This was, by far, the worst Taco Bell/KFC...or even restaurant I have EVER been too. Rather than try to sound even remotely objective, my family and I have never been treated or insulted by such bad service. Let me recount a few of the things that we experienced. First, the cashier (Rebecca) absolutely was not trained at all in customer service. I literally waited for my turn patiently, but she kept doing other things while it was my turn. She would fumble around with getting plates, talk to her co-workers, grab sauces for no reason (that I could understand), and I recounted 5-6 minutes just waiting for my turn (while I was the only person left in the line!) Second, the manager was nowhere to be found!? When asked to speak to someone, she noted that the manager was out looking for change!? I've owned a few restaurants and we always had the till stocked for the day. When I asked to speak to someone, she introduced me to Emily who she noted (in quotation marks) was "second in command." Emily comes to me and starts blaming me. Not only was there STILL another customer waiting for his food, now Rebecca is looking for Emily who comes out and tells me that I could not have possibly been waiting for 5-6 minutes, and that she will pull up the video tape footage to prove it. She even dared me to stay till the manager comes back, 30 minutes, if it's that important to me (otherwise go eat somewhere else...like In and Out across the stree...which we eventually did...) I came onto Yelp hoping to help the community out and then find it already has 1.5 stars (which is 1.5 too many), but I guess the community already knows. I just wish I had my receipt from my earlier purchase of one taco from a family members so I could reach out to corporate...or even the owner... They don't even have the address right on Google Maps (because they don't care...it's like the first thing of noting your location, right!?) read more

This is the closest Taco Bell to me. This is very unfortunate because it is the worst one I have ever been to. Their hours are not updated on any websites. Says they close at 9:00pm on every media including Tacobell.com. This location used to be really good and have no issues. There was always this little cubby kid working who was very friendly and helpful everytine. But now they have new staff and things are getting really bad. Everytine I go I get the same thing I have been for the last like 10-15 years. When I go now things are always throw all over the bag and very unorganized, chips all over and it's a mess. Same thing today, except this time they gave me very little bits of chips and the cheese sauce to dip it in look like it was the last little bit of what they had and barely any. Service is hit and miss but the biggest problem if the food... Or lack of I suppose. Constantly out of items. Meals that come with a large drink only come with mediums because they're out of large cups and they can't compensate with an additional small so your paying the same price and getting less, out of chicken, out of beef, out of 3 or 4 menu items at one time, debit/credit card machine is down, etc. This is usually the closest taco Bell to me so unfortunately I keep going there but it's safe to say at least once out of every five visits there's issues with items it payment options. That's not even including all the times the orders been wrong. Whoever does their ordering needs to get their act together. Utterly horrible service! They do not even deserve one starting if I could give them zero Stars I absolutely would! They got my order wrong twice. Then told me they had no paper for receipts. Then when I asked them for a written receipt they only wrote down the items; they did not write the total amount on the receipt. Ordered a chicken burrito supreme with no lettuce and no sour cream, and a regular soft shell chicken taco. She had the audacity to ask me did I want a taco supreme. When I let her know the order is incorrect please replace it with the tucorrect order, she pushes it aside ignores me and start taking other orders from people in line. After about 5 minutes I get furious and ask for a manager. Then when I asked for that she had to go find the manager and took forever!! Then she didn't fix my order that they screwed up and took three more customers while I was waiting. The manager has the audacity to tell me that 6the machine is broken to print the receipt and they're out of paper on the other machine and I have to wait. Ridiculous!! Then when I asked him I asked her for a written receipt so she couldn't print one because they were out of printer paper for the receipts, she lies and says she gave me that which she did not. Then he takes all day looking for a pen and then it takes him forever to add it up! By this time I'm furious and I tell them to cancel my order and give me back my money. He takes all day doing that and then asked me do I want him to correct my order? Are you kidding me hell no give me back my money! Ask for the name and phone number of his district manager. He has the audacity to tell me he can't give that out he can take my name and number and have them call me. Like he's really going to do that! I told him that's ridiculous I have a right to that information. When he refuses I let him know I'm going to call the corporate office and ask for his name. And of course the ding Bell cashier doesn't have a name tag. He rudely spelled out his name to me sarcastically and yelling, when I asked him his name, like I'm some idiot and can't spell Ricardo. Ricardo if you read this you are rude and horrible manager! The store and gave them a horrible Yelp review this one you're reading. And I made sure and said it loud enough that they heard it. Then I told them I'm calling the corporate office to complain. This place needs all new freaking employees! Absolutely do not go here rude, unprofessional, impolite! Bad service! And from what I see above a whole lot of other people agree with me, cuz they don't even have two stars. I was here and only three on Google with a bunch of complaints. So I feel compelled to write a review based on all the bad reviews I see on here. This is the Taco Bell location that is combined with KFC. The service wasn't slow, there were 3 cars ahead of us and total time to get our food was around 8 minutes. Not bad. Hubby and I ordered a bunch of tacos (9) 2 orders of nachos, and an enchirito, & 2 large drinks. Lisa was taking our order. She was nice over the intercom. When we go to the window took about 1 minute to get all our food. When we checked the bag however, our two orders of nachos weren't in there. When we told Lisa, she apologized and said she would give them to us free of charge- which she did. She didn't have an attitude or anything, that was a nice change of pace from the normal associates who when they mess up, have an attitude when the fix your order. Thanks Lisa, for having a great attitude, and giving us great customer service after a small mistake. We appreciate it. Great experience overall. read more

We ordered almost $30 with of tacos lady takes my order, takes my money, and proceeds to tell me they "ran out of beef, which essentially made me substitute chicken in most of the items. Literally the past three times I've went to this location they've made up an excuse too what it seems , avoid frying food . Long wait times, wrong orders and they never do the current promo that is advertised on national t.v. The final straw was today (June 18) when every Taco Bell across the nation was giving away a free Doritos taco from 2-6pm as part of their NBA Finals promotion. The Golden State Warriors won a road game in the NBA Finals so Taco Bell was giving away free tacos. This location said they were not participating but they didn't tell me that when I placed my order. After I waited and got to the pickup window to pay, I asked if the free taco has been taken off the bill. That's when I was told. Just a poor experience everytime I've ever gone here. I went here today and ordered the nachos bellgrande. When I got home I discovered that the nachos only contained a minuscule amount of shredded cheese. Not once did the employee tell me that there was no cheese sauce or ask me if I wanted shredded cheese as a substitution. The chips were extremely stale as well. It appears someone ordered the nachos with no cheese and then changed their mind. Then the employees just held onto the food until someone else ordered nachos. So instead of making new ones, they just sprinkled a little shredded cheese and threw it in the microwave. They didn't even include the receipt so I can't complain (I believe this was intentional). I've had numerous problems with this tack bell forgetting food (they once forgot half of my order. I ordered 6 things and only got 3), giving me the wrong food, giving me food with missing ingredients (once got a crunch wrap with no meat. Never made that specification. They just gave it to me that way). I've lost so much money here from food made wrong to food they simply just didn't give me. I don't know if this is a fast food establishment, a company stealing from their customers, or a secret charity no one knows about. But clear the restaurant has no money and needs donations.
