The best I can say is GOOD. My family orders from this franchise often in the Deerfield/ Coconut Creek areas. We took a chance and ordered from the Naples location on Radio Rd. Have to say, the food was ok. We ordered the Group Meals (30 pc family meal with the large sides) They forgot our veggies; the carrot and celery sticks and the fries were cold as if they sat for awhile and weren't fresh. I walked in to order takeout and the hispanic man at the counter was very rude to me; I'm white. Some hispanic guys walked in and he was polite to them. Some minutes later another white guy walked in and the hispanic man at the counter was rude to him as well. I waited for maybe around 15 minutes and had to ask if my order was ready. It was ready, but they never called my name. The other white guy got his order in only about a minute somehow, it must've been pre-cooked I guess. Great location with the customer service to back it up. lol Seriously, I enjoyed my food here I got the voodoo fries and open food to make sure everything was good. I noticed that I didn't receive that many fries to what I'm accustomed to .. when visiting one of these locations. The gentleman was very nice to remake order for me and let me have the other fries. The fries were delicious!!! I got the two new flavors that they have lemon garlic which was fantastic! The other flavor was hot lemon.. it has a little kick to it.. and was decent. I came in for my pickup order and saw a manager sitting down at one of the tables, I then went to grab my order and the drinks that came along with the combos and learned that the soda machine advertised with over 100+ flavors only had a couple zero and diet flavors. After refusing a refund for our drinks that totaled over $6, we accepted our lose and left with what was in the bags. Upon returning home which was a 15 minute drive, we realized only one of our 3 combos was correct, and we also were missing a brownie. We called and asked for a refund on our orders since every combo had something missing and would have to drive the distance back, they refused and only offered what was missing. What a nice surprise to have this place here at Berkshire. As of this writing, they have been open for nearly a month and are doing a great job after my first visit. I WILL be back again! Firstly, they advertise to use their app to order online, so why not? I downloaded the app and was able to easily make an order to this location. It's very user friendly and you are able to customize your orders from the entire menu, very cool. You also have the option of paying via the app or choosing to pay when you go to pickup as they aren't doing delivery.....yet? I forgot to ask if they ever would deliver. That being said, the location is nestled in between Publix and Walgreens and the store was very clean inside. The staff and owners of the franchise were very friendly, and my order was ready before the estimated 18 minutes the app announced it would be. Everything was as I had ordered, the owner thanked me for coming in and I was very pleased with the food. The wings come in many flavors of sauces and rubs, so I went easy with half mild sauce which was full of flavor, and half Louisiana Rub which was delish but hotter than I expected. However, I'd order it again. The wings themselves were juicy and dynamite! I also wanted to try the hand cut fries with just their regular seasoning (they have others). Surprisingly, the seasoning is a little sweet with that saltiness, and you can choose to order them extra done and crispy which is what I did. Very good, thicker fries than your usual fast food place, but definitely tasty. Fries are also noted soggy. Wings are slimy inside. I enjoy a well cooked wing. Be sure to check your requested seasonings. Last two orders I received, not even close to the request. A nightmare on Super Bowl Sunday. Ordered ahead of time for a 4:45 pm pickup. Waited over an hour and a half inside their store. Had to wait shoulder to shoulder inside the crowded store (about half masked) because they had no system in place to handle the number of orders they accepted. They took the orders AHEAD of time so they knew the volume but didn't do anything to manage the situation. Complete chaos. A couple customers were getting very angry. When I called to ask where the wings were they said I only ordered fries never saw fries for that price. First time trying Wong Stop since it recently opened in our location. We are very pleased with our experience. Manager (tall man w/ glasses) very welcoming and pleasant. He was kind to my husband and our children. Even interacted with the kids. We were looking over the menus and he gave us excellent combo options that would fit out wants best. The wings were an acceptable size and the privets are great. We collectively liked the mild and garlic parm wings. The lemon pepper was to salty for my liking however other very well have a better taste for it. We look forward to enjoying the wings again read more

Delicious food that is made from fresh ingredients and the staff at the store this evening delivered excellent customer service. Our family meal of tenders and fries was perfect. We tried three different flavors on our tenders. My favorite was the lemon pepper. Fresh hand cut (real) French fries were so good! Try the voodoo fries! We tried three different flavors of dips and they all tasted fresh made. And fresh bread rolls to top it off! I ended up getting some wings tossed in the spicy Korean sauce and others in the Hawaiian sauce.. The combo order came with a soda and a side item, I got the carrot and celery sticks with blue cheese.. the wings came out quickly, the sauces were great..the Korean was my favorite of the two, it has a little heat to it.. I can't take much heat but this was good.. the amount of celery and carrot sticks was huge.. normally you get 1 or 2 pieces at most places.. not here.. probably 10 pieces at least. I spoke with either the owner or manager, told her I was going to order the Louisiana Voodoo fries but wasn't exactly sure what they were.
