Wanted to try these Cantina tacos. Take a look at my photos. What it is supposed to be vs what I got. We had a long wait at the drive thru, and this is what I received. There was no chicken at all on this crispy chicken cantina taco. Some cheese, but mostly was a weird sauce. What a let down and a huge waste of money!!! Was impressed with this one! I've been to my fair share of Taco Bells. There are 3 in Chico where I live, and they are not all the same in terms of service and food quality. This one in Oroville was on point with my order: gave all the necessary sauces and brought it out quickly. And my food tasted how it should taste. I love their Nachos BellGrande. As I bit into my cheesy Gordon (my personal slang for gordita), I was thrust into a world much like what is depicted in Tron; my body was deconstructed and rebuilt by Verde lasers, and I was subjected to a watered down version of "the games." I rode upon chalupa bikes and hurled burrito boomerangs through a legion of competitors that disintegrated into unsatisfying taco shell debris. It was super lame, and a slap in the face to the very concept of fast food. Look, all I want is to satiate my desire to live a life of pure, adulterous instant gratification. It seems like every time I come here they mess up my order. Today was no different. I ordered extra beef and sour cream on my nachos and no sour cream came with it. So I had to go back and instead of remaking my order they gave me sour cream in cups...so I got to scoop it out with my fingers. Remaking my order would have been the right answer. read more

Ordered through Doordash and they left out multiple items that we had paid for. We immediately notified doordash who sent a re delivery request which taco bell promptly denied. Excellent service last three times I've been there. Friendly staff, Taco Bell quality food, fast service, and always a correct order. Much better service and staff quality then the one on the other side of town. I was very impressed with the two staff that worked the drive through a few weeks back. Their enthusiasm, smiling faces and engagement with customers was refreshing. Most fast food employees I see look and act like they hate their job. No true story Last night 3-6-16 I went to tacobell for a quick burrito since this is one of the only fast foods ill eat well there was like 5-6 cars in drive threw and the parking lot was empty so figured ill go inside and order a guy had already been standing looking like he been there a while I was greeted by a nice polite guy and orderd 2 chulpas so 5 miniutes goes by im wonderng why its yt?
