I'm going to have to give this location a good four stars. There has only been one time that they've gotten my order incorrect. The service at the window is friendly, fast and helpful on ordering your meal items. Upon getting to the window they always ask if I'd like wet naps or mints, and if I'd like my choice of sauce. My favorite part is the fact that twice now once I've gotten my food and paid - the gal at the window promptly said "See you tomorrow for breakfast!" Because of their service they very well may. I think the entire staff on shift was working for the first time because there was no sense of urgency with a line build up. There's 6 people back there and while they don't have time to make orders, they have time to socialize and laugh about a DoorDash employee who was upset that he had to wait extensively for orders that arguably shouldve been done by the time he arrived. They also commented "Why is he mad? He should get a new job". Kinda ironic. Also they seemingly had time to make an order for an employee clocking out instead of anyone who had already been there for 30 minutes. As someone who watched this go down this is embarrassing. Started doordashing a couple of months ago, every single time I have to come here to pick up an order I end up waiting an absurd amount of time. Especially after 1 am, when the lobby closes and they only utilize the drive thru. It amazes me how 5 cars can take 45 minutes. Such a waste of time coming here makes me want to rip my hair out every time. Not very "fast food" of them. read more

I had the worst experience i've ever had at a fast food restaurant at this establishment. The most rudest people i've ever met. Walked in all the workers were just talking and didn't acknowledge us. One worker was standing behind the counter the other in front. She turns around looks me up and down and goes that's gonna be a 15 minute wait with the sharpest, most disgusting tone. I respond I placed an online order. With the same tone she goes name? I respond and she asks what I said I say it again clearly and she says the wrong name and I had to correct her again. None of the food was ready even though the online order page said it was. Then was rudely told that there's two pages in front of us and we have to wait. We go to wait in the car a little for the food and 3 of the workers walk out and stand outside talking while passing their vape around. Finally got our food and it was the wrong food. Didn't even bother to go back in because I didn't feel like being yelled at again. When we did go back in to get our food there was a lovely disabled woman ordering food with tears streaming down her face because of the pure disgust and rudeness of the workers. We ordered at 8:40 pm and didn't get our food until 9:25. This experience put the worst taste in my mouth I will never return to this taco bell again and I will be telling all my family and friends not to. Worst taco bell I've been to. I've given this taco bell a few chances but it's always a disaster. They always mess up my order and forget items. In my most resent visit I went to the drive thru around 10:30pm and it was not at all busy. In this exact order I ordered cinnamon twists, 1 steak supreme burrito, cinnabon 4 pack, 1 apple empanada. I got everything but my cinnamon twists. The twists showed up on the screen but wasn't on my recipt. I really wanted the twists that's why I orderer them first so I wouldn't forget. My cinnabon bites were cold and oily and my apple empanada was cold. The steak burrito was barely room temperature. It was a waste of $7. I definately will not come back to this location and highly don't recommend it. Go to the location in Woonsocket, the food there is warm and they only mess up your order 50% of the time. read more

To say this Taco Bell is horrible- would actually be a complete understatement. Aside from the staff being among the rudest, most incompetent human beings- the quality of food and services is far below satisfactory. I can't describe one good thing about this location- the tacos are basically meatless and so poorly put together, even a vegetarian cat wouldn't kick them around. And- don't bother ordering online or through doordash, unless you expect to pay for items that you won't get. You can't call and talk to a person- because on the rare occasion the phone does get answered, it sounds like a group of moneys at the zoo during feeding time. Worst location in New England- maybe even this whole country. Drive 25 extra miles if you have to find another location- but don't waste a dollar here. read more

Why do you make us suffer pulling nacho fries out of the menu? And what's up with no more $1 nachos?? Either ways I probably eat here 4-5 x a week and I love it. So the drive through area smelt like rotten fish (possibly because it was a hot day and there are two dumpsters there) and my only other qualm was that one of my items had minimal ingredients in it and it cost $1.99! Been going to this location since it opened a few years back at least once a week, I have another location a few minutes closer to my house but prefer this one, it's always clean and not as busy as other locations which in turns means they are not rushing to pump out food and loose their standards. Staff is very friendly. Yet to have an issue here in the past few years, with the exception of the lack of Chili Cheese Burrito's :-( read more
