chips and blanco queso (half size), lucy's fire, blue dream and sweet heat tacos with signature margarita dragonfruit habanero

A quick sit-down restaurant in the middle of Crocker Park, specializing in tacos and margaritas. That's pretty much all they serve, but the menu is not as limited as that sounds. The tacos are very big, and crunch-wrap style with both a hard taco shell and a soft taco shell makes them easy to eat. There are many choices and the flavor combinations range from fairly spicy to almost sweet. The place is usually busy but the service is fast. There is a patio outside. Inside is noisy, and there are TV screens if you want to watch the game. There is a full bar, but also the place is kid friendly. Also I have to mention the margaritas. Excellent flavors, but kind of small. Order one to enjoy a really unique drink rather than bargain prices. This is the place to come if you want to try a flight of margaritas or a flight of tacos!

Taco Tuesday? Yes please. You'll love drinks here wether a made to order margarita or local craft brew. Food menu is amazing! I recommend getting their specials vs build your own as they come up with some amazing blends. I've always sat at the bar with friends which makes ordering a whole lot easier especially on those busy nights. Very cool laid back atmosphere and family friendly.

Rochelle was awesome! We had 2 kids with us so we went in early - score for happy hour $9 large Marge's!! Rochelle kept drinks full, chips and salsa refilled (not free you will pay for it but it's worth it!). More food than we thought but since we are traveling we left it there. Build your owns grow fast so be cautious! You're welcome! Cards accepted. Happy hour from 3-6. Drinks only, no food. Bathrooms onsite - not the cleanest but I'll do. Parking is around corner if you don't get a front street park.

The chips and queso were delicious. The guacamole was just ok. The margaritas are so delicious and go down too easy. I also got a taco bowl. The bowls are huge and have so much food in them. Definitely plenty of leftovers. The service was fast and speedy!

I am never truly impressed by chains, but it appears that Condado Tacos is the exception!! I met with a friend at the Westlake Condados Tacos for dinner as she had a coupon for free queso. The waitress was friendly and attentive and the interior of the restaurant was painted mural-style by a local, talented artist. My friend ordered two custom vegetarian tacos whereas I stuck to pre-made options. I ordered the pork Korean BBQ and the brisket Sweet Heat. The Sweet Heat was the better of the two as it was assisted with the tasty additions of onions and cilantro. However, neither were that hot and I don't think either taco needed the hard shell that was included. As for the queso and chips, they were pretty typical of most Mexican restaurants. The guac my friend ordered on the side was chunky and topped with pickled veg, just the way I like it! However, we agreed that ordering a second dip was not necessary. As I am not a big drinker, we did not order their margaritas but I saw people at other tables ordered them and they did look tasty. Overall, Condado's Tacos is a great fast casual place with cool art, decent food, and a great way to have dinner for under $15 with tax and tip!

The tacos were good, but not great - I was wishing the shells were warmed up but that may be personal preference. What I did love were the dips, especially the queso dip. Our service was decent and the restaurant was clean even though it was so busy.

This has to be the coolest taco spot you've ever seen! The food came out fast and everything was delicious. The staff is very nice, efficient and fun!

Great atmosphere but food not as good as I remember I took my son here for a fun dinner out. We were able to eat on the outside patio since the weather was nice. The patio seating is really packed in and tight. Order a trio of salsa, guacamole and cheese dip. I couldn't even eat the guacamole bc it was too sour tasting. Cheese and salsa just okay. Order 2 tacos. Both recommended options. One was really dry and the other was dripping wet and made the shell soggy and hard to eat. Son had a good time so that's all that mattered in the end

Funky, fresh and delicious, great addition to the Crocker Park landscape. The menu is simple, build your bowl or taco, or opt for their suggested remade options. Plenty of options, vegan, veggie or carnivore, there is something for everyone. Sorry in advance, but Barrio is still a cut above. I'll try it again, just to be sure. The service offered is okay, maybe a little to lax for me.

We met ten friends at this restaurant in Westlake for a weekday dinner…read more Service - from setting up the table to taking orders to bringing us free sangria to top off the evening - was fabulous. Our server was gregarious and answered all questions. The food was very tasty, well presented and large in portion size. I started with the garlic soup. Super flavorful and mellow but deep garlic flavor. Definitely would get again. For a main I opted for a special: flounder stuffed with shrimp in a brandy sauce. Amazing flavor. The table shared a dish of rice which was very good. My no seafood eating gf got the short ribs and she loved them. Soft, falling off the bone and with great flavor. Great vibe, good service and tasty food. We'll be back.

The patatas bravas was a fried potatoes dish with spicy sauce. The potatoes were cooked perfectly. However, I was not a big fan of the sauce. I have had this dish before and it was served with spicy tomato sauce (bravas sauce). This restaurant had a different version. It tasted like spicy mayo with hot sauce to me. I did not detect any tomato flavor. For entrees, I got their special which was seafood platter plus soup of the day. The soup of the day was a potato soup. I loved the garlic flavor of the soup. The seafood platter consisted of a lobster tail, clams, mussels, octopus, squids, shrimps and scallops. They were surrounded with a tomato based garlic sauce which was very tasty. The octopus was overcooked in the dish. I did not enjoy the texture of it. Additionally, the mussels were borderline bad. They tasted off. My partner got paella de carne. He is allergic to shellfish so he picked the chicken and chorizo paella. Unfortunately for him, they cooked the paella in seafood stock. It was our fault for not asking. He is not anaphylactic to shellfish, just discomfort and dermatitis when eating shellfish. The paella was good. The rice cooked perfectly well. Overall, it was an okay experience. It did take awhile for them to get our entrees done.

So many choices but only so much stomach room. The wife and I shared Birria Tacos which is a moist generous portions of chili-braised beef, topped with chihuahua cheese, wrapped in large corn tortillas griddled in consomé broth. OMG. We ordered a side dish of roasted corn and cheese dip. Better known as Queso dip served with tortilla chips. We chose to add a Roasted Corn with cheese for two bucks extra. This all came with a tray of various small sample of sauces from hot , garlic flavor, a pineapple sauce, any many other mouth watering flavors! This Colombian restaurant is quite the adventure. You can go back 42 times and the flavor would all be excitingly different. This is quite a compliment to the master chef at this establishment. Too bad it is 300 pulse miles from our front door. Maybe we can kidnap Mama Alba and that amazing bartender? Have to tip My hat to the manager Barry for such a well run ship!
