NEVER ORDER FROM HERE WITH DOORDASH. SAVE YOUR MONEY & SAVE THE HEARTACHE. Pulled up to order 4/9/2025 with an order in mind (again, in the drive-thru to save money and make sure my stuff was clear). The guy working, Man L, was SUPER sweet. He had great customer service and was very friendly, but not annoyingly. Got my food, drove down the street to my house, and a taco was missing. I contemplated going back to get the missing item, or waste gas. so back I went. It was also like 8:15pm, so not early enough to feel like I really NEEDED too. Went back through the drive-thru, again, assisted by Man L. He was amazing at resolving my problem, gave me my taco, and provided me with another consistent customer service dream. I will 100% hate this place through delivery apps, but I now can overly appreciate it in person, and make the drive every time. Went in for some drinks and order a lager which was no different than a small so I ask the manager for a refund since it was 4 dollar and the small was 1 dollar which were literally the same size !! I asked her nicely for a refund and she refused to give me one because "I didn't like it" ! I wish I could leave Zero stars! I went through the drive through at 10:06pm and ordered a cantina bowl. Got to work and realized my sour cream was missing. Called the store and brought it to Hectors attention, he offered I return to the store for a side of sour cream. I wanted my order made correct the first time but I figured they would fix the problem. no hector refused to fix my order , took the phone off the line so I couldn't call back. I returned to the store and he refused to fix my order and then called security on me because I wouldn't leave without my refund or a fixed order. he offered a free taco for the "inconvenience " before he called security on me. Today I bought Taco Bell at 10.17 from this location my order number is E3E744 and I pay $ 48.79 but my whole order was stale they make my order under 3 minutes and I ate in the parking lot I found all my food is cold. Chicken chalupas are cold and hard like rock beans in bean burritos is cold , fries are cold. I throw everything in garbage because nothing is eatable, I spent money and got very bad food. Went there today for a couple orders of nacho fries and a few tacos and everyone got sick. In the mood for some quick, cheap, crunchy, salty tacos so I set off to the closest Taco Bell! Ordered the Doritos tacos, nachos supreme and an ice cold Baja Blast. The veggies were nice snd fresh but the tomatoes were completely void of any flavor. I wish the nacho supreme came with guacamole and sour cream but only the family style nachos come fully loaded which is a bummer. I stopped by this Taco Bell location on my way home from work because I was craving some cheap Mexican food. Fun Fact: There are 4 Taco Bell locations on Watt Avenue. Can you spot them all? This one is located at the signal at Myrtle so it's easy to get in and out of. When I stopped by around dinner time on Tuesday it wasn't busy and there was only one car ahead of me. The girl working the drive thru was nice, easy to understand, welcoming and they got my order out quickly. I ordered my usual Bean Burrito without Onions, a Regular Nacho, and a splurged on a Crunchy Taco with Beans instead of Meat. I got home and everything in my order was tasty and as I expected it from going to other Taco Bell locations. Everything in my order was corrected and packaged well. I would stop by again next time I am in the area. read more

Went through the drive thru here the other night and was told 13.49 for my order which worked out perfect because I had that amount total in cash on me already. When I got to the window the price changed to 15.50. I gave the $10 cash I had and told the cashier to charge the remainder on my credit card. He gave me my card and my food and I got a notification on my phone that 13.42 was charged to my card. I asked how much was the total? Because I was also never given a receipt. And he looked around and reached in both his pockets and said "oh hold on I need to get your change" never do split payments here and always get a receipt. And always check your cards after going here. Service here is shady and horrible. Definitely not your friendly neighborhood Taco Bell that you can trust and depend on. read more

I like this particular Taco Bell because it's located near my work place on watt ave and myrtle ave. I've been visiting this Taco Bell a lot in past and I would have to say that the stuff is very nice and I would definitely give 5 start to the customer service. Food is prepared very fast. If they by any chance mess up on your order or you wait for a little bit longer , they will definitely give you something for that and will apologize. I happened to me one time. I ordered 3 fiesta fries and they gave me only one because there was some new kid working. While I was waiting from r another two , they gave me a Taco for free for an exchange of my wasted time. The restaurant looks pretty clean inside. You can say that the stuff is taking care of it. One of the better fast food restaurants near where I work in North Highlands. Big problem though are the drinks. Really they are water with a little bit of flavor and they charge way too much for this. I am pretty lazy and I like leaving the office to get lunch but I think I will have to just start bringing my lunch in lieu of getting completely ripped off buying water. Or I guess I could just bring my own soda because I do like the power bowl with chicken. It has a good amount of chicken, a really good salad, and other extras such as rice and beans. I went here for breakfast only because there was 1 car in drive thru at 7am and McDonalds next door had 6 cars in drive thru. Well I ordered and waited longer than it took for McDonalds to clear their drive thru. I looked over and their drive thru was now empty....i was still behind same 1 car. Then I got to the window. The guy working drive thru was nice but didnt give me my change for the $20 I paid on my $5 meal. I assumed he was waiting till the end. He finally gave me my food....i asked for change and he looked confused. Finally gave me my change. I work less than a mile from this taco bell. I get to work...bite into my crunchwrap and its COLD COLD COLD. I eat it because I was already late for work but I will not be returning to this taco bell. Fast food reviews are hard to do. They are never high quality food, but you know that walking in the door, so you have to grade them on how well they do what they do. I ordered a number 6 combo, 2 chalupas, a crunchy taco and a drink. As far as drinks go, I wish that they offered other drinks besides soda. Maybe some iced tea or something. The taco was good, crunchy and full of ingredients. The chalupas were also good, but just slightly on the soggy side. The store was clean and the employees seemed upbeat and welcoming. This has been my taco bell for about 10 years now. My food always tastes delicious. About 99% of the time I go right through the drive thru and I haven't had a messed up order once. I never get attitude from the employees and I always get treated good, even though this place is in a pretty ghetto area. I always hit this Taco Bell up for the yummo Taco Salads. The last time I went there, I noticed they changed thier flaky delicious taco bowl to a hard thick bowl thats tastes like old oil. I even asked them to remake it, thinking: this has to be a mistake, which I seldomly do. Sadly, it tasted the same way. I spoke with the sweet lady at the counter and asked her if they changed to a different brand of taco bowl shells. She didn't seem to know. I work during the day so the only time I come to this Taco Bell is at night and I will never go to this one again. Their drive thru open sign is ALWAYS turned off along with their lights around 9-10pm so half the time I don't even go through drive they because they look closed. Then I decide to go through because all the workers are outside smoking. I got a cheesy bean and rice burrito grilled and EVERYTHING in the burrito was old.
