I usually have a great experience here, but this visit was frustrating. I specifically ordered a mix of sauces and somehow ended up with mostly Garden Herb Ranch and Zesty Buffalo, which were not what I asked for. The receipt even shows the correct sauces, so this was clearly a fulfillment issue. I didn't notice until I got home, which ruined the meal a bit since sauces matter. Something about this chain the service is always great. People are always kind and nice. Very helpful when you ask a question you're able to buy extra sauces and everything has always been good here. This particular location is a little different for driving in and out however they do have a lot of sides so that way you could follow going around the maze. If you have not tried the chicken sandwich you definitely have to. It is so delicious if you're able to do it spicy definitely order the spicy one. My husband says it is so good but I have again and again come to this location anytime I drive down to Roseville and I am never disappointed doesn't matter what time of day it is something about Chick-fil-A just hits different. read more

Used my gift certificate to try their new Banana Pudding Shake and Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich. Besides first time when this chain arrived to Arden area, I've only eaten here when given the food for free. Otherwise I find their chicken brine overly salty and this was no exception. The flavors of this sandwich were all there...a nice layer of pimento cheese, a messy drizzle of honey, pickled jalapenos that added no heat and their meaty chicken filet. But the overwhelming saltiness I did not enjoy. Their milkshake was really good. Very sweet with real pieces of banana, the base has an artificial banana flavor (which I actually like, forgive me.) There's bits of crunchy vanilla wafers interspersed throughout. Customer service in the drive through was nice and efficient. It's an extremely busy store right by the busy intersection off Madison Ave and the freeway entrances. Theres two lanes with attendants ready to take your order & payment. Mildly pricey: total cost for a sandwich + milkshake was $15.77 and my gift card covered everything but the change. I would be more generous of their overall rating but this isn't a repeat eatery for me (except for the milkshakes.) read more

Okay, so I am breaking my moral principles by eating at Chick-fil-A to begin with, but one needs to know what the enemy is cooking... Objectively speaking the food is not terrible, but a grilled chicken breakfast sandwich combo meal (+hash browns and awful coffee) should not cost $11+. I get that inflation is happening, but I feel like their food has always been overpriced for no apparent reason. Also no waffle fries before 10:30 am, why?! That's like one good thing about Chick-fil-A -- hella addictive waffle fries. Service is always great; I guess they are taught proper manners. I didn't even get misgendered today, so that's always a plus. Ambiance of a drive-through isn't great, but I don't expect it to be. All in all, I should probably avoid chick-fil-A and bring my breakfast costs down by going to Costco and putting together my own breakfast sandwiches for a fraction of the cost. read more

One of the nicest Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to. The building looks very modern and new. The drive-thru moves fairly quickly. The location is busy and congested at night because In-N-Out is nearby. If you're dining inside, it's nice, clean, and quiet. The tables actually have real flowers in vases on them. There's a good amount of seating (high tops, booths, and regular tables). The staff are friendly and patient. They have a nice little area that's clearly visible for pick-up orders. I like that the staff deliver the food to your table, unlike other fast food places that call your name and have you come back to pick it up yourself. I love getting their grilled nuggets, waffle fries, and lemonade. Their Chick-fil-A sauce is so yummy-- I occasionally buy it at the store. Usually come here for the drive thru experience but it's the first time I've came inside since the boy needed to use the restroom. Parking is limited outside unless you park in the back. It's quite the experience inside. Instead of a table number, they give you this table color stand. She said to take this and they will bring me my food when it was ready. I was confused at first but it's this thing. Bathrooms were decent. Pretty busy for one oclock. Mostly people waiting for their food, not really dining in. You can hear people laughing and echoing from the back, not sure if it's the bathroom or employee room. read more

We visited this location on January 15th. I had rewards I wanted to use before expiration and this is the location we've Always patronized although we live in Antelope. We will Never visit it again. I called the customer service number and to date no one from management has returned my call. I ordered a grilled chicken club. We stayed in their long line that if you know is always wrapped around the building. My wife food was hot, but my grilled chicken had no temperature to touch. My Colby jack cheese wasn't melted and my bacon old and cold. We were asked to pull up to receive the food. I try calling in but they don't answer any phone calls yet sent me a text and to date no reply. We had to get back to the end of the line and go back through the drive through for fresh food. The young lady in the drive through was very apologetic. We make it to the window and Alejandro who is a manager I take it by his shirt asks for the food back, which is no problem. My wife ate some of the fries being they were fresh and we had been at Kaiser all morning and we were hungry and in a Long line Again! He come to the window to advise us He will not replace the fries but will replace everything else in the bag: 1. She didn't expect him to replace them 2. Somethings should just be courtesy for inconvenience 3. You did not one time say we apologize for giving you a cold chicken sandwich that never should've been put out our window 4. If this is the leadership you have in your so called A-1 stores, you need to rethink who you have setting the examples. 5. This is the Chick-fil-A I frequently visit and I must say that they do a good job with providing speedy service in an already high-traffic, jam-packed drive-thru. The staff are always friendly and they have smiles on their faces ready to provide a positive experience. Not all fast-food places are like this. And this particular location has never disappointed except for when they add too much salt on their waffle fries. For the quality of their food and what they stand for I'd greatly support. Tonight I got the meal combo which came out to $11.09. I also like that they offer the kale salad! One of my favorite fries is their waffle fries. The parking and drive-thru lane can be a bit chaotic due to how you have to circle around the building and the line, when it's long, goes through 1 parking stall. But bc it's near the entrance/exit of the parking area there are cars that don't realize the line starts in a different area, so if this location can put cones or place markers that can help with directing the drive-thru traffic then it would help a lot. Missing a star for that. Overall, I'd continue to come here. read more

Don't expect attention to detail. If you order online and show up and wait in the online pickup area you'll end up having to flag an employee down to get your order. They typically ignore the online pickup area. I exclusively order the cobb salad. They've repeatedly forgotten the tomatoes or the egg. This time they forgot the dressing. So I paid $12 for a salad without dressing I'm about to eat dry. I work down the street and there's not a lot of healthy options in the area, so I come here often, but this location is going on my boycott list. You can only fail at simple tasks enough times before you gotta go on the list. read more

This location is so great. Ive came here many times. This place is slammed busy from start of day to finish and I have not ever had a rude employee. My food has allllways came out quickly. Idk if its just this location or if it is chikfila in general but it has been great ever visit. The ambiance is very inviting from the staff. The restaurant isnt anything crazy its just a regular ol fast food chikfila but it is clean. That is big for a place that is this busy. Would recommend this location to anyone. Never. Again. I haven't been to that location in a very long time and I decided to try them again because I learned they have gluten free buns. Let me start off with those gluten free buns...I honestly think I was eating sand and it was so crumbly it made a mess on my shirt and car. I used the drive through because there was no line (that should have been a hint) and I told the order taker I wanted the classic chicken sandwich MEAL with a large unsweetened ice tea and regular fries with the gluten free bun,, no pickles and add cheese. I got my order...$12.00 mind you!...and parked. Imagine my reaction when I saw NO fries. I know I shouldn't have them, but I ordered the meal. I look at my receipt and the idiot charged me SEPARATELY for each item and the gluten free bun was an extra charge. I threw away the bun and just ate the chicken. Thoroughly unsatisfying lunch. This Chick-fil-A is located in a busy area and plaza. Parking was a bit tough to find, but my friends and I eventually found a parking spot. We ordered online for pick-up because the line for the drive-thru as well as for ordering inside were both long. I ordered their grilled filet, which is just the chicken filet with no bun. I added cheese, lettuce, and tomato. It was a bit pricey for just the filet with no bun (a little over $7). It came with a small limp piece of lettuce and a tiny tomato slice, and I added ketchup to it for more taste. read more

The staff was incredible, patient and welcoming. This is my first time at a chick-fila and I am blown away by the customer experience. They were even celebrating Mother's Day with flowers for female guests and a photo backdrop. Too cute.
