Wondering why the staff always starts cleaning up 45 minutes before they close. Will say open until 1 am but will peer inside at the staff closing up shop. First, their prices are about $2 more than the Newburgh location per item. Secondly, you sit in the Drive-Thru line for a half hour waiting for your food when there might be maybe one car or two ahead of you. If you can hit another Taco bell, just do that LOL read more

The staff here suck. My friends and I came in and ordered it took 20-30 minutes to get our food. I ordered my food on the kiosk and wanted to pay cash but the lady working got an attitude with me saying I needed to pay first in order to make my food like I was supposed to know that. Meanwhile me and my friends were standing there waiting to pay the whole time they could've came to the register and asked if we needed something. The proceeds to mess up my friends order and make a mess of the food and when she was trying to get the workers attention, they walk away. They had absolutely no sense of urgency to make the food when many people were waiting as well. Please fire these people. read more

The order I placed was very good. The food was fresh. The only downside was using DoorDash. Even though I wrote down specific instructions, somehow they always seem to get it wrong. And 90% of these people don't speak English. It's becoming quite frustrating in that I'm not sure I'm going to use that service anymore read more

Placed mobile order and half my order was missing - went back to get the other half 20 minutes before closing and told me that they threw away all the food so could not make any more food - placed the order WELL in advance for them to get this right - will not be returning to this location read more

This is one of my favorite places to eat. It's definitely my daughter's lol. I love the potato bowl with cheese and sour cream. My daughter loves almost everything on the menu. There's a beef and cheese chalupa(I believe it's called) that she orders me and I'm not fond of many tacos but this one is absolutely fire!We get to spend some bonding time there as well. Very clean eating area and bathroom (surprisingly since we all know the taco bell effect lol) and can mix n match any sodas of our choice thank you for giving us memories to last a lifetime read more

Went on a weeknight and went through the Drive-Thru. We had a large order and they got everything right. Almost everything was hot, fresh and tasty. But I have two complaints: (1) We received two bags for our food but they shoved almost everything into one bag that was filled to the top and with the weight of everything in it by the time we got it home there was hole in the bottom of the bag and the food starting falling through it; (2) The first bag that was overflowing had crunchy beef tacos in it that we ordered but they ended up on the bottom of the bag under a bunch of burritos we also ordered and they were so squashed they could only be eaten by scooping them off of the paper lining with a spoon! The other bag contained a chicken fajita and three bags of cinnamon twists - certainly they could have put the crunchy tacos in this bag so they wouldn't get crushed! Hoping they use common sense in the future otherwise I won't be going to this location again. read more

This isnt the worst taco bell in the area like other reviews suggest. Its honestly fine, and its brand new so its clean. Going through the drive thru was a little slow but its ok. Its taco bell.. not a michelin star restaurant what do you actually expect? read more

Every time I get a Sierra Mist here or really any kind of soda, it literally tastes like carbonized tap water. I don't know if you guys water down your drinks but if you do that's really disappointing and gross. read more

This is definitely the worst Taco Bell in the area. The service is subpar, and they will literally serve you empty taco shells, or broken shells, with just lettuce. That has been my experience. There are so many other things that have gone wrong with my orders that I can't even list. I can't talk for other people, but I live right around the corner and used to frequent this location often. I give multiple chances wherever I go, but the last visit was the straw that broke the camels back. The management here must be horrible. They are always out of items and my orders have continuously been wrong. If I'm in the mood for Taco Bell, I rather take the drive to Newburgh. The service and the way my food has been packaged (sloppy, disorganized, given broken and wet bags, missing items and ingredients, etc) always made me feel like they just don't care. I wish I had taken pictures of the bags my food has been delivered to me in -- soaking wet from being served tacos with lettuce drenched in water. I've had better service and experiences in neighborhoods that you wouldn't even want to buy food in. This location just doesn't care. read more

Woke up on my day off with a craving for Bell Breakfast, hadn't had it since I was a kid. Placed an order at the relatively close location, and after going through all the hoops, I find out they're closed... until 11AM, effectively negating their breakfast. Find the next closest location, here, and place the order online and it doesn't go through. So after all this delay I go there, arrive at 10:35, they open at 8 and breakfast is served until 11, so I'm good. Pull up to the drive-thru and they tell me they're temporarily closed... for a half-hour, so even if I wait 30 minutes they won't be serving breakfast. I drove a half-hour each way (when gas is closing in on $5 a gallon) and have nothing. Ridiculous. New Windor Taco Bell, please change your posted hours of operation to "when we feel like it" to increase accuracy. And then there's the menu. The age-old joke was that Taco Bell has the same dozen ingredients organized differently across hundreds of items, but doing so allowed the customer to get exactly what they wanted (not a priority anymore.) 1.) You still have (or could easily reaquire) all the ingredients to make an enchirito, 7-layer burrito, MEXIMELT, nacho supreme, allow ALL items to sub chicken or steak, loaded grillers, nacho supreme, XXL burritos, beefy crunch burritos, and on, but won't serve them. Are your employees not smart enough to learn how to make them all, or even too dumb to follow a pictured walkthrough of how to make them? 2) Each location only serves a portion of the online menu; when I went to the Newburgh store and ordered a quesarito, they claim to never have heard of it. So I pull up the menu on my phone and show them, and they claim that it isn't a real company website (it was www.tacobell.com) Speaking of which, 3.)Could you please teach your employees the phrase "we don't serve that item at this location" instead of having them pretend to never have heard of it and treating the customer like they're delusional? I mean, did you use a Men-In-Black neurolyzer on them? The menu, the hours, the service... I guess that Taco Bell that I knew and loved as a kid went out of business... it's dead. read more

I was given a tray with no liner on it (like McDonald's does). Employees seem to just wipe them clean. Not sanitary.
