Food is always good; but tonight me and my friend went there, ordered a 5$ nacho fry box, a mt dew baja blast freezie, a 1.50$ chips and cheese, and a 12 pack Cinnabon's. Paid 15.99, we're asked to pull up into a spot to wait for our Cinnabon's, so we did. 5 mins later a worker comes out asks us "I'm sorry I forgot, what were you guys waiting for?" We start to list stuff and the first thing we say is 12 pack cinnamon bons, and she said "ohhhh yeah I remember okay I'll go get them" and walks away. She comes back 10 minutes later with a 5$ Taco Box, and the 12 pack Cinnabon's. That's it. We say we had more than this, and tell her there was a sprite that was supposed to come with the taco box, a mt dew freezie, a chips and cheese. She comes back with; a bag with chips and cheese, what we wanted! With a bunch of cinnamon twist things, I don't know if she gave them to us on accident or on purpose for the inconveniences, but not equal, because the two drinks she brought with the chips and cheese was wrong :( 2 Mountain Dew baja drinks. You walk in and they completely ignore you hoping you will use those god awful disgusting self service screens to order! They are very rude to you when you ask for assistance and there are definitely not enough people at this location to cover what they need. They don't care to take 15-20 minutes to get your order out which is not only what happened to me today on my lunch break but I observed it happened to 2 others as well and while I was sitting there they had 2-3 orders to correct because they completely messed them up! My girlfriend and I always go to the lowest rated fast food restaurants wherever we travel. We noticed this specific Taco Bell had the lowest rating that we've seen so far. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have been to this Taco Bell more than a handful of times this past summer and fall & they are the WORST chain I have ever been to. The wait at least a 15min wait and the food is ALWAYS wrong. Their customer service is no better and there is no one to blame but their poor management. Last time I was there, it was about 11:30PM (they close no earlier than 2AM) and as I pulled up to the speaker to order no one greeted me, so I eventually said hello. The lady working the drive through came on the speaker and rudely said "were closed" and that was it. I pulled around to the front to check the hours on the door and as I get to the window two employees jumped and hid from my view. I come to find out they were not closed and when I called the "manager" answered and told me she was too sick and that they'd be closing early, accompanied by giggles in the background. (I'm a manager for a different fast food chain, you never close the entire store because ONE employee is sick?) sounded like someone just didn't want to be working any longer and decided they'd just close the place down. The SAME lady I dealt with that time was in the drive through next time I decided to give Taco Bell a chance, as I pulled up to the window to hand her my money and she's angrily yelling that she wants to fight the customer in the drive through behind me? What in the WORLD is going on at that TB, I have no idea but every person in the town of NL has nothing but awful things to say about their poor management and customer service. Wishing I would have read the reviews on this place before sitting in the drive through for literally 35 minutes with only 2 drivers ahead of me and no one behind me, my 8 month old screaming bloody murder in the back seat wasn't adding to my already garbage experience and when we pulled up to the window there was no "hey sorry for waiting so long " or any apology at all she looked more than miserable to be there herself and there were a few other staff members standing behind her so not sure what the issue was but definitely won't be returning to this location. I wish that I could give a zero star rating. Visited here yesterday and had the worst customer service experience of my life. I've been here many times in the past and it was fine. They now have a self-serve kiosk that you are required to use to place your order when dining inside. No workers will assist you with it. They all stay in the back. The people ahead of us in the kiosk line had difficulties with it, too. A very unpleasant looking girl came out to the counter, yelled out my name and literally just threw the tray on the counter. I had to stop her from leaving to ask for a glass, which she also threw on the tray. She never said a word or even acknowledged me. When she walked away the second time I told her that they have terrible customer service. She still said nothing, just gave me a dirty look and walked away. Additionally, almost every table in the place was dirty and the garbage cans were so full that our trash barely fit in the can. We will never go back there again! read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Drive thru always takes 20+ minutes. Went tonight for a quick bite to eat. After 25 minutes of being there I finally got my food. Not one thing I ordered was correct. Employees were extremely rude when I went inside to get it corrected. After the rudeness of the employees I just asked for a refund and no food. I was told that the employee closed out her drawer and I had no choice but to wait for them to remake my food. So finally 45 minutes later I left. And they wouldn't give me a reciept. While walking in I saw all the flashy signs and had hoped for something great. The smell of the kitchen and the bathroom mixing together was like pure heaven. The employee behind the counter was ready to take it. My order was simple two supreme tacos with extra cheese, triple steak nacho, a large cheese nacho, and a large drink. I was expecting greatness only time could tell if my proficy would be foretold, approximately five minutes. During the wait I often worried how was my steak being handled, was the cheese the correct temperature, most importantly was the microwave working. While I was thinking the employee in a flash took my cup out from the counter and placed it in front of me. With a smile she said thank you. I felt like her smile was hypnotizing me and all the sudden in my head I heard get some more tacos, so before I knew it I had ordered four more HARD shell tacos. After that she said is that all with the same smirk, and all I could think of was more, more, more. So again with the employees hypnotizing tactics, making me order more food. I chose the bean burrito. After that I knew that my order was complete. I had placed a mental barrier one so big that she could not use my hunger to manipulate me anymore. When she popped the question again my immediate answer was yes that is all. Then I firmly grasped the cup and was off taking approximately five steps to the pop machine. While their the choices were very intimidating baha blast Mountain Dew, Mountain Dew, Pepsi, Seira Mist, and water. My final decision would be the toughest of the visit to Taco Bell. Ultimately Baha Blast was destined to be enjoyed by me and only me. Looking around only seeing the one employee she grazed into my eyes. At one point my anus almost released excriment being as scary as she was to me. She then said your order is ready sir. Then walking very carefully my arms extended by themselves and the tray was just in my hands. Now it was time to choose a seat. I looked over my options front, back, in the corner. The tables were excellently staged, and I thought that they played a key role in the overall atmosphere and experience at TacoBell. It was time for my decision, I chose the middle, the spotlight, everyone else was looking up at me. I had placed the tray in the middle of the table about three inches away from me. Now it was time, I started with the basic cheese nachos had taken the first chip and dug some extra cheese on to it gracefully when it touched my tastebuds it touched my soul. Each chip bear enough flavor to make you forget that you are on earth. Eventually once I was finished with this soul food it was time for the tacos 6 tacos they were all supreme. They were on the verge of perfection. The fit in my hand perfectly and nothing fell out of the back. The meat was seasoned with the finest spices TacoBell has to offer. The lettuce was crisp, and was the perfect color. The tomatoes are what really made these tacos they were hearty and ripe and were a lightly toned red. The shell really held together well and made the entire experience worth it's while. In between tacos I had taken gulps of Baha Blast, it really complimented the tacos in a that I hadn't expected. Next it was the steak nacho. I had pried open its box and took a look inside. Some say that they have seen greatness, not many have tasted it. The Steak was seasoned just as good as the the taco meat, but I noticed something a little different about it their were these small round gewey balls with droplets of white cream sauce. The sauce was very tart, but also sweet at the same time. The balls almost had a bit of a crunch to them but once in my mouth started to melt away effortlessly down my throat. The chips really were just magnificent and had almost a light yellow color which just added to what was a fantastic dish. Finally the bean burrito was definitely the breadwinner of the meal. Ultimately making this meal into a feast. It started with a delicious soft flower tortilla coated with a brown paste that added a smooth texture. Then on the inside it was a brown mush that was just the right consistency that contained some corn and nuts. It really surprised me to find such fine ingredients in this TacoBell I feel that workers really put everything they had into it. That is why my rating is 5 stars read more
