Went on a Friday after work and omg the place was so busy. Took a long while to get our food. The staff was efficient as they could be but the cook area/grill space def couldn't accommodate all those orders at once. Their food quality is great for a chain. Love that they still do the free peanuts since my son and mom enjoy them. They need more staff on a busy evening as I noticed the person taking orders had to hop back and forth to help w/orders. 2 burgers, 1 soda, 1 milkshake, hotdog and large fries cost me about $75 I believe. Burgers are always good but each time I've come, fries are oversalted which kills my vibe. They also could do a helluva lot better on cleaning/stocking the sauce/soda station. This location is always consistent. I love that you can order online and it is usually ready by the time you get there. As far as Five Guys- it's great! Just had the worst experience. When placing the order, they did not tell us that there was no carbonation or ice for the soda machine. Of course they still charged us for the drinks. In addition to that there was black grill char over the hotdog that we ordered. Lastly, the fries actually fit inside the cup unlike the normal amount of fries that you get from five guys that is overflowing. Every time I post a review of a restaurant I go several times to give a true review too bad yelp doesn't give you an option to give what's your criteria on how you review a restaurant I at least go 2 to 3 times and at least one of my visits on their busiest time I look at bathrooms and how clean their kitchen some places hide their kitchens but not five guys every time I go in it's pretty clean and understand when it's busy it can get very dirty but this restaurant not as bad they don't let it get out of hand I went today at the start of their shift place was clean and the staff was very friendly. As for the food the burgers were a little expensive but understood some reasons why. The beef is never frozen and appears to be 100% beef but on the down side you get a small portion and pretty much flatten to make it look like you are getting a full size burger and the amount of burger is like getting a little more or less than a jumbo meatball but on the upside you can get as many condiments on your burger for no extra charge and the fries whatever the size you get it appears you get a almost double portion or more but in one visit they just gave me a large cup full and for soft drinks you can refill as many times. If they reduced their prices on burgers at least 1 dollar or increase the amount of burger to actually give a little thickness for this is the reason my review is a 4 guys opps I meant 4 stars. read more

I can be a snob when it comes to food, but there's literally nothing I can say that is wrong with this super simple, perfect setup. I love the burgers, the fries are out of this world, and the unlimited peanuts are so much fun. I'm sure the cleanup is annoying, but my kiddo loves coming here and cracking peanuts as we wait for our order (we try to clean up as best we can). The unlimited toppings is also a great touch. It's nice to just pick whatever you want without getting sticker shock at the end. Truth be told, I also come here for the soda machine. I love the endless choices/combos of soda. I would say this is one of the best five guys in the area! The food is always consistent and what you expect from five guys! I always usually get a bacon burger with jalapeños, mushrooms, peppers and put inside a lettuce wrap which is awesome if your trying to have a good healthy not so healthy balance. Alongside that I got a small fry which is the perfect amount to split between two people! Their French fries are the perfect soft and crispness! Definitely when I'm craving fries I go here! My husband got a double patty bacon cheeseburger and a kosher hot dog! We have tried a few other five guys in the area and this is definitely our go to for quality and consistency! read more

I have never gone to a Five Guys before this and I didn't know what I was in for. (This isn't a bad thing, I just walked in as an innocent who thought five guys had burgers) The menu is short and to the point. The variety of toppings that come with the burgers (no extra charge) was awesome. And (confession) I ordered the largest of burger and fries, not knowing what I was getting into. I enjoyed the experience of waiting and eating peanuts. The person I came with and I thought we might have to take it to go, since there was no table space but while waiting, a table cleared out. All burger toppings are gratis. After ordering I eat peanuts and drink a cherry Mello Yellow. I pick up my order and the fries overload the bag on top of the burger. I rip open the bag. The fries are pretty much perfect. The burger done all the way has crispy bacon, perfect caramelized onions, mushrooms and then dill pickles. Cheese. Lettuce, tomato mayo, catchup, mustard. Texturally it's perfect. But... There is something missing. One tiny thing. And I can't quite place it. I wanna be in love but I'm currently in like. You are greeted by the friendly box of peanuts. If you have a peanut allergy - back away slowly - actually back away fastly. I downed about a 1/2 lb of these fine critters. Their burgers which are never frozen are made to order - I like the look of the burgers...a little imperfect, not really round - but maintains the characteristics of home made burger. For some reason this 5 guys burger isn't as greasy as other spots - which is good I guess for your health. But I feel like I was able to get the full nuance of the beef itself. It was quality I'd say. Their soda fountain was springing forth with an amazing array of choices. You can mix lemon, orange and cherry Diet Coke - which of course accents your burger quite nicely. And their fries - what can I say, you can't eat just one. And may I say they are quite generous. This is my fav 5 guys. Thanks for the peanuts...I'll try to not be as messy next time. read more

I ordered curbside because I'm sick. It's advertised all over their app and when I arrived the app told me to call and gave me the correct number. When I called they told me we no longer provided curbside pick up. I explained I was sick. They said they would bring it out to me. I waited 20 minutes. I didn't see anyone and called back. They told me they cancelled my order and they refunded me. I had to call they would of never called me back to tell me. I could see the restaurant and there wasn't a single customer in there. I like this place because it is an escape from the traditional fast food format. You know that what you are getting it fresh and probably at least came from a cow. The ingredients are spread out in boxes along the dining room, which leaves the guesswork of how it's stored. This isn't the place for the best burger, and five guys doesn't claim to be. If anything, the hype comes from the thousands of people that have tried this place and swear by it. I think it's unfortunate that people post about the heaping helping of fries, simply because when I first went there, it put me in shock and it's better experiencing it that way. If you are on a diet, there is nothing diet about five guys. If you are thinking of burgers on a diet, you should re-evaluate your eating habits. read more

When Five Guys first came to this area a few years back, I heard people ranting and raving about it. I'm not much of a "burger and fries" kind of gal, but I do crave the salty goodness every once in a while. Today happened to be one of those days. Myself and two co-workers decided to pop into Five Guys on our lunch break. It was around 1:00 p.m. and the place was jumpin'! The line moved quickly and once I placed my order, I had my food within 5 minutes. Service was fast and friendly. I like the menu because it's not overwhelming - just very basic and straight to the point. I ordered a single burger and a regular size fry; but do not be fooled! A regular size fry is HUGE. They also have a great selection of free toppings to add to your burger, things like lettuce, mayo, cheese, ketchup, onions, BBQ sauce, etc. The soda machines are something out of the future. They are touch screen and again, a nice selection of drink options. There were 8 different flavors of Sprite, including the regular flavor. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here. Would I go back? This location is *always busy.* It's probably because it's close to Bryant. It's usually busy for lunch, but the sweet cashiers never give me a hard time about asking for no bun, and they make sure that the line knows that I have a gluten allergy. Expect to wait a little (10 minutes or so) for your burger, even without special exceptions like a gluten allergy. They also aren't pushy about me ordering the 'little fries' or not wanting a drink (I usually take my meal to go) unlike other locations. As other reviewers have stated, it's really messy at times here. There is almost always a girl pushing a broom or cleaning tables, but it's like they can't keep up with the people. Parking is not that bad here, but getting OUT of the parking lot can be a pain. Be patient. Other locations are quicker and usually cleaner, but the staff here are very nice. Word to the wise for those of you who aren't frequent customers of Five Guys or coming back after a few months away: get the little fries. Five Guys unveiled this new fry size, help saving you some dough. (If you are sharing some fries, just get 1 regular, more than enough fries) Now all Five Guys in my reviews get one star demotions. Nothing to do with this location in particular but with Five Guys in general. They have to slowly offer more healthy options. I've been to Five Guys right across the country from southern California to this one. And this location is on the low end of average, in my experience. The burgers themselves are quite good! Cooked well, with the standard Five Guys condiments selection which all looked fresh. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered was quite flavorful but slightly disappointing on the bacon side, which was confined to a couple of dozen bacon pieces about the size of your pinky nail under the meat. I should have just stuck with a cheeseburger. The main disappointment were the fries. Five Guys fries are usually the highlight of the show and the fries at this location are underdone and mushy. The flavor is there; the texture is not. In addition, this location is not as clean as it should be. Most Five Guys locations pride themselves on keeping the place tidy, with at least one employee on more or less continuous cleaning duty due to the peanut shells and debris, fry bits, and the like. This location didn't have that, and it showed. The fries and the cleanliness point to a possible larger issue: this location seems understaffed compared to other locations I've been to. The location was hopping so it's not a money issue, and everyone was busy working... there just weren't enough employees to get everything done. I suspect having a slightly larger staff could be used to both solve the cleanliness issue and have more people working the frier and the milkshake machine (I noticed the several customers that were there that ordered milkshakes had to wait a while for them). So, not bad, not great, low end of average. It's not going to make me stop visiting Five Guys wherever I travel. ;-) read more

It pains me to have to deduct two stars from my beloved local 5 guys but it had to be done. Perhaps it was just that it was lunchtime during April vacation week but 5 guys failed to deliver this time around. A coworker and I ordered ahead of time over the phone. Once we arrived to pick up our food they had heard my friend's name incorrectly on the phone, so this took a few minutes to sort out. I proceeded to the drink fountains to get our drinks. Our sodas tasted like the syrup desperately needed a change over as it was running out and tasted very watered down. I then went to grab condiments and napkins. They were out of malt vinegar and the entire counter needed a good cleaning. Cut lemons are left out near the soda fountains, and let's just say these lemon wedges looked like they had been sitting out for quite some time. About ten minutes later our food was ready. It was difficult to find a table as the eating area was filthy, the majority of tables needed to be wiped down, the floors swept, and apparently also mopped as I came to learn. I managed to find a small table that was not too dirty (I wiped it down myself). My friend and I sat down and ate our food. I ordered the little hamburger with a bunch of yummy toppings. I have never been disappointed in the food but I must mention how my hamburger bun was extremely mushy and falling apart on the bottom. It appeared to be more of the texture of the bun, than the toppings causing it to be soggy. During this time, the line had disappeared and I only saw one worker venture out to start cleaning things up, the others stayed behind the counter and socialized. We went to leave and my shoes had stuck to the floor, apparently there was a soda spill under our table that we had failed to notice. For the rest of the day my shoes were sticking to everything. I know I will eventually give them another shot but I hope Five Guys can get their act together next time around! read more

This Five Guys is consistent with the other locations I've been to. I came during the late evening and there was no wait to order. Don't expect to get your food lightning fast, they make your meal to order so you get the freshest food. Service was standard, nothing exceptional but they were friendly. Because it was mostly empty the cook brought over our food instead of calling out our number. The restaurant was clean and kept well. If you're new to this place, a mini is a burger with one patty and a regular has 2 patties. A mini fry is all you need; I think a regular is equivalent to an extra large fry at most places. And the fries are fresh but a little too salty for my taste. Overall, not a bad place, but not for the calorie counters! read more
