This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The late night crew does not care about the customers. I was picking up a mobile order for my wife and I in the drive thru so I told the woman at the speaker that I had a mobile order and she said to pull around to the window, just like normal. I get to the window and she asks me for my name and I say it. She says okay and closes the window. A few minutes later she opens it up and, very rudely right off the bat, says she doesn't have an order for my name. I said I don't know why because I have the order here, and started to show her my phone. Where the order says it's ready and she says no I'm not gonna look at your phone we don't have it. So I double check to make sure I have the location right and I do, so I try and show her and she tells me to cancel it and drive back through and order again. Well it won't let me cancel because they took my name and started the order and it said complete. So I was already charged $16 on my Apple Card and could see it on my recent activity and wasn't going to pay for it twice. So after she rudely kept telling me she couldn't do anything and naming all the other names she had orders for a man interrupted her and asked me for my name and I said it, and he said oh here it is. She thought my name was Michael and didn't see a Michael on the order list. So we finally get our food after 5 minutes of that at the window. Our food is lukewarm. My burritos are missing sour cream and nacho cheese sauce, and my wife is missing her nachos but has her cheese in a cup. So it was terrible experience. Service is almost always terrible and the line takes forever. One of the last times we were there, we asked for extra sauce (we ordered nachos, a quesadilla, and a few tacos and were given two packs of mild and two packs of fire - not nearly enough for everything we had). We were told by the college-aged guy at the window that their manager restricts the amount of sauce they give out. I let him know that we have never had an issue getting extra sauce before, and that what we got was not enough. I was not rude about it, made sure to stay polite. He handed us a few extra packets of sauce. This Taco Bell has, and I do not say this lightly, the worst service I have ever experienced. As the only TB in the Oxford area, I have given them an incredibly long leash and, time and time again, they disappoint. Workers are PUSHY, RUDE, and SLOW. Each time I go, I finish my order with "and may I please have, literally, as much mild sauce as you could possibly give me." Never have I had enough!! Usually there are only four sauce packets in the bag; that's not even all of the funny quotes! Each time I go I say it will be the last time but then, usually within the month, I get a hankerin' for a bean burrito (no onions) and I return. It took 30 minutes just to get my food when going through the drive thru, and when we got to the window the worker was mean and rude. I've had Taco Bell many a time. I even am a proud user of the Taco Bell app, which usually streamlines the service. However, that was not my experience tonight. After waiting in line for 44 minutes, I did not expect is to be berated by the employees. I felt like I was being inconsiderate for even bothering them with my order. After multiple attempts of the employees trying to gaslight me into believing that I didn't place my order, they finally "found it". We then proceeded to wait for an additional 20 minutes before finally arriving at the window. I tried my best to change the tone of the visit, being as courteous as possible. Instead of reciprocating, my cashier met me with a sarcastic comment about the size of my order, which was less than 5 items including drinks. I usually am able to sympathize with employees working late and not being in a great mood. However, it is mind blowing that Taco Bell allows the employees to verbally assault and attempt to manipulate the clientele. The food miraculously came out of the window after an additional 15 minutes of waiting. I bid this Taco Bell goodbye and good riddance. 1. I just made this Yelp account so I could complain about this Taco Bell specifically. 2. One of the managers is RUDE. On one occasion a few weeks back they didn't season any of the chicken in any of the burritos I ordered (I eat the same thing pretty much every time I come) and the manager wanted to argue with me about it! I told her "I think the chicken has been under-seasoned, could I- (was about to ask for a different item) and she cut me off and just kept repeating "no," over and over again. I just got a refund and left hungry. 3. DO NOT EVEN THINK about going through the drive thru here if you're in a time crunch (such as on your lunch break). It takes them about 5-10 minutes PER CAR. I spend 30+ minutes in the drive thru here on a regular basis. As a matter of fact, I am in the drive thru right now typing this. There is a line of cars from the window to the road and I sat in my car for roughly 15 minutes before the line even moved one car. I wouldn't be here if I had the money to eat anywhere else that isn't McDonald's. +some of the employees here are genuinely good people and have been very accommodating to me. But it seems like management needs some SERIOUS WORK. Edit/update: it has been 20 minutes since I started writing this review and exactly 31 minutes since I arrived here. I am still in line. Edit/update #2: I made it through the line after waiting for about 40 minutes. It looked like there were only about three people working today. Very Friendly! Went by to try breakfast. The Naked Egg Taco and Sausage Egg Crunch Wrap was the best and hottest breakfast I've ever had from a fast food joint. The best thing is the food is not placed under a warmer like the rest of the other breakfast fast food chains. It is made to order. The staff was friendly and polite. Hi, this is Silas McSilassilas and I have always been a big fan of Taco Bell. They are a cheap and easy way to get not horrible food (though their quesadillas are way too expensive). This place did not disappoint food wise. It was exactly what I expected: cheap but edible and tested decent. My problem with them was the way they treated my friend. He had had a long day full of essay writing and no food whatsoever, and we just wanted some cheap but edible food to blow off steam. We arrive and are greeted warmly, but things quickly turn sour. In today's day and age it is difficult for a man to approach a woman without coming off as aggressive assertive or just creepy. However, if there is any way to do it, my friend did it. As he ordered, he politely asked if he could take the nice woman taking our order on a date sometime. lNo assumption of an answer, no change in tone, nothing but a genuine question. And she had the nerve to give my friend the harshest reply I have ever heard: "I have a boyfriend." A no would have sufficed. Even a no with an explanation if having a boyfriend but she did not even have the decency to do that. My friend, shocked by this aggressive response was somehow able to remain calm as the situation cooled down. We get you have a boyfriend but the answer to a yes or no question is "yes" or "no". 1 star read more
