I wish I could say this was an exaggeration, but it's the exact nightmare that unfolded at Taco Bell on Saturday. I waited 30 minutes for an order that should have taken 5-7 minutes. Thirty. Minutes. While I stood there politely asking what was happening, an employee shouted back at me -- not once, but repeatedly -- like I had personally ruined their whole day. I was stunned, embarrassed, and absolutely furious. This wasn't a moment of stress -- it was outright hostility. People working in customer service should be able to speak to customers without screaming. The lack of basic respect, the refusal to apologize, and the complete disregard for anyone's time felt intentional and abusive. I left hungry and humiliated. I've worked in retail and food service before; I understand things get busy. This was not "busy." This was bad management, bad training, and employees behaving as if customers owed them an apology. If your business tolerates staff who yell at paying customers and make you wait half an hour for a fast-food order, you're doing it wrong. I've reported this to corporate and I'm posting here so others don't waste their time. Management needs to take immediate action -- retrain, replace, or at the very least, apologize to customers who were treated like garbage. Ordered 60$ worth of food in general all of the food was stingy the cheesy roll ups had literally nothing but bread our burritos were burrito supremes and they had nothing but beans and lettuce they forgot a taco and the Ai drove through machine sucked. Nachos bell grande had less in general than the 5$ cheaper loaded nachos. The chalupas were flat and almost inedible. Taco Bell is my go to place when I want to get away with my tablet and have a meeting with food. I love the cheap deals they have on the app. I use the app to gain points and grab cheaper meals with a good value. Cashiers are always pleasant. Tables are usually clean. You can sit in multiple places to charge your devices. The drive thru is pretty busy but goes quickly. The manager was honest in her conversation of waiting for a part from a foreign country to fix the other soda machine. She even filled up my drink for me. I appreciated that. read more

Taste like Taco Bell maybe slightly better than some. What I like about this place ia the staff is cool. If you have an issue they are accommodating. Same goes for the rest of my items - was charged extra and didn't receive anything extra and instead, other crap was in my Gordita that I did not request and couldn't eat. This location completely disregards your order notes/ special requests (which they CHARGE you for) and gets orders *completely wrong*. If you are vegetarian do not eat here!! Incompetent, careless employees who do not follow directions and waste your money. Ordered twice from here via Uber Eats and both times they totally screwed up my order. Will never order from this location again. My dinner ended up in the garbage. Only two requests when I walk into a Taco Bell... It's clean and the team behind the counter is friendly. This place connected both of them. We just just looking for a quick lunching and that's exactly what this was. We walked in to a bright (three window walls) restaurant and the girl behind the counter smiled at us and asked how she could help.... We placed our order and two minutes later we were sitting and eating our meal.. Some Tacos (do I really need to review) and the new crispy taco slider. They make this from a soft tortilla and person folds and grills... Not bad, I had the sriracha chicken which had plenty of tender chicken and was a bit spicy in a nice crunchy shell. They had a few different varieties which I think I'll try on my next visit. Kudos to TB... I have been a fan of this chain since a teen and they have always been looking for was to shake up their menus from time to time... He looked like he was getting annoyed and called out to the people in the back cooking. He yelled out HELLO and stated that he had already been waiting there 5 minutes. His order wasn't even taken. After he put his order in me and my husband put in ours. I ordered a California Crunch Wrap since I saw this came with avocado inside and I am a fan of avocado. My husband ordered an am burrito with bacon. I also ordered a regular iced coffee. We waited around for our order which seemed to be taking a long time. It was about 10:45 a.m when our order was taken. Someone was joking with the guy in front of me saying the mail was going to be late today. I then realized the guy ahead of me was a mailman and he had parked the mail truck right outside. A group of young guys walked in and placed their order. We decided to take a seat and wait for our order since this looked like it would take quite some time. After what seemed like a few minutes the lady behind the register started calling out food orders that belonged to the group of young guys that had walked in after us. Huh! How you figure? My husband looked at me and said maybe breakfast is just not their thing. Maybe they ordered, lunch. At this point I see the mailman grab his order and head to the door. On his way out he looked at me and smiled. He said they take forever! Finally our number for our order was called. I was all excited to try out the Taco Bell breakfast. I have to say our items were very hot and fresh. I bit into what I taught was my California crunch wrap. It was a good crunch wrap just not the one I ordered. It had a lot of bacon in it. I look up at my husband eating his burrito and I noticed his burrito had avocado in it. Was your Burrito supposed to have avocado in it, I asked. He said no and then we realized that our fillings were swapped. It was too late to correct the order and I definitely did not want to wait around here any longer. I ate half of my crunch wrap then switched over to my husbands half burrito. What can you do right? My iced coffee tasted good. It had too much sugar. I know this because I was crunching sugar crystals in my mouth with every gulp. Not sure if this place is shortstaffed or just unorganized but I feel bad for them. I think something needs to be done to save this Taco Bell from going under. I will try and find some sort of goodness within this fiasco called a visit to Taco Hell. Pulling up to the drive thru, it was overwhelming. I cannot remember the last time I needed a laxative, but apparently today was the day. The ordering menu was full of stuff I was never aware of that Taco Bell even offered. I think there was a mini-anxiety attack starting as all I could think was..oh god, please let there be something I remember from the caveman era. Tacos, yes....oh oh...there is the Chalupa. I remember something about the Chalupa bread being tasty (my mind forgot the fact that the only thing good about the Chalupa was the bread). I just knee jerked and said I will have the #6. The voice then said, beef or chicken. Another choice, OMG....ok, chicken, no I mean beef. I did not know what I meant. I finally decided on beef. Then the voice said, what drink...ok...a diet??? What do they serve here. I now know its Pepsi products. So I ordered 2 Chalupas,1 Crispy taco and a drink. This sounded like way too much food. Why is everything in the form of "last supper" type proportions. The lady at the window was nice, handing me my drink and taking the cash. I guess they take the cash so quickly incase the smell of that, I don't know what to call the smell coming out of the drive thru window. But it was weird beyond weird. She then asked if I would like sauces with my meal. The brain area some what remembered that sauce factor, so I said yes, not so spicy please. Next thing I know the bag is out the window and she is wishing me to have a good day. Ok, so she was friendly enough and the process was probably ok, except for the fact that I have not eating at Taco Bell in years. Now I was at the point of no return. Well not really, but I felt committed.First out of the bag the Chalupa. The bread looked the same, it was crispy, really crispy. More like over crispy. I think I remember it being soft yet a bit buttery maybe, maybe I was dreaming, anyway it was take a bite time. At first glance this thing looks like a glorified taco. It is right. Its a taco with the different bread. The bite was stunning. Nothing had any taste. It looked like tomato, lettuce, cheese, beef....sour cream somewhere....but none of it had flavor. I take that back, the beef had flavor. It tasted and looked something like what would be a swirly meatish sauce, if I had to describe it visually.....add a can of potted meat to a can of Kennel Ration and add some I don't know, taco kinda flavoring. As I look around the car, I am asking is anyone around to tell me what the hell this is I am eating. This cannot be what they serve. I added the taco sauce thinking this surely would help it. No...nothing will help it. I almost would rather eat my most hated food in the universe than this taco wrapped in a bad Chalupa shell. Let me also add that whoever made this thing must be mad at the world for working at Taco Bell, because they put the glob of sour cream at the end, so that when you bite into it, the whole thing plops out. I some how made it through the Chalupa, thinking ok, the crispy taco might be better. Did someone seriously slip me some drugs today, or have I totally lost every bit of sense I have accumulated in my lifetime cause this is some irrational behavior on my part. The hand goes in the bag and I find the crispy beef taco. Seriously, they would not put that Kennel Ration beef on the beef taco, would they? Oh yes they would and oh yes I am clearly not using my intelligence appropriately today. I cant even describe this pitiful looking taco. Am I just too old now to understand this is what children of the 80's are eating now and actually seem to be okay with this crap. Was I so young when I ordered Taco Bell back in the day that I don't remember that it was crap then and its still crap now. No, I don't think so. I remember when Taco Bell really cook up the beef and the beans and the cheese tasted like cheese, and the tomatoes and lettuce were freshly chopped....and sour cream did not come out of a container that looked like you should be caulking a bathroom. Those days we did not need Dorito flavored shells because the tacos insides actually tasted pretty good. The reason you need to order a Dare Devil Loaded Griller with Fiery Ghost Pepper is because without the hot as hell, burn your bum winker, this food is basically flavorless and looks like dog food. I think that dog food probably has more flavor. I would presume that the bad happened earlier today when I made the poor decision to turn right at the border, but something tells me that the worst is yet to come. I have plenty of Soft Charmin and Baby Wipes standing by for the what could probably be best described as Nuclear Warfare meets the King of Porcelain. All I can hope for is that the gaseous wafts of Kennel Ration Chalupa meet bad Taco do not somehow suffocate my loving mate. read more

Whenever I come in here its pretty empty. Which is a great thing. No silly line to deal with. The food tastes like taco bell and is usually fresh. I've never had something and questioned how long ago did they concoct this. The workers aren't particularly nice but they aren't horrible. Nice enough. It's usually well kept. Not a whole bunch of garbage lying around. It's a pretty decent place as far as taco bells go. I've never ordered anything from the pizza hut menu so I don't know about that side. read more

This is a piss poor excuse for a fast food restaurant. It's a shame that this is the closest Taco Bell to me. Also a shame that my kid likes the Pizza Hut pizzas. The staff doesn't care that people are left waiting around. They make the tacos. But fail to make the pizza. So while your tacos sit there getting cold they start on the pizza. No organization. They operate at two speeds, slow and stop. I asked where my pizza was and they were like "I'm making he breadsticks.....but you can have your tacos now..." as she pushes the bag to me....I had to remind her that my order was To go so it didn't make a difference if the tacos were ready. Been coming here for about 8 years, and they just renovated the place a few years back, and looks better now. It's a great place to go with friends and family and of all ages.
