I'm a a fast foodie and I stop in this store once in awhile. Usually there is nobody at the register and you have to order from the kiosk (which is pretty common today: thank you Covid). I like customer interaction. This location is famous for being out of ice a lot for the fountain drinks and it is notoriously famous for the air conditioning to be out of order (as it was today). Once I received my food I noticed that my tray was probably survived from the 1980s as it was totally worn out. There was also a little spot of food (which looked like old guacamole to me) still lingering on that old tray. (See pic). I also noticed cracked seat cushions and on the way out, I noticed how filthy the children's high chairs were. Come on people, clean your act up, people eat here. Pretty soon Taco Bell will be going the way of Sonic and Checkers.....out of business, if they don't start some kind of customer service. read more

Possibly the worst customer service on the planet. Simply ordered four tacos. Got two, went back through the drive through, told them they missed two and they told me to wait. Waited 17 minutes in the parking lot and went back in and they looked at me like I asked them how to build a rocket when I asked about my tacos. I was in the drive thru with my friends and we ordered a simple order. Not too complicated, not too many items for three people, just simple. After waiting in the drive thru for a long period that felt like waiting for my ex wife to develop a baby, we got to order. Off the bat, we were saying literal simpleton dialogue and the woman who was running the drive thru was sassy for no understandable reason. That's fine, we all have bad nights. After the rest of this pillage of a wait, we received our order and were super excited to eat the godly food that is taco bell late at night. We get home, sit down, open the bag, and guess what?! I ordered via the drive-through and when I received my food, several items were missing and I had items I didn't order. I circled back around to explain the order was wrong and I was missing items. The employee at the window argued with me and my friend, claiming everything was there and asked for the bag of food back, which is unsanitary. After a very long wait, I finally received the correct order, but none of the food had been remade. It was extremely dry and had been sitting for a while. The next day, I had food poisoning. THE WORST LOCATION EVER!!! The portion size was so off that it was embarrassing that the people making the meal sent this crap out! Stoped in on my ride down to Miami Ordered : Grilled STEAK burrito box -The grilled steak burrito had beef in it?!! Nobody knows what they are doing in the back and it truly seems like they are intentionally trying to get people to leave. Great Taco Bell, food is always fresh and made to order. I will say eat it at the restaurant. Do not uber eats from this Taco Bell for they take forever and your food will be cold and your freeze drinks will be melted. They are pretty slow. I'm a cash paying customer. Noticed no one was helping me at the cash register. Saw people using the kiosk, so I went ahead and placed my order on the electronic kiosk. When I checked out it prompted me to go to the cashier and pay for my meal. I noticed the people who placed their orders after me, on the kiosk, were getting their food before me. No one was helping me at the register yet, so I asked an employee why no one was making my food and taking my money. At that point I must have been in the restaurant for at least 15 minutes and no one had made my food yet. I was the only person standing there with a $20 bill in my hand waiting. Customer service is horrible at this Taco Bell. I ended up leaving the restaurant without food. I understand my choices, but I was tired of waiting. read more

I went to this taco bell bell on 11.15.24. I ordered 2 tacos and a coke. I asked for 3 mild sauces for a total of six. Once I got to the window and they took my money they refused to give me more than one sauce per taco. I insisted because that's how I LIKE IT. They were so unbelievable rude and jerks so I put my car in park and said I wasn't moving until I got the rest of my order. She refused so I started taking pictures of them and the main jerkoff hid her face. She then grabbed a whole handful of sauce and threw it at my face. This restaurant was the only one willing to make breakfast burritos early in the morning for Cinco de Mayo. I called a couple days ahead and spoke with the manager. She assured me that the manager that morning would come in early and make 20 burritos for me. Lo and behold, that morning the manager called me and assured me that these burritos will be done. This location makes you park in front after taking your payment (they don't tell you that you have to wait for up to 45 mins until after swiping your card). The first time it happened I assumed someone called out or there was an issue. I did a online order from this Taco Bell for my lunch break -order number #922072 and when I got to the restaurant they said they never received my order even though I showed them the receipt and that it was from that location and it was charged on my card, the workers didn't try to make my order or even offered me my order, they didn't even offer me a refund!
