This is just for anybody Who is looking forward to trying to work here. There's really great people here basically just the employees. But then the manager in charge of the store is usually going to give you a reeaaaal hard time if you don't do things "his way" I was always patient with this place but trust me it's not worth it. Now this is my opinion and just my experience and others who told me how they felt in this job here. Not this stores manager is one who can usually have anger issues and put out his frustration on others around him. He's a very good person but very bad with being a manager business wise. So if your looking to work here, don't until you know for sure there's not better opportunities for you in other places. Thank god I left I feel so much better, if you just knew the things we had to go through and have to do "his way" in order to save money for the company while cheating out most of customers. Good consistent service. When I am using the drive-through, they never fail to ask me how I am doing. They are quick and speedy in all the ways they provide service, in-store, drive-through, and delivery. I would know since i've tried them all. My orders can get complicated and moderately modified, I have never had an issue with my order being wrong. Everything tastes goods and is exactly how I like it! On the rare occasion that I have had to wait a bit for my order, one of the employees have come out and addressed us by apologizing for the wait, and they even give us coupons for free tacos on our next visit. I have been getting taco bell semi-regularly for a while now, and have never had a bad experience. The bad reviews you see here, are not representative of how the service is the majority of the time. People just typically don't write reviews when everything is good, only when they have a bad experience. I wish i could individually thank the employees by name for giving me consistently good experiences! 5/5 stars! read more

They should update their hours to say "WHO KNOWS" - I have gone to this location multiple times around 9 or 10pm and every single time they are closed. Once there was a note on the drive thru that said "CLOSED EARLY DUE TO NO STAFF" Sometimes they even block the drive thru with a cone while the inside is still open. It's 10:35am right now, I went to get some breakfast and once again they are closed. Don't bother going to this location. They charged me for the full order, only gave me half, and the half I got was incorrect, and they didn't give me a receipt. On top of that, their inside is closed, so I wasn't able to go get the rest of my food unless I waited through the drive through again. I used to be for a $15/hr minimum wage but this Taco Bell made me change my mind. These guys can't get an order right or fold a burrito properly to save their life. I'd rather drive to Ft. Hours online say 10:00-12:00. We showed up at 9:57 and sat at the drive through menu for 2 or 3 minutes. After no one helped us we pulled up to the window. I live very close to this Taco Bell so I've been there four times now and every single time the order has been incorrect in one way or another.... I've tried giving it multiple chances since it's location is close and convenient but after this last time I will NOT be back. I am vegetarian and haven't eaten meat in 5 years. The other day I went through the drive thru and I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap supreme and after three bites in I realized it had ground beef in it. I live 2 minutes from this location. I have been a few times with wrong orders all the time.. once was I ordered soft shells, receipt said regular soft shell, they gave me hard and supreme. Once, they even forgot half my order. Today put the icing on the cake. My husband went to get us lunch and I ordered the bean burrito. It's refried beans, cheese, sour cream, and RICE! Well, I took 1 bite and know something was wrong.. there was onion in it.. I went to scoop out the onion as I hate onion... and I kept pulling out piece by piece of onion. So, I opened it up.. they put DICED ONION in my burrito... Instead of rice, they put diced onion. GROSS!! So, my lunch was ruined and nonexistent. This place needs to get some better leadership. The people there are lazy, slow, and unmotivated. They block off the drive-thru with a metal sign in the morning even after they are supposed to be open. About an hour before they close the drive-thru gets extremely slow and backs up out to the road. They do this so they can send all the people that were waiting for 30 minutes home instead of serving them. On the rare chance I come up to the window I see the screen is full of red with all the orders that are over 15 minutes late. Seriously they need to get some better management and employees, if I was the owner and saw what's really going on, I would be very upset. We visited this Taco Bell Sunday afternoon. We were pretty disappointed. It was slow and we went inside to eat. Upon walking in, 2 girls working the drive-through were arguing and talking so loud we had trouble hearing the person taking our order. At one point one of them yelled "SHIT." We give our order. There was several of us and upon being given our order not one part of the order was correct. We had to go up multiple times to get condiments to fix it. Then the girl that made the food, started complaining about having to do the extra work to fix the order she messed up in the first place. I've worked in fast food and know that you can't expect fine dining at these places but this one just made me shake my head. read more

This poor dude seemed innocent from what I can see. So unfortunate! I've stopped at this location several times in the morning and they apparently open whenever they feel like it ?! Online says 7am but I've gone at 8 am still not open then asked a worker who was outside what time they open she said "maybe they're open now or 8:30" , how do you not know what time you open? My daughter and I visited your location and we waited for 10mins to order our food(that's not the issue). After ordering my meal and my daughters food, we waited 25mins to get our food. As I am sitting at the window and watching a black lady touching money, bags and her HAT then touching food with out washing her hands. As being a restuarant auditor there were so many violations. There was a young skinny white kid who was wearing gloves and touching his face. (I give credit to the short Hispanic girl who was bounching back and forth from registers to drive through taking orders). I get home and feed my daughter and put my babies to bed. Now I am finally being able to sit down and eat. So excited for my Taco Bell (being my favorite fast food) and open my bag to find all but one taco I ordered separately and no meal! I'm missing my entire #6!!!!! Got my drink that I gave my daughter. But nothing for me. Makes me want to go and spend the extra money at Culvers. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! read more

This location is always closed at least 1 hour sometimes 2 hours before actual closing time listed. New hours have been updated on google, however, staff will notify you that this location is closed. This has happened 4 times now, as early as 9:30pm. Last excuse was that they couldn't stay open until 12am because they had a minor working. Sounds like poor management and staffing. read more
