I am a door dash driver and I came in on sat evening Aug 10 2024 to pick up an order and the girl who was supposed to be helping out at the counter was on her phone with her back turned away from the front. In this day and age everyone is addicted to their phones and its annoying so this is sadly common anywhere you go. No one provides customer service anymore. Whenever I come across this what I like to do is not say anything and see how long it takes before the employees finally do their job without being told to do it. I waited.....and waited. I was there over 5 minutes and the girl never once turned around to see if anyone possibly came in. She never even pulled her head up once from her phone to get some air. I started making noises. I tapped my fingers on the counter, I cleared my throat, I coughed. STILL not a single movement from this chic. Nothing. On top of that, two of her coworkers making food noticed me standing there and neither of them asked me if I was being helped or even at least told her that I was there and she should help me. Finally after waiting for about 7 or 8 minutes ANOTHER girl came up front and asked me what order I was waiting on. I was waiting on one order already and just as she asked me I got another order for this place. STILL this chic who is SUPPOSED to be manning the counter still never moved a muscle. Back still turned to me, face still super glued to her phone. When the other girl asked me if my order was for Tina, that was the order that I had just received. I said I am waiting for Anna but I JUST got Tina so yes I need that one as well. At the sound of the name "Anna" is when the girl who couldn't pry herself away from her tik tok videos turned around and grabbed the order that I had been waiting for and handed it to me then she turned back around to her exact position of back facing the counter and head back in her phone like the zombie that she is. Fast food restaurants are paying people $16-17 an hour and what are they getting for that? Zero work ethic. People not even pulling their face out of their phone for anything. I recently went to this location and genuinely could not believe the employees. They over charged me and gave me the wrong items. When I mentioned I received the wrong items and was over charged I expected my change and the correct orders. I was more than patient and spent 10 minutes explaining why I needed change and not one of the 4 people working there understood what I was trying to explain. The chicken quesadillas were a disgrace. The tortilla was burnt and there was no chicken in half of the quesadilla. The Crunchwrap was burnt and my nachos and cheese were forgotten. Very disappointing especially when total was over $20. read more

I was really excited to come to Taco Bell after I had a nice first experience at a location in Knoxville, TN. I don't blame the employees though, there was just some lack of communication with my order. I ordered the nachos, but with jalapeños instead of meat. Luckily, they didn't put any meat on but they did forget the jalapeños. The queso tasted worse than it did when I'd previously been to a Taco Bell. It's tolerable when mixed with the hot sauce and refried beans, but on a chip by itself it's rather awful. The other problem I had with it was the same problem that I had with my taco: I didn't ask for sour cream and I didn't know it'd be included. Even the best sour cream makes me nauseous, and I didn't know it would sneak it's way into my "only beans, cheese, pico, and guac" taco. Also, there was no guac to speak of. In the future, I don't really think this place is worth splurging on my lactose intolerance for again. If I do decide to return, I'll try to make sure the communication is more clear. read more

Every time I go and use the drive-thru something is missing. I try to check my food but I get one tiny bag so I'm trying to pull a bunch of tacos out of a mini bag in my car so I always miscount. The food is just Taco Bell fast food. Not bad, not great, just calories to fill the belly when you're starving. read more

By far the worst Taco Bell location. Every time I used the drive through my order was wrong. Worst visit: I ordered 2 hard shell tacos and added pico de gallo- they only put beef and pico- NO lettuce or cheese. So glad I paid $.65 more per Taco for pico. I went back and the two guys in the kitchen laughed- like who made that and didn't think hummm that's weird and empty! Second to worst visit I ordered two hard shell tacos with pico and got two soft shell tacos with pico. Pathetic!!! read more

Eh... this location is below par for sure. Not only does it take 25 minutes to receive your food but the food doesn't taste all that great either. Line was extremely long so when I realized my order was shorted and I had food missing I called the phone # on my receipt. My cashier was Jamar S and when I called the Store to advise a man answered the phone and when I explained it to him he hung up on me. I called back to get the district mgr info and he kept hanging up on me a total of 3 times. I know fast food workers our dealing with a pandemic so I didn't yell or get rude. Love me some T-Bell, but there are better locations. This one is a little out-dated and the staff is a little unprofessional at times. For example, last time I was in, a few staff members were arguing and telling each other to leave. May have been joking around, but it could be heard throughout the restaurant for a few minutes. They're polite to costumers, but there have been a few occasions when I've witnessed them behaving slightly inappropriate in front of costumers. What's most important is obviously the food. I love all the new additions to the menu, the breakfast, and the ability to now order through the app and use exclusive coupons. No complaints there, but there are just better locations out there. read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. Ordered online and still waited for 45 minutes. There seem to be staff members wandering around the restaurant with no idea what is happening while one guy works. They had no clue where my order was, whether it was on the screen, whether they were even working in a Taco Bell. The line of people after me was wrapped around the entire place and I'm sure (if they don't give up) they will be waiting for hours. Went here a few weeks ago since I couldn't kick the craving for Taco Bell. Usually I get drive thru and have no problems, but for some reason decided to switch it up this day and I'm glad I did. I walked in and was greeted with the stench of urine, I immediately walked out. I was shocked that there were dozens of people eating when it smelled so bad! Reading previous reviews it looks like this is a normal occurance at this location. I would rather drive 40 minutes to a cleaner Taco Bell then eat here. So last time I was here, I waited for over ten minutes in the drive-thru line before ever even getting to place my order. The wait was never acknowledged by the staff. Then, today, I thought I'd give them another chance, only to find a car randomly parked in the drive-thru blocking it, and a tiny sign on the door saying they'd closed at 7 pm for equipment installation or something. Listen, if you're closed, maybe don't have the neon sign in your window lit up? And a larger sign would be helpful. And who blocks the drive-thru with a car? A large sign nearby would've been much less annoying. read more
