I really hate the new system of having to order through the screen because it gives employees every chance to ignore you even when you're standing 3 feet away from all 5 of them. Ordered 1 single cheesy potato and 1 Baja blast freeze, asked for the restroom code which I also had to yell out excuse me to get someone's attention and I assumed my order would be ready by the time I got out but low and behold I'm being ignored again while standing directly infront of them, 2 employees even walked passed to clock in. After having to say excuse me again to get my bag which I saw was on the shelf infront of me, I then had to remind them I also got a Baja blast freeze. It's called fast food and I shouldn't be annoyed at Taco Bell when there was nothing crazy going on. I just wanted a quick bite.

Can someone explain to me why my Mexican pizza looks like the hulk put it together? There's literally only beef on one of the shells

Three stars because I like the food! I haven't been to this location in years, it used to be my go to one. Issues- parking lot- if you park your car here you will get blocked by the drive-thru line! Not OK, not well thought through, there was no thought into that. While we were waiting for the food, my husband realized that and moved the car on the street! Service: they want you to order ahead via app or qiosk here, they barely have any patience for direct order, like it used to be back in the day? I did order in person since we wanted to pay cash and needed more time -their menu changed since we last went (we don't do fast food often). I am not sure I will do again after this experience, don't have to. People who work here don't have patience, don't smile, not the best service. Not enough staff, they take forever to get your food. You need to ask for sauces and forks, don't have an area to get those anymore. Frankly, fast-food isn't fan anymore. Food was good(to go)- nachos bellgrande were very good, I always enjoy my crunchwrap supreme, my husband tried their beef grilled cheese burrito (one time only, way too much cheese), we enjoyed their chipotle ranch chicken burrito that we split, I would get it again, a tad spicy, flavorful, nice pieces of chicken. We don't get drinks here. Value menu is pretty minmal and not that great! This experience made us avoid fast-food for a while. Not fun, not fast, not pleasant!

Not a fan of this Taco Bell (and I love Taco Bell). Let's get into it. First of all, the drive thru is horribly laid out. You can only enter from Magnolia and it cuts directly through the parking lot, and there is a very sharp turn around to get to the order box. I have seen more than one car have to do a multi-point turn to get in. Second, the drive thru here is RIDICULOUSLY slow. I know sometimes people take a while picking their order, but it can't be entirely that. Third, the drive thru basically cuts off the entire parking lot. If you do manage to park, good luck getting out again because someone will be in the drive thru. If you are lucky enough to get out you have to sit in the drive thru line to get out. Fourth, there is very, very minimal seating inside. I would just say avoid this location.

receipt reads I was charged for a soda, yet there is water in the cup.

Charged $2.99 for a water cup. Asked for removal of soda for cup of water. Still charged me for the soda, gave me water. Really bothered by it. Thursday at 9 pm.

Imagine getting off an 8 hour shift, thinking of a Crunchwrap Supreme all day, only to get one with meat crumbs. The disrespect!

Quick and simple drive thru experience. Drive thru is a bit tight. A sharp turn to get to the ordering box. Would be difficult for long vehicles. My car has terrible turning radius so i need to 3 point turn it to get in place. Parking lot is small and not great if you go in because the drive thru line will block you in. So if opting to eat in or walk up order, might be best to find a street spot. Cashier was friendly and prompt. Although I'm not a big fan of the price hikes for fast food, there's something i find comforting in their bean burritos. So that hit the spot.

Third day crunchy wrap supreme and a nachos spicy french fries. I've eaten at Taco Bell before and these were both just disgusting. The crunchy wrap supreme was about half an inch thick and the hamburger part in the bottom was about 1/8th thick and was just nasty. I just threw it all away. The nacho fries, spicy were burnt on the bottom, and folded it over like a burrito and it was all burnt. They need to do better, and I'm throwing out everything I got. The only thing they didn't ruin was the Dr. Pepper. Could have been a bad day. I've had other stuff from there before which was ok, but I doubt I will be back.

The food is consistently excellent, and it's easy to see why there's always a steady line of customers. The tortillas are made fresh by hand, and the birria always tastes like it was prepared that day. While it can take a little time to receive your order, that's part of what makes the food so good--you can tell everything is made fresh rather than sitting under a heat lamp. We've tried a variety of menu items over the years, including the asada tacos, goat birria, beef birria, birria ramen, and even the chicken quesadillas . Everything we've ordered has been flavorful and well-prepared. They recently started offering aguas frescas, which are delicious and pair perfectly with the food. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they're generous with the salsas, letting you choose whichever sauces you prefer with your tacos. Don't skip dessert, either. We recently tried the gelatin dessert they started selling, and it was surprisingly delicious. Great food, fair prices, friendly service, and consistently fresh ingredients. We highly recommend La Autentica Birrieria and will continue coming back weekend after weekend.

We were already in the…read morearea looking for tacos and usually go to stands farther west around Northridge or Granada Hills, so we figured we'd try something different. We got six tacos between the asada and al pastor, plus a queso burrito with asada. Everything was really good. My fiancée noticed that they were making the tortillas by hand right there, which was a nice touch and definitely made a difference. I especially liked the al pastor, and the queso burrito was really good too and pretty filling. I also liked that they actually have a big menu with the prices clearly posted. Not every taco stand makes the pricing that easy to see. The tacos were $3.25 each and the queso burrito was $13.50. Our total was $36.22 after tax. I will say the tacos are a little pricier than what we're personally used to. At some of the taco stands we normally go to, we're used to paying around $2 to $3 per taco, so $3.25 stood out a little. That said, the food was good enough that I didn't feel disappointed with what we paid. The only other small thing was the salsa. They ask if you want everything on the tacos and put the salsa on for you, while we're more used to taco stands giving you salsa on the side at the end. I'm sure you can ask for some separately, but since we were taking everything home and didn't ask, I just used some salsa we already had. Not really a complaint, just something I'd remember next time. Overall, we really liked the food and would come back. Since we're still trying different taco stands around the area, we'll probably keep exploring too, but Angel's was a good first stop.

That was a bit disappointing because I ended up paying almost $40 for two quesadillas, which feels pretty expensive compared to other street food places in the area. The food was okay, but I wouldn't call it especially tasty or memorable On the positive side, the mango juice was really good, and I enjoyed the outdoor seating it had a nice atmosphere and was a pleasant place to relax. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but I don't think the food justified the price

When EVERYONE loves something; I tend to scoff. I am this way with most forms of art, places and even food. I simply question trends and prefer to rely on my own opinion. So, when fellow Yelper and dining partner Michael B. suggested we try North Hollywood's Birrieria Familia Castro (only minutes from my apartment!) which received the coveted #1 position on Yelp's Top 100 Taco Spots list - I was hesitant. I wanted to hate it. But there is no way to hate Birrieria Familia Castro because they deserve their title. Let's explore... Birrieria Familia Castro is located near the Oxnard/Vineland intersection close to the Noho Arts District in a teeny tiny strip plaza next to a smoke shop across the street from a tire shop. Being the literal definition of 'hole in the wall'; don't let this environment detour you from dining at Birrieria Familia Castro because it is these hidden gems that are often the best (and obviously in this case). Birrieria Familia Castro is a family-owned eatery that is the baby of Anthony Castro and his parents opening the venture in 2022 and focusing on homemade recipes passed-down generations of their family tree focusing on layers of flavor and hours of marinading and simmering. Anthony begins his day with a prayer and takes nothing for granted with each patron who walks in the door. Those who Anthony welcomes will find a tiny dining space in terms of square footage and super-hot in temperature (their AC isn't the most consistent so they need to open the door as the day-long cooking heats the space); but it is clean and cozy enough. The menu at Birrieria Familia Castro is rather simple focusing on what they are good at: breakfast, tacos, various birrias (quesatacos, vampiros, mulitas, dorados) and some a la carte plates. I personally enjoyed the smaller menu as I tend to get overwhelmed with too many choices. For my dinner, I chose two Quesatacos (crispy corn tortillas filled with meat, mozzarella, onions and cilantro - $5.25 each choosing one birria and one asada) while my dining partner chose two Birria Vampiros (toasted corn tortilla with meat in between burned cheese on top, onion and cilantro served with beans and rice - $13. 49) plus, Birrieria Familia Castro's famous birria consommé. Our dishes arrived rather quickly and were served on gorgeous, culturally-authentic clay plates that I thought were a lovely touch. My desire to go against the popular fan-favorites is out the door because Birrieria Familia Castro is sooooooo goooodddd! My quesatacos were fantastic: perfect texture tortillas made by spreading the consommé fat on the tacos because throwing them on a hot griddle with tender, amazingly-flavored long-simmered meat. Even the little picked onions were marvelous. The birria consommé was to die for: an orchestra of harmonious flavor with chunks of meat swimming in the broth: I could consume a bucket of this! Yelper Michael B.'s Birria Vampiros were, by his account, delicious and "a win": hard shell with burned cheese that was a perfect combination with the pickled onions and tableside salsas and birria consommé. Micheal even mixed some of the consommé with the rice and beans which was "an extra treat". If the amazing food wasn't enough; we had a pleasant chat with the main man Anthony, himself. Anthony is hyper-focused on not only offering delicious food; but genuinely caring about his customers and how he can improve. Anthony reads all Yelp reviews to see any areas that need finessing and cares about small details of his business: remember those clay plates I am obsessed with? Anthony curates those from an artist in Mexico and he even orders plates with dividers for those who don't like ingredients touching on their plate. It is this concern and attention to detail that helped land Birrieria Familia Castro as Yelp's #1 in the nation. Although limited in hours (closed Mondays, some days closing as early as 5pm due to overhead costs and competition); Birrieria Familia Castro is highly recommended. Top-tier food, customer service and priced well - truly deserving. Don't be stubborn like me and find out why Birrieria Familia Castro is #1
