I selected drive thru pick up Order and they refused to give me my order through drive thru. Order was prepaid and insisted I had to park and go inside very unprofessionally. Why have that option? after sitting in a drive thru for a few minutes us customers choose drive thru option for convenience. We are on our meal breaks and need quick and easy service. Very disappointed with the Onatrio store. Even at the window refused to hand over order. App needs to be updated or employee need to do better. read more

I've had sh*tty food and service quite a few times, but this place top 3 for me in my book of TERRIBLE PLACES never to revisit. Hit the KFC Tacobell because there was no line at all at 2pm. Was told they discontinued a bunch of the KFC items so I got a chicken quesadilla and taco combo with a drink instead. Drive up, they hand me a 3/4 cup full drink, no straw, no napkins, no sauce, and the saddest excuse of a quesadilla. Decided not to check my food before driving away and got all the way home to find basically empty taco shells. Normally I would just eat it and be disappointed but there was nothing to eat. So I drove back and asked for it to be remade. The lady was unapologetic and said they portion everything. I said I know I worked for Taco Bell I know the portions and she said how long ago? Excuse me??? Then asked if I wanted some meat on the side. Like no dude I want my food remade the way it should've been made the first time. No! They are always sold out or say they are sold out but really don't want to cook it. That is what we have been told literally. We went one day to get KFC and said they were sold out but then said it'll take 30 min to cook the chicken. We were shocked! This isn't the first time we have come here and they said they were sold out of something even ordering from Taco Bell menu. Even the basic ground beef. I don't like to leave bad reviews because I work in the industry but this is a place where it is consistently bad and "sold out" of food. This location is total crap, the staff is rude and they gave stale Beans and dried tortilla in Bean rice cheese burritos. It was so bad that my 10 years old boy threw up. So we were traveling and we just searched Taco Bell and found this one closest,. We went drive-thru and ordered some burritos. We also requested the lady to give us big cups of water as the temperature was 98. She was very rude and she said I have to charge you for the cups I said I have kids and the temperature is very high we need ice. She said whatever sir I need to charge for the big cups. She give us very small cups of KFC with a weird smile on face. When I go to other locations they have started giving big plastic cups with Taco Bell logo, so I don't know why this Old Spanish lady said that. So when we started driving my wife gave the food to the kids and she also grabbed one she gave me a bite and I realized that all the burritos have bad tortillas the corners are dried up and they were very brittle as they were at least a couple of days. And then my 10-year-old who got the bean rice cheese burritos also did a complaint that is very chewable and a weird taste. I thought the kids are cranky because they were also asking for the frozen yogurt. But to my surprise after a couple of miles he threw up. My wife took a bite from his leftover other burrito and she told me it's so sour because it's stale. How can Taco Bell sell this type of food, I was in food industry for 23 years. And in this kind of soaring temperature I used to sample and taste my food like four times a day. I doubt they have a food handling certification. Is that a manager on site, or any supervisor who can check this. Because we booked in advance and we were going on a vacation that's why I did not take a u-turn otherwise I would have taken care of that untrained cheap kitchen stuff myself. I would have let them eat that burrito in front of me. I think the kitchen stuff needs more training or if this location is avoiding to have a supervisor with brain to to leave these brainless people in kitchen. Taco Bell corporate should take care of it. Also I will bring attention of the health department to do a random check because this location is totally trash. The food was crap the lady on drive-thru was rude and trashy. I don't think so that this location represents Taco Bell brand. Seriously whoever served that stale food which made my 10-year-old sick should be fired. I understand that people need job right now but seriously she can go or he can go work on a gas station where at least she cannot serve stale food to the diners to make them sick and throw up. Food was horrendous in terms of portion and quality, the parts that were edible at the very least. The food very clearly sits for hours on end as much of it was cold and the tortillas were so stale and brittle they literally broke into shards. Much of the order wasnt even correct to begin with and kept trying to sneak in side dishes I didnt order because they were out and couldnt just say that to begin with. Even after confirming the order because onions can cause tongue swelling they still throw a handful of onion in our food. The owner needs to have a serious reality check if theyre allowing this atrocious excuse of a meal to continue because they want to cut corners so they can continue pocketing as much as they can rather than take care of their investment. read more

Haven't had Taco Bell in a very long time but I am sick and was craving it. FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER AT THAT LOCATION. Got a chicken chalupa combo, no cheese and sour cream. Was very specific, said it 3 times to make sure. For my crunchy taco, substitute for potato. They said 5 min wait for potatoes. After going to window, no potato. When I got home, my food had cheese and my crunchy taco was beef with cheese.... SMH. Incorrect! Called and spoke with "Unique" which was "manager" saying "I'm sorry. We are training new members. We will remake" My husband left to get it. She called back saying they didn't put cheese and checked cameras. Ummm, Why would I lie? I am lactose. What was great about this Taco Bell was that it was a part of KFC so i could order chicken at KFC and my friend his burrito at Taco Bell. The building is at a great location across from a hotel and if we decided to eat somewhere there were other choices to eat up the street not to far. The place did have a "cold" feeling and have to agree with others that reviewed this the staff, all but one guy, were rather rude and treated us like a number forgetting part of my order. Didn't realize I've already been to this location before and I only went because it was close to where I was at. Waited over an hour for 3 bean and cheese burritos and 2 cheesy roll ups. The most simple order ever. It was not busy at all and the people who came in after us for an hour got their orders before I did. It didn't make sense. Definitely don't recommend. I went here on my lunch excited to find out their was a Taco Bell location near by my work , I rushed over their and order my 5 layer burrito and large Baja blast . Only to be disappointed by their food , idk if it's because it's half KFC and half Taco Bell but their Taco Bell is lacking! the beans in my burrito were super watery and flavorless , my burrito was cold and not fresh tortilla . As much as I tell my wife to NOT get food at Taco Bell, she still does it. She is severely allergic to dairy and she asked for no cheese or cheese containing sauces...the receipt says bean burrito, no cheese, no onion, no red sauce. She took a bite from her burrito and of course there was cheese inside. And cheese sauce on her other order. Tried calling to speak with the manager but of course no one answers. I just met a super nice guy (green hair and a beard. Working front counter). He was great. He was polite and friendly and he made sure our orrery was perfect. We all that moment when what we want is just a simple meal from Taco Bell. The good is just right and we all know that we won't regret the decision as badly as If we had a burger and fries. We visited the Ontario Mills Taco Bell and firstly need to review how polite and kind the employees at this location are. They were welcoming as soon as we came in and even provided us with advice for our order of converting it to a meal in efforts to save us money. The bad news is that in spite of their friendliness our order was delivered incorrectly. We had placed an order for three Soft Taco Supremes with no tomatoes and actually recurved three Regular Soft Tacos. I'm the end we were so impressed with the staff here at Taco Bell that we decided that the mistake was not worth pointing out. We went to this KFC/ Taco Bell location today, cashier was pleasant, once we went into dinning area this place was a PIG STY, The tables were FILTHY, there was food and TRASH all on the floor. Needed a quick stop on way to Palm Springs and saw the terrible reviews of this location. But I like to live dangerously. I went in expecting the worst, but it was pretty damn fine. Service was friendly and quick in the drive thru. Soft tacos were hot and tasty and they held the cheese as requested. Beef burrito was good. Gave plenty of hot sauce and napkins. Was going to knock off a star because the "unsweetened" iced tea tasted like they just took 10% sweetened raspberry iced tea and watered it down the other 90%, but I am putting the star back for the ingenuity.
