Worst out of all Taco Bells. Horrible customer service. The employees are poor at customer service, however, the manager is worse.

I went here today and ordered the nachos bellgrande. When I got home I discovered that the nachos only contained a minuscule amount of shredded cheese. Not once did the employee tell me that there was no cheese sauce or ask me if I wanted shredded cheese as a substitution. The chips were extremely stale as well. It appears someone ordered the nachos with no cheese and then changed their mind. Then the employees just held onto the food until someone else ordered nachos. So instead of making new ones, they just sprinkled a little shredded cheese and threw it in the microwave. They didn't even include the receipt so I can't complain (I believe this was intentional). I've had numerous problems with this tack bell forgetting food (they once forgot half of my order. I ordered 6 things and only got 3), giving me the wrong food, giving me food with missing ingredients (once got a crunch wrap with no meat. Never made that specification. They just gave it to me that way). I've lost so much money here from food made wrong to food they simply just didn't give me. I don't know if this is a fast food establishment, a company stealing from their customers, or a secret charity no one knows about. But clear the restaurant has no money and needs donations. Maybe then then they can give people the food they actually pay for. Don't go here. It's not worth it. Go to the jack in the box next door instead. read more

This taco bell location is horrible, the women who took my order at the box was super rude for no reason besides had bitchy attitude. Snappy and rude! Never going back, even after I ask to have a "couple seconds to look at the menu pleade" she practically yelled at me when I asked for a number 6 " KFC or Taco bell!" Which I understand I forgot to say taco bell or title but damn! I even said sorry and then realized she didnt have to be so rude about it, there was no one else in line. I come here all the time. The customer service here is AWESOME however they can be slow at times but for the most part they're pretty fast. Food here taste like I would expect it to be which is pretty good for it being Americanized mexican food and the KFC part is good to. The Managers there are really nice and friendly especially the manager Joseph he's super friendly and good with customers. The other managers are AWESOME as well and have a great way with customer service. read more

Ok people Taco Bell food tastes the same everywhere. The problem with this location is how slow the service is. I would not be surprised to find out that only one person was working in the kitchen when I stopped in. I stopped on a Sunday afternoon when lots of people were traveling from Vegas to Southern California. They need to better staff this location to cut down on the long wait time. read more

Wouldn't recommend going to this location! Very bad customer service. Didn't give my receipt & also got order wrong and didn't realize when I got home and started eating that not everything was in the cheesy Gordita crunch. Stopped by this morning at 9:10am. Have no idea what the guy said to me in Tue drive thru. I waited a couple minutes to see if he was going to ask me for my order, nothing. I asked if anyone was there, no response. I waited a couple more minutes and then drove up to the window. No one was there either. I waited a couple more minutes at the window, never saw anyone, so I went to Jack in the Box. Thanks for nothing. I won't ever go back to that location. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Came here at 8:19. Website says they open at 6 and it looked closed. Called in and some guy answered and said no they open at 8am and are having issues with the computers. I asked when he thinks it will be up and running and he hung up on me. Saw a lady throwing trash out and asked her if I could speak to a manager. She tried calling him to the door and he wouldn't come. A guy came out to close the door and I asked for a manager and he said he will let the manager know and started closing the door. I asked if it was him on the phone that hung up on me and he said no and closed the door on me. So was it him or the manager?? I went to jack in the box instead and the same lady that always gives great service said she has heard bad things about this Taco Bell as well. Another lost customer. At first I had sympathy for this Taco Bell as I've worked in fast food before and personally know what it's like to have a bad day on the job. But it's a evident that the people working there don't even pretend to be happy. I've been there a handful of times over the past few months and they're always so slow. first I waited for a long time to find out they gave my order to someone else. then the taco I ordered was the wrong one, after exchanging it. I realize the quesadilla I ordered was also wrong. Prior to me having to go and get my order corrected so did the person that was already eating before me, so I do not recommend this Taco Bell, the only good thing about it was I got a free lemon cake but it was due to their mistakes. read more

The service at this restaurant sucks. We waited in line for 2 to 3 minutes without someone acknowledging that we were there. The food came out quickly but the quality of the food was bad. I legitimately thought I had stepped onto an odd, dirty new planet when I walked through the doors. First, when we pulled up to the drive through they said they were only taking orders at the front counter. Then, after waiting in line while the employees scurried around screaming and laughing and enjoying their long line, we got to the counter. I ordered chalupas and the girl who helped us said "hold on" and ran off and came back and said they weren't making chalupas because the fryers were being cleaned. THE FRYERS. This Taco Bell is attached to a KFC, as in FRIED chicken, KFC. I'm assuming they also ran out of beans, lettuce, potatoes, napkins, air, and brain cells. Honestly though, I'd go back. read more

Worst Taco Bell location! & deserves NO STARS! They had a sign at the drive thru stating they could only take cash and if you wanted to pay with card to go inside. We even asked at the drive thru if they were still open for dine in and they stated they were so we backed out of the drive thru line and the car in front of us also followed. We get to the door and it's locked!! We knocked because based on the hrs listed on the front door they should still be open, then what seemed like 5 min later someone opens the door. There was only two girls working one of which already had her ride waiting for her. So they clearly planned to close early. The second girl then said she had already shut down and counted the registers inside so she couldn't take our order. They have zero customer service! And clearly have no real management. read more

If I could give this restaurant Weston once or I would ordered two of their $5 boxes two additional bean and cheese burritos with no onions and traditional tacos the cheesy gordita box came out perfectly fine I thought the other box something that my wife had the soft taco in it and it was missing three of its other items I walk back in doctor going to drive through driving back to my hotel room and coming back to a sign that says we're sorry we're not able to produce a receipt to the machine malfunction thank you for the management though somehow the shift leader was able to reprint my receipt from the drive-thru area that I never got and then when she asks what I would like her to do I ask her to completely remake the order since my food was sitting back in the hotel room getting cold while I'm waiting for my wife. She said she called the manager and what I was asking was not possible. Long story short she would not help me. Mind you this is the shift leader. Long story short I did not get my food and had to file a fraud charge with my cc company. read more

If this is the place right next to the gas station and Jack In The Box, then, I hate this place! I only go there if I really want taco bell. I mean I love Taco Bell, but, the people that work at this place just are not very good. Every time I have been to this specific one, the burritos are rolled like crap. If my order has like 3 bean and cheese burritos and I wanted one with sour cream, its like they don't understand. I never do that anymore when I go there! I either ask for all sour cream, or all plain, that's the only way it will come out right. I have eaten at this location many times over the years and it keeps getting worse and worse. Corporate offices if you ever read this, and you have proven you will not, you should fire all these employees and hire a new staff. I have eaten the pot pies and the gravy is to thin, the pie contains mostly potatoes and pepper, very little chicken. Don't eat here, food is always cold if it's even edible. I've eaten both kfc and Taco Bell from here, and it's horrible. My biscuits were rock hard and chicken was pink and slimy. Gross. I tried Taco Bell tonight for the second time, they must have been out of ground beef or something, cause my Doritos taco seriously had no ground beef and was all crushed up, I thought it might have fallen out in the bag.... no. It should be noted that I love Taco Bell. It's bomb. Still waiting for Taco Bell to bring back Nachos Extreme (Hollywood reboots everything why don't you?) With that said, I am grading this Taco Bell as a one star because of one main reason: the service is god awful at this location. About a month ago I came through this drive thru and part of my order was a large drink. I got charged for a large and was given a medium, but paid for a large. I pointed this out to the girl and she said "they haven't ordered any more"...blaming the ever elusive "they". Despite this, I returned a few days ago with my wife for our lunch break as we both work together. What a huge mistake. There were three people in front of us. It took ten minutes just to order (the employees would only open one register despite the four people now behind us as well). It took another almost 20 minutes to get our food at this "fast food" establishment. So we get our food, but my wife ordered from the KFC side and noticed she had not been given any honey as she requested. I went back to the counter to find no one there or near the drive thru window. I kept saying "hello?" over and over. About four minutes later a employee appeared and acted bothered that I disturbed her. So after waiting around, we went back to work and were both late. The lady behind us actually works with us, and was so late she didn't even get to eat. She had to put her food away because she was late from her hour lunch. We work less than 2 miles from here.... I'm guessing this is a franchise and if so I hope the owner reads this and realizes he needs better workers. read more

First off, I don't ever post reviews, ever. Secondly, after initially reading the reviews before heading to this location, I should've just stopped right there. One of the biggest things taught in the food industry whether fast food or fine dining is attention to detail. You're not going to get that here. I started at the drive thru where I had to repeat my order 3 times. I get up to the window and she repeats it back to me again. Okay, we finally have it right. Hands me my soda in which I ordered Diet Pepsi, hands me a Pepsi. Wait, didn't you JUST repeat my order to me for a fourth time? Anyways, send it back, she gives me Diet Pepsi.. it's flat, awesome. I'm too annoyed to even care at this point. While I'm waiting for my food she's flirting with a coworker and asks me twice if I want my receipt and once if I want hot sauce. Yes to both. Hands me my food, still no receipt. Proceeds to ask me again if I want my receipt and a second time for hot sauce. NO ATTENTION TO ANY DETAIL WHATSOEVER. I could possibly understand being a little flustered if the place was packed with people.. I was the only one in the drive thru. I'm from a small town in Maine and drive 30 mins to the nearest Taco Bell, I understand out here they're a dime a dozen, but come on.. this is fast food people, not rocket science. You have one job, listen to your customer the first time. Don't waste your time, find the next closest one. You can't make this stuff up.. read more

I work down the street so this would be one of my go to spots, but after there recent service I probably will not be stopping by anymore. The past few times I've gone the service was really slow it was one car at time going through the drive through instead of the usual quick and fast check out. I have given this Taco Bell/ KFC many chances and i am thanked by rude attitudes and messed up orders. More times than not they forget part of my order and they never fail to be rude. I have been here many times and each time something has gone wrong. I will never go to this Taco Bell again unless it fall under new management. The staff should be let go and the current manager fired. I have never been so appalled in my life by continuous lack of service. Its understandable for a place to occasionally get an order wrong but every single time mixed with unforgivably rude staff, NO THANKS. I went today 10/13/15 around 12pm, when I sat down @ a table it was sticky & the high chair was sticky as well.. This is the worst location I been to. Once we finished our food I went to throw away the trash, and that's when I saw a huge cockroach, I felt so disgusted I almost threw up my food. I really wish that there was an option to leave 0 stars because this is the worst taco bell, actually worst fast food experience i have ever had. so this is based off of two horrible visits, the first time i ordered a simple taco box, the one with the twelve hard shell tacos. I specifically asked for all of them to be doritos locos tacos (dls) and all to be supreme. so i get to the window and pay and the guy who gives us the drinks, and he's half asleep. anyways we get home and the tacos are all regular except two. i guess i should have checked them all, but i only happened to open the two dls tacos. we had already waited 20 min in the drive thru because they were extremely slow and probably messing up other orders too and the inside part was already closed so anyways we just let it go in hopes that the next time (only went again because it was the closest taco bell to us) they would get it right. so this time when i pull up to the order window, a guy starts to take my order and this time i am dangerously specific with my order and i say it slowly and repeat it a couple of times, in the middle of me repeating it, the guy tells me to "hold on" and a girl gets on the speaker, super rude, and she says "what did you want to order" and at this point i'm pissed because i wasted the past 5 minutes repeating my order to the clueless guy and now i have to repeat it again to this girl. i was irritated by the time i got to the window and i told her i'm checking it all before i leave because they messed it up last time. so i check and all the tacos were supreme, BUT when i get home, i am surprised to see that the some of the tacos again were not supreme, this is partially my fault because i checked but i must have mixed a few up because i know i checked most of them. anyways i am fed up and my appetite is gone at this point and i head back over there. so i get to the drive thru window and i request a new order because they massacred my original order and i make them remake the ones that weren't affected because they're cold now??? the guy was once again clueless and puts the girl on and she simply tells me to pull forward as if this is a regular thing? she has an attitude so not only do i ask for a whole new meal, but i also ask for new drinks because at this point they are all watered down. overall horrible service and i got sick the next day, so idk what they did with my food but i will not be returning to this taco bell location. read more
