the workers were trying to not give him my food because it was supposedly made an hour ago. food was cold and terrible. the workers told my door dasher that they were closed and didn't have my food when it was sitting there on a shelf and the worker stormed over there to finally bring it to the window to continue to resist giving my dasher my food making it colder in the process. the taco bell worker was more worried about getting a bad review than anything and being an asshole. here's your bad review you didn't think you'd get. read more

I asked about about a baja blast and the lady who answered my phone call on 12-20 showed me extreme attitude towards my question. I recommend people to not continue their engagement in this location anymore. When I came into the location. I was greeted with even more attitude and they messed up my order. read more

It's a Taco Bell, so you don't need me to decide if you should come here or not. I gave 4 stars to this location because the person working the drive-thru asked, "How are you doing today?" And I responded and asked how she was doing and she said, "I'm having a cheesy burrito-tastic day" in a nonchalant, dry tone... ...and I laughed for a few seconds before placing my order. It's been a long time coming, because I've eaten here nuuuumerous times, but today is your day for a review, Taco Bell of Mukwonago. Yes, it's close to home, and no, I can't eat here as much as I'd like (I'd be a bigger blimp than I already am), but that has nothing to do with why I go to this particular location. If I could give a zero star I would. I stopped by here on my way home with my Pregnant Wife and she wanted something to eat. We went through the drive-thru and ordered a Chicken Quesadilla and a Chalupa Cravings Box. I took my first bite of the Chalupa and noticed something hard and not chewable in the shell. I pulled on it and I had found a piece of cloth from either a hoodie or what looks like some sort of shoelace tugging out from the fried shell. I pulled it all the way out and it was about 4 inches long. I've never been so sick to my stomach from seeing that come out of my food. read more

Don't listen to the negative reviews, this Taco Bell was amazing, staff was nice, great experience, 10/10 would recommend.

For quality food, you get what you pay for, however I've always found Taco Bell to be the best fast food value. In restaurant dining at this location is like eating in the waiting area of an emergency room. Same sort of people ;nit as much blood). Drive through at this location is always good. We stopped in at 10:30 p.m., and the lobby was closed half an hour early. We then went to the drive through (which closes at midnight) and we were refused service because there were only two people working. They need more closing staff, a better manager, and more motivated workers. Extremely disappointed, take your business elsewhere. read more

I can't believe people complain about this Taco Bell! You want a crappy Taco Bell go to Delavan! This place has never got our order wrong... and we frequent it a great deal. Stopped at the drive thru on our way to the zoo and ordered 3 icees only to be told the machine was out of order. So we got our son a lemonade instead. Except that was broken as well. The employee was incredibly unfriendly and not at all apologetic for this inconvenience. All in all horrible staff, lack of social skills in any way ,and an overall bad experience. Always a long wait here. Typically only 2-3 cars in front of us at the drive thru & at least a 20 minutes wait, usually upwards of 30 minutes. Workers usually look like they're strung out on something & moving at a snails pace. read more

Never had this location get an order wrong, or be unfriendly at all. Been probably a half dozen times in the last year, ordering tacos and treats for the family. No complaints at all except for an occasional very long drive thru line. And it's nearly impossible to back up or turn around once you're in it. Especially if there are a lot of cars parked to either side in the lot. read more

Terrible, incompetent, staff. Not rocket-science to see that the person in the drive-thru ordered 7 items, there should be 7 items in the bag when they get home, not 5. I wouldn't write a bad review, but this has happened at this Taco Bell at least 2 out of 3 times eating there. I ordered a tostada and they put a scoop of beans on it and never spread it out. It looked like a giant meatball on top, my beans on the nacho bell grande were ice cold and hard as rock, and the hard shell Taco supremes had no cheese or sour cream on it. Someone must have been really upset working on Easter and whoever made this today should be fired. This place is a joke. read more

Me and a friend ate their yesterday, albeit at different times. We both had the loaded griller, buffalo chicken, we were both sick last night and today. The others that we had with us ate there at well, did not eat the buffalo chicken griller, and were totally fine.... be careful! read more
