I'm able to write this review while waiting for my food because it has been over 45 minutes since I ordered. For some reason the employees of this Taco Bell don't think my time is valuable because I can hear them playing games in the back and two are just out in the lobby, people who have come in before me have gotten their food. I'm completely in awe of how slow paced they are moving and how little they have cared as I tell them I've been waiting for too long. I will definitely not be coming back to this Taco Bell and I recommend no one else does. read more

I don't know what happened to this Taco Bell. I've lived in this town my entire life and Taco Bell has gone down tremendously. I know it's not a gourmet restaurant, but the only person that knows how to be polite and has good customer service there is a younger boy with glasses and light hair that flares out of the side of his hat. Sweet boy. Everyone else cuts you off in the middle of giving your order to give you the total, and then they sigh or get upset when you politely tell them you aren't finished, or if you just keep ordering. And there's always a problem every time I go there. Either my food is soggy when I get home, which means they aren't rotating food properly (I live 20 seconds away), or everyone has an attitude and they're just plain rude. read more

Worst Taco Bell in the local area. Always mess up my order in the Drive-thru and then I have to drive around the whole block to go in and have them correct/remake my order. I will be taking my business to Taco Town for now on! read more

Ugh this was a terrible experience. We were there at 11pm friday night, the young lady couldn't hear our order - kept getting it wrong. We finally got it posted correctly on the screen and she read it back to us to ensure that it was accurate. We got home missing half the food, the other items we got had so many jalapenos in there that they were completely inedible. Total waste of $25. read more

I would give zero stars if that was an option, I went in there tonight at 7:50 and I had a very simple order just one of the toasted cheddar chalupa boxes, and I end up having to wait 30 minutes for a chalupa and two tacos which is ridiculous so I just go home , as soon as I get home to open the box and it is not what I ordered at all , so I go back up there to get my box replaced with what I originally ordered and it was terrible, my food was sloppy, not very well put together, thank you Taco Bell for wasting my time , my money and my gas , this establishment is a disgrace read more

So, we (husband and i) went here after work one day (11am). We (I am allergic to onions "I know it's uncommon"). So, I wanted a bean burrito with no onions. They are out of beans. (year ago), and I ask if they can substitute black beans that they use for their cantina dishes. I was told it was 11:12 so, impossible. Weird, but whatever. I order a bean burrito, they use rice. First let me just say that the workers there are always very polite and friendly, and I believe they are working as hard as they can to get everyone their order ASAP. However, I've been to this particular establishment 3 times over the last two months between the times of 7-10pm, and I've had to wait no less than 15 minutes, one time more than a half hour as a handful of customers and I exchanged joking conversation about how ridiculous this was. I can accept longer waits during lunch hour or rush hour when people are coming home from work, but not at the times I have visited. I'm not sure what Niceville's obsession is with Taco Bell, but often the drive thru has a dozen cars wrapped around at 10pm. It's absolutely mind blowing... I definitely won't be returning anytime soon just because of this town's addiction to Taco Bell and the subsequent long wait because of it. The workers work hard, remain friendly (and I'm sure they feel the pressure), but this place is always slammed and definitely is not the "fast food" definition. read more

I genuinely am VERY upset with Taco Bell right now. You guys have messed up my order so many times I can't count anymore. And tonight was a whole new story...me and my friend went to Taco Bell for our usual late night run. This time we went and they messed up our Taco salads and we drive all the way and they proceeded to be very rude to us as we asked for them to fix it. And honestly we drove about 15min out of our way again to get it sorted out. Then in my opinion they should give someone something for free if they mess up their order that badly...but oh the lady had to close the window in our face and ask the other lady oh can we do that...and then pretty much threw them at us when she gave them to us. I'm just really upset because I give you guys soooo much business yet you proceed to mess up my order and be rude to me! If anyone wants horrible service and bad management go to the Niceville Taco Bell by KFC. You won't be disappointed in getting your order messed up. y'all must get paid to be stupid! first of all you guys can't count! i ordered a 4 pack of rolled chicken tacos and got 2 AND you forgot two tacos. there's a random chalupa in the bag. we waited about 20 minutes to get the food to us and we didn't wanna wait in line again to correct the order. i could hear the workers yelling and cussing inside through the closed drive through window. read more

So disappointed with the service at this location. They have messed up my order multiple times and each time they have an attitude about having to correct their mistake (which I have looked over and not complained about several times). My friend and I went to the drive through and ordered chicken taco salads but were given beef (which I actually cant eat without getting sick) as we found out when we got home (15 mins away)So we had to drive all the way back wait in line about 15-20 mins and after talking to 2 people finally was helped and got our correct order. Would like to note we did recieve free cinnimon twists to the chagrin of the employees. I niceley asked if we could have something for our trouble (the hour round trip ordeal) and mistake and they seemed very hesitant and after shutting the window on us and discussing it with the manager (im assuming) she gave us some twists with something like a simple "here." Bottom line I never heard a sorry for the inconvenience or so sorry for the wait how can I correct it for you..they never want to be very helpful there after they mess things up which has happened more than once.
