ALWAYS the longest wait. Spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru at 8:20pm on a Sunday night. Never coming back to this Taco Bell, you think we'd learn after the 5th time... Had to update this.... because we've been in the drive thru line for so long and what else is there to do... but we're at the window and they don't even have proper change for us, so after waiting 30+ minutes they can't even provide us with correct change... so we're overpaying for our Taco Bell. You'd be wiser to take your money and invest in breeding and selling stray cats than deal with this. read more

Taco bell Usually is a hit or miss. I can say honestly tonights visit was a hit. Was helped through the drive thru window by Logan. He was very polite and the customer service was phenomenal. Shared a laugh or two at the window even through the masks. Hope they give this guy a raise and a high five. Oh and the food was great. In n out in less than 5 mins. I love me some Taco Bell so I try my best to deal with what I have (only location near my house). But the service here is sad. We ALWAYS wait. No matter if we use the app and order ahead, wait in the drive thru, or go in. There is always a wait. I'm only giving 2 stars because the food is usually pretty good. Some thing are usually forgotten like no ice when requested, but today I was given my soda half full with TONS of ice. I handed it back to the girl in the window for a fix and she hands me a new soda but still half full...small thing in the grand scheme of things, but the small things add up quickly. read more

Shout out to these guys working tonight! There was a difficult customer in front of me in the drive through and a clearly a door dasher impatiently waiting in the lobby. These guys got slammed and could only do so much and I know they probably got yelled at by a few people. I appreciated how the guy working the window was still kind and friendly and not all pissey like most would have been. I hate to admit that on occasion I visit Taco Bell for either a Doritos taco or chalupa. Annoyed to learn they had run out of ground beef and no longer offer fiery Doritos tacos. Ended up getting the toasted cheese chalupa which was pretty good. Still, running out of ground beef (or whatever pseudo meat filling goes into the tacos) is kind of a joke. read more

There are good days and bad days. From what I can gather that depends on the current employees. Some are great, some don't do their job, some don't show up. Still ok for a quick bite, just keep in mind they tend to take long at the drive through even when theres a short line because they are usually understaffed. read more

Went to get breakfast this morning, 7:18, 18 mins after opening. The car in front of me just sat there, then left, no food. I waited at the sign to order, no one ever answered, so I pulled up to the window and knocked, a young man came over and said that the mgr called in, so they don't have any food or any prep ready. This Taco Bell is usually fine during the day but at night is always so inconsistent with orders. Hi I came to Taco Bell in Orangevale, CA on Madison Ave. last night and had a horrible experience. I was charged $12.89 for 3 chicken soft tacos and a bean burrito which is highly overpriced. I was told they don't have chicken soft tacos on the menu anymore so they would ring me up for beef instead and the tacos I got were horrible hardly any meat and tons of soggy lettuce also the bean burrito was dry as can be with no red sauce or onions just jars gross beans it was like a block of yuck. They had a long line in the drive thru so I didn't go back but I am very disappointed and would appreciate some sort of refund or compensation please for the $12.89 I threw down the drain last night. Unfortunately, I have been sitting in drive thru ,1 car away from the order menu for 10 minutes. If I could I would have backed out but there are 5 cars behind me. Able to order after 13 minutes, and now waiting behind 3 cars. Looking at the Now hiring friendly people sign, and makes me wonder if they should put fast on there as well. We then parked our cars outside of the store to decide where we wanted to eat since they were closed.
