I had the double meat burger plus fries and a drink, and the meal was very tasty. The only downside was the napkins, there re no napkin dispensers on the counter, a couple of napkins come on the tray and that's it. I would've gone up to the counter and asked the cashier for more napkins but she was very busy taking customers orders. read more

Lucy is the most INSUFFERABLE manager I have EVER had the displeasure of speaking with. Miss Jackie (who's normally there when I go) and handles every order with class and care, should be in Lucy's place as the manager. I'm genuinely APPALLED by the EXTREME lack of care, respect, compassion, and understanding that I felt while filing, what was originally supposed to be, a SMALL complaint over the phone. (This literally wasn't even gonna be a big deal and then LUCY got disrespectful within our call :))))) I've been a manager and I'm DISGUSTED with her attitude and behavior, she was so effortlessly unprofessional. Now I have come here to tell you all, if you see this manager: LUCY working while you're there, and something's not right with your order, DO NOT expect to be handled respectfully and DO EXPECT to be treated inappropriately and disrespectfully. Went in tonight, made sure to emphasize over the speaker in the drive through that there's usually a mix-up on my order and it's normally made incorrectly, Jay assured me it would be made correctly. When I finally opened up my order it wasn't made correctly yet again. (Found out when I got home instead of trusting my gut and checking the bag in the drive through like I normally do). I then developed nausea and even started sweating within the next half hour after I ate and my food was desperately trying to come back up (which is not normal, I order this regularly). I assumed my food may have been tampered with if they thought I was being annoying by asking that they double check that the order was made correctly. I called the manager a couple hours after to make her aware of what happened only to be met with obnoxiously loud music in the office (not even turned down till I frustratingly asked her to) denial that my order was made incorrectly (I was like why tf am I literally being gaslit by a fcking MANAGER right now) only to be hung up on and not handled appropriately by ANY means. Extremely disappointed, forever disgusted, and just contacted corporate for my first time to complain about the lack of respect and concern from the manager herself. read more

This whataburger is great when it comes to hot and fresh food coming out especially when dining in, which the employees do a great job at providing ketchup and other sauces and condiments that you might want , the drive thru can be very slow which is the reason for one less star but overall good for a whataburger and a fast food restaurant read more

The food was so hot, delicious and fresh that I didn't even think to take pics. It seems like every single time I go to Whataburger, I get cold, old stale food but NOT this time. I got TOP tier food from this location. I'm talking the whole time I was eating, I was just raving about how delicious it was. Baby, my patty melt was piping hot. It was melting as it should be and as depicted on commercials and pics. The sauce was oozing as I took each bite. Not oozing in a messy manner but oozing in preparation for the next morsel. Now, most people don't put enough sauce and the burger be dryer than a Popeye's biscuit. My melt was so juicy and moisturized. The bread was soft and fresh like it was freshly baked in house. Good amount of onions that were actually grilled with a nice crunch. Perfection. Normally when I order a large fry it be looking like somebody on the line got hungry and ate some of my fries. The large fry I received was filled to the top and overflowing. I was astonished to see a properly filled carton of fries. My only complaint would be that they mixed fresh fries with warm ones but my patty melt was so good that it outweighed this flaw. The person with me got a double Whataburger and theirs was also piping hot and delicious. Could've used a little more mayo, they said but overall delicious and completely satisfied. We both agreed this was the BEST Whataburger experience we've had in YEARS. We did have to wait a bit but I was beyond HAPPY to wait to get fresh HOT tv ad food. I do not mind waiting for HOT DELICIOUS food. I also liked the fact that most workers seemed to be wearing masks and gloves, at least the ones I could see from the window. I eat here quite regularly, usually getting the Whataburger Jr combo. It's the perfect proportion for me. The fries could be a bit more crispier. Otherwise this Whataburger is a great place for a local meal. Their service has gotten super quick now too due to more staff. read more

Had to stop here to see what all the hype was about and....I now understand lol. Their burgers are AMAZING! We got the #1 and the patty melt, and the apple pie, and Cinnabon. The burgers and fries were superb! The Apple pie tasted super homemade and the Cinnabon was regular. We went through the drive thru and they forgot our apple pie, so I went back in and they were super apologetic. Customer service was great and the drive thru was relatively quick. This is a very good spot. Solid burger for a fast food joint. We preferred a lot, and we were difficult customers, but our whole order was right. Much respect. Those are our Lords true warriors.
