First time in for dinner on Friday evening - party of 6 and what a good experience. Quick service friendly water. Food was hot and tasty. Seafood soup was a hit. This location had a nice causal atmosphere with table ls That accommodate large parties. And they came in as evening went on there was a live duo ban playing some good Latin music and dancing.

I was super excited about Sabor Latino! I love Latin food, and this place has a huge menu with all different kinds. I was honestly overwhelmed (in a good way) and couldn't decide what to get! I ended up getting the mofongo, even though our server said she wouldn't recommend it. It was my fault for ignoring that, but it wasn't great. I appreciated her honesty! The bacon in it was so hard I couldn't even chew it and ended up having to pick it out, and there wasn't much flavor. I ended up taking the side sauce from my friend's dish and putting it on mine. It also took forever to get our water refilled, to the point that I ended up just drinking the water bottle I had in my purse. I don't think I've ever seen another places with so many different types of Latin cuisine on one menu so I think there is a lot of potential here, and I'm hoping other dishes are better.

I had a great time here! We got seated right away. It's a huge space so there's plenty of seating for big tables. They had live music later in the night which was fun to see people getting up and dancing. My fish was yummy and I loved the salad. It was so fresh and flavorful. Our service was good too and the food came out quickly. We brought cupcakes to celebrate and he kindly put it in the refrigerator while we ate.

We ordered takeout. The woman. Who helped us was AWESOME!! Give her a raise. We ordered a Horchata, Bandeja Paisa. Sandwich Cubana with substituted Yuca fries, and maduras (sweet plantains). Everything was super tasty. We both commented how good it was compared to previous Latin restaurants. The yuca fries were fried perfectly. The steak in the Bandeja Paisa was medium and super tender and flavorful. (It is a TON of food for the money!! The steak was huge. Sausage, pork belly, areja, rice n beans, and something ends that i think was a green plantain smashed & fried). We both commented on the rice and the beans being the best we've had. The sweet plantains were soft and sweet. We found our new go-to when I come home. The restaurant is HUGE!! It would be a great place for a large party or wedding reception. Service was excellent and came out fast. Sorry the pic didn't show everything. We were hungry and it looked so good we started eating and forgot to take a pic. (Saturdays at 8pm, They have live entertainment).

This place has a great evening vibe with live music and dancing. We and our guests enjoyed it thoroughly. It is huge and had a lot of seating. The waiter was so friendly and accommodating. We brought cupcakes to celebrate and he kindly put it in the refrigerator while we ate. The menu selections and daily specials provided delicious and plentiful food! We will definitely return to dine!

This ambience was giving low key glam cafeteria vibes, but the experience exceeded my expectations. The hostess was very welcoming, the server did a decent job, and the food was dynamite. My only gripe is the tostones could've tasted better... more salt would've cured them. In totality, our meals were fantastic and the portions were plentiful. I'll definitely return. Very excited to have stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant close to home. If you're a drinker, they have a fully stocked massive bar. Parking and accessibility is user friendly too!

I met the Mrs. For dinner after work. Always love visiting this place. It's called "Sabor Latino" aka the Latin Flavor. Or so I think, I'm a gringo so my translation might not be perfect. Which is appropriate, I've always found the flavors to be rich and not timid. We began with a couple of mojitos and an appetizer of Tostone con Carne. The beef was juicy and wonderfully flavored on top of perfectly crispy tostones. Throw a little salt on these just to help the tostone pop and you are all set. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa which is a ridiculously large plate of beef, pork belly, chorizo, rice, beans, tostone, maduro, arepa, and a sunny side up egg. There is enough to take home leftovers for a great lunch tomorrow. My wife tried the Arroz con Pollo but was a little overwhelmed with the onion and green peppers in that dish. While it looked good, she is not a fan of that much green peppers and onion, so she ordered a side of rice and more Tostone con Carne. She was very happy with that. Service was very good and our waiter was really good about the pollo so he quickly collected the tostone and rice. Prices are good and the dishes are sizable and tasty. Give it a try, there are many things on the menu and everything I've had has been delicious. This is probably too long of a review, so I'll wrap it up. If you like Latino food, go try this place.

I have been here many times just Realized I have not done a review. This is a very good Latin restaurant. It's close to work and we often meet here for lunch. We all love it. My favorite is choice #1. Two tacos and a bowl of lentil soup. You get your choice of steak, chicken or pork on the tacos and they look like street tacos. I also love the ropa Viejo. This place has a good feel and we love it.

Placed an order on Door Dash for a grilled chicken burrito and 6x steak tacos and received 4x steak tacos (meat was a bit chewy) and a "burrito" that looks like an enchilada. Burrito was described as grilled chicken, cheese, rice, beans, sour cream and pico de gallo. Sounded great. Until I received it and instead of a burrito I can pick up and take a bite, I got a soggy tortilla folded over and filled with shredded chicken and melted cheese. Although this might be the meal of choice for some, I ordered a grilled chicken burrito and didn't receive it. Everything was eh. A bit disappointing after the good reviews I read.

It's our first time in the area and we were looking for lunch. We gambled to try restaurant. Great service. Good food. We tried 3 delicious dishes; seafood paella, beef tacos and their nachos . The servings were hefty so we got to take out the rest.

They look much larger in the photo on the menu, and in my opinion needed for flavor.

We were planning to hit up Uncle Joe's for Chinese on the same plaza. As we drove by I noticed Sabor was open after a huge renovation. They expanded to three times their former size. We arrived at 7ish on a Friday evening a few days before Christmas. The place was packed but we were still seated immediately. Our waiter arrived promptly and took our drink order (just sodas). He returned quickly and helped us order (a server had walked by with something by my daughter loved the smell of). We ordered an appetizer which arrived quickly. They were very mild in flavor. My daughter liked the "meat" on top and left the plantain base on the plate. She felt they tasted like banana chips, I did not like the texture of the chunks but to me they did not taste like anything. The waiter checked in, cleared the plate, and then nothing. We sat, and sat, and sat some more. Finally a busboy brought us my cold chicken burrito (the black beans actually had that thin layer on top from sitting too long) and the "sides" for my daughter's chicken & beef fajitas. More waiting! Finally we decided to eat my burrito. As I said it was cold when it arrived, now it was even worse. The waiter zoomed by 5 times to see where the fajita "contents" were ....no where to be found. He apologized, finally offered us refills. When he delivered the refills, he said the fajitas would be out in a minute. I asked for him to just put it in a togo box. He offered us desserts, we declined (we were full from my meal). Once we paid he said to remain for a minute because the manager wanted to speak with us. She stopped over and apologized and gave us a gift card for our next visit. Ok, so the original space was wildly popular and I believe will remain so in their new location. Unfortunately for us, our first dinner was in the day and time it was. Their timing is way off and a meal should not be "lost". The only thing on my plate that was warm was the rice which I believe it made in huge amounts so it is always hot. We will try again for lunch in a few months

So I've been coming to this location for awhile and then they closed for 7 months for renovations. I work right across the street and couldn't wait for them to open back up! They expanded into the store next to them too. I heard they finally opened back up and I went for luck yesterday. I was in shock when I walked in, it was like a completely different restaurant. They have a beautiful bar area. The whole restaurant is so nicely done! And the food is just as amazing as before. So glad they are open again and can't wait to come back!!

Curious and hungry, we decided to check it out. The restaurant is located in a small shopping plaza, and I have to admit, the dark tinted windows made the place seem a little questionable at first glance. I actually got out of the car to peek inside before committing. Once I saw several people dining and enjoying themselves, we decided to give it a shot. Inside, the restaurant was tastefully decorated with a charming Dominican countryside flair. Even the bathrooms had a playful sense of humor that added character to the place. Service started off promptly, and we were seated right away with menus in hand. However, while browsing the menu, I quickly realized that despite the restaurant's name, there were very limited Puerto Rican options aside from the different varieties of mofongo. The menu was overwhelmingly Dominican cuisine, which was a bit disappointing since we specifically came looking for Puerto Rican dishes. We ordered the empanada de cangrejo to start, which was flavorful and freshly made. We also shared the mofongo with masitas fritas, and I will say the food itself was well seasoned, hearty, and satisfying. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food. Our waitress lacked warmth and wasn't particularly attentive. What stood out the most was that she didn't know what sorullos or alcapurrias were, which caught me completely off guard considering we were searching for Puerto Rican cuisine. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but the experience didn't fully meet our expectations. If you're looking for Dominican-style mofongo dishes, you may enjoy it. But if you're specifically craving traditional Puerto Rican cuisine, this may not quite hit the mark.

Apple pie and guava for dessert empanadas and they were all awesomely delicious!! Service was warm, welcoming and helpful!! Love Love LOVE!!!

He helped us load it into our warmers at 5 o'clock. It was easy to serve from the trays provided. Everyone was raving about the delicious, meatball, Philly cheesesteak, vegetarian, brisket, chicken, dolce de Leche, apple pie and guava cheese empanadas. My only regret is that I didn't have some of Ana's menus and cards as all wanted to know where the shop is. Having Ana's Killer Empanadas cater our event was one of the easiest, smartest, and most reasonably priced meals we've offered.

We chose a two top on the lovely patio. After ordering sweet tea, we were brought a basket of tortilla chips and some spicy salsa. We ordered guacamole and it was perfect. Onto the main courses: She had the taco trio with black beans/rice and I chose a chile relleno with refried beans/rice. Instead of the usual cheese stuffed poblano pepper I opted for steak + cheese, which also had some veggies in it. Very tasty. El G is a charming place and the servers are nice and efficient. We arrived at 1 pm which we found out was the perfect time. It got very busy later. Can't wait to go back with others.

I had the Birria tacos, hubby had the fried chicken chunks with added onions, our friend Bill had a delicious chicken marinated breast with rice and his awesome wife had the Mexican plate combo, which had so much food! I am so glad I took a chance on this restaurant because we all agreed it will now become a staple in our rotation of places to eat. Additionally, the staff was so genuine, kind, and nice and I love that!
