They didn't offer any drink refills until they brought the check. Condado was founded by a former Barrio business partner. Barrio sued and lost. Comparing the overall review ratings for Condado Mentor and Barrio Willoughby from multiple sources, Barrio is also losing in Lake County. And Condado has free parking. Barrio doesn't. We should have gone to Condado instead.
