This Taco Bell is consistently the worst and slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. You could have a meal at a sit down restaurant faster than you can go through this drive thru. I'm not kidding. i am here everyday pretty much with some of my basketball team(normally around 6 people) they served us with respect even tho it seems like the workers there don't like there job so i can see how costumers can think it's bad service but really they are very nice. The food never fails to leave me hungry or upset with the result. If I could give it less stars I would. I typically don't share negative experiences because I know everyone has off days and hard times however, EVERYTIME I go to this particular Taco Bell I have to wait and wait and wait and wait to even get up to the speaker to order my food. I have taken to using the app but it still takes forever. Also the design of the drive through and what not is horrendous. You can't get out of line once you are in. This visit, I ordered online and selected drive through for the pick up. If there was a way to change this in the app that would be better because from now on I will be selecting inside pick up. The line when I arrived was not bad. 15 mins later and I just got up to the speaker to tell them of my mobile order. Again, if I was able to get out of this line, I would have driven off but I am stuck. There are currently 4 cars in front of me and we have been just sitting here. Op, just moved up so 3 now. Terrible!!!!!!!! Another fun little surprise was that when I pulled up to the speaker the nice young lady informed me that they are cash only tonight...... Went in 10 minutes after placing the online order and waited an additional 20 minutes because the staff couldn't figure out who was working what station. There were folks coming inside placing an order getting their food made before the online orders weee filled. Had a gift card and before we could even show them they said they didn't know how.. however, they didn't even attempt to solve the problem. Apparently the manager in the back claims they only could use Apple Pay, which is not true because I am always at this Taco Bell and they have used gift cards from me personally numerous times. The night shift here is typically great. During the day it's hit-or-miss. Today I waited in a long line (wrapped around the building) for about 20 minutes only to discover, when I got to the order screen, that no one was taking orders. The store appeared open, the automated greeting was playing, but one-by-one customers were waiting for a few minutes and driving away with nothing. A "sorry we're unexpectedly closed" sign or something would be a nice warning next time. read more

I've came here 4 different times, and each time either the service was horrible, the wait time was ridiculous (I mean literally 20-30 mins), or the food was wrong. We ordered the veggie power bowl, the number two with steak meal, a Mexican pizza, two Dorito Locos Tacos, and I baja freeze. They give us our food and as I was pulling off I realized the baja blast freeze was missing, so we pulled around and my boyfriend went in to get the freeze. No biggie, I can see that being easy to do. As he inside the store, I decide to start checking the order and realized my power bowl with refried beans was missing, so I sent my boyfriend back in. They made the food and we headed home to eat. We get home, my boyfriend opens his double x steak burrito and it's not steak its ground beef. I open my power bowl and I have a very small, and I mean very small scoop of old crusted refried beans --which had obviously been sitting for hours when they decide to scoop them in my power bowl. Very unappetizing to look at, especially for a 6 dollar veggie bowl. My boyfriend was so mad we actually drove back and got our money back. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food spots because they actually have healthly options on their menu, however that will be the last time I visit there because not ONE of my FOUR visits was pleasant. My sister in law Placed an online order and I got there to pick it up the boy acted as if there wasn't an order there waiting for me and then they said their "computer was glitching" and they were totally confused about the order- I bought a pop while I waited- thinking fine no biggie I'll just wait stuff happens.... When they were asking what my order was as they had the ticket in their hand I called my sister in law to verify that the Order was what she had on there and it was supposed to be 1 taco pack crunchy 1 taco pack soft ... i said I wasn't sure and wanted to double check and confirmed 1 soft 1 hard. when arriving to my nieces birthday party found out they gave us all soft, I called and told them who I was and what the order was supposed to be (mind you, they also have a copy of the order) had no problem bringing one of the party packs back and exchanging them for crunchy ones. i don't need free Taco Bell trust me. So when calling the employee on the phone argued with us about what was said at the window and then HUNG UP ON MY SISTER IN LAW. The employees can't follow simple instructions. Ordered 2 seven layer burritos with NO cheese or sour cream. I received them and they both had cheese and sour cream. So I went back and they gave me new burritos - they appeared to be correct but then I noticed they didn't put any guacamole on them!!
