Not that I expect Taco Bell to be the best Mexican food.... but I mean I really love their tortillas and beans. However, specifically asked for things not to be on my burrito... (see my photo for reference). No cheese no sour cream, of course both are on the burrito. Didn't notice until I got to work so I tried to take as much off as a could. This is ridiculous this Taco Bell never fails to mess up my orders especially now. I had ordered my food and have been waiting a good hour and half and I received a call from a dasher saying that the workers said someone had picked up my order and dropped it off. I didn't receive anything then I'm talking to another dasher and they tell me that when they got up to the window that the workers said that different 5 people tried to pick up the order and that they didn't have it and they will not make it again. My husband and I used to go to this Taco Bell constantly. Probably way too much, as far as our waists and wallets are concerned. On an average week we'd visit at least 3 times: twice on weekend mornings, and once for dinner during the week. Mistakes used to be just occasional. Despite our very basic orders (either no modifications at all or simply removing meat for me), there would be an error typically once every week. Whatever, it's fast food, it's understandable, we dealt with it. Our last month of visiting this Taco Bell resulted in at least one mistake EVERY VISIT. Every time, without fail. We purposely ordered things we thought it would be difficult to mess up, and still they did. We'd order the same thing for simplicity, and somehow end up with different things. We'd get something with meat and end up with no meat. We'd order with no meat and end up with extra meat. Basic parts of basic recipes would be missing (ie, completely dry quesaritos). When we ordered things in bowls, cutlery was NEVER given. Ever. Even when we'd specifically ask for it. No straws given with drinks. I really could go on and on. Eventually we decided we had to stop wasting our money. This location is complete crap. Check your food before leaving-- not just that it's in the bag, but that it's made correctly too. Or, save yourself all the frustration and just go elsewhere. read more

So I ordered a supreme CHICKEN chalupa meal. I got home and everything is beef. Their beef is crap. If it tasted decent I wouldn't complain. This is the one time I didn't double check what was in my bag. It tasted like crap and was a waste of $10 since I didn't get what I ordered. Won't go back to that location. read more

My boyfriend and I ate here last night & now we are both up at 5am with stomach aches. Food at this location was also not the best. Hope it's not food poisoning. We ordered all of our food WITHOUT dairy and everything we received had dairy on it. We brought it back and told them, they took the bag and claimed they looked at all of the food and none of it had dairy on it. They refused to remake the food when there was visible cheese on every item. What do you expect us to do with a bunch of food we can't eat??? I guess I hardly ever get Taco Bell for a reason, how do you mess up a cheese quesadilla when you aren't even very busy? Got a chicken quesadilla with some sauce in instead. I walked in and ordered. The girl behind the counter was smart enough to figure out that I was a vegetarian or a vegan (I asked for no meat-add beans) and she wanted me to know there there was sour cream and cheese in the sandwich, and was that ok? Good girl! Then I mentioned that I usually pick the tomatoes off, and she said "why would you do that? That's what we're here for!". I didn't want to be too much of a pain in the neck and tomatoes can be picked off. Food was done correctly and very fast. Pretty accessible being right off of 95. Kind of weird how you drive in near some a plaza and urgent care. Not in the safest neighborhood but plenty of parking. The drive thru lines are always super long, I have waited a half an HR in drive thru before to get my boyfriend what he wanted when I got home from work. Taco Bell it is the fast food category, which has been the case for every Taco Bell I've been to excluding this one. I have go here in the past and have had the same problem, but not as bad. This problem like every other problem I've had was based on time, but yesterday 7/25/2015 was outrageous. We ordered are food at 6:48 and didn't get it until 7:01. Like come on now that is not fast food! Then my friend ordered this that were ALREADY made, which where the new ball desert they have and that took an easy ten minutes.
