Every time I go they are not able to break a $100 bill. Their employees half of the time are not aware of what is available and what is not. Every time I go their slushee machine is not working or they do not have the flavor that they advertise. Their is some issue always. The people working behind the register seem like they do not know what they are doing sometimes. We had to repeat our order multiple times just so that they can get it right. We always find food missing, but they are glad to replace what was missing. I'm not expecting anything spectacular since it is a fast food place, but when the meat on a cheesy Gordita crunch is only in the middle and doesn't even go up 1/3 of the taco, we have a problem. Wonderful people working here. Yummy food. My 4 year old and I ordered food she sat down We had just got are food when my daughter knocked her drink all over the floor and half the table. I was trying to grab napkins but it was brand new soda we had just got are food. Then this young man came over he said his name was Dallas. wonderful he brought rags and cleaned it up quickly and told me don't worry he helped move are food to another table and brought my 4 year old another drink. Are you kidding? I know it's just Taco Bell but COME ON! Taco Bell is my last choice for fast food but since I live near this there have been a couple quick stops at the drive through. The order has never been correct for me. I know it's considered cheap but for 1.39 you will get a taco that has 1 teaspoon of "beef", 3 shreds of cheese and 3 shreds of lettuce all thrown into a stale shell. I am not exaggerating! On a good day this is not the best Taco Bell location. It's usually dirty, cold and the service is poor. Today it's not so dirty. The service is still slow and it's cold in here. Just ask the guy sleeping in the dining room wrapped in a blanket. Yup a guy wrapped like a burrito sound asleep in the dining room. No one on staff seems concerned. read more

Location is nice it's always clean decent not that many people but the huge issue is the soda fountain it sucks tastes like water nothing like the drink feels like they never change it or do anything about it and by readying the reviews it looks like no one really cares about this restaurants issues. If I could give a negative stars I would.. I did a online order so I wouldn't have to wait for my order. I showed up 5-10min later and no one was in the front register waited about another 5 min till someone finally showed up and my order wasn't even started yet.. they asked the cooks and no one answered. I was Informed that my order would be right up and waited another 10min asked for my order and still was not made I watched the drive thru line clear out and dining area clear out and people that ordered after I arrive leave before they decided to get someone to make my order while three other cookes stood doing nothing.. took me about 45min to get my order after I arrived nit included the time that I actually ordered... definitely not returning to this Taco Bell and definitely not using online ordering worse experience I have ever had.. the cashier helped as much as she could but the cooks should have been on top of it... and not joking around.. read more

I was just at this location at 12:30 PM today (Saturday). I walked in and I was the only customer waiting to order. The drive thru order taker saw me as she walked past me to go to the drive-thru window without acknowledging me ... Okay, no problem, maybe she's just focused on the drive-thru. Two employees were on the food line (on the opposite side of the lobby) chatting and moving very slowly. No one ever took my order. No one said just a minute; or even acknowledged that a customer waiting in the store. It appears that the lobby was the last priority. As, a former Taco Bell employee in high school and part of college many years ago, we took pride in having a large dollar per hour lunch or dinner rush. Here, I saw no concern for customer service. A monitor showing the lobby was in view and I saw myself just standing there. Since I didn't see a little bell to ring to get someone's attention and I just didn't feel like yelling out "HELLOOO", I walked out and left. So when I got here I waited in the line longer than I'd like, when I got to the window, I was told the card machine went down and since I didn't have cash obviously couldn't pay for my food... and being that I just got off work and drove two hours in heavy traffic... I was very upset! The lady working drive thru was really sweet so I didn't want to tear her apart w yelling because I was very close to doing that, instead I pulled out of the drive thru and called their manager. Manager apologized and told me to go back and she'll give me a complimentary meal. So I go back, and I was still being pretty crabby and demanding, but Toby (I think is her name) was such a sweet heart and carried herself with so much class and respect! Taco Bell is lucky to have an employee like her there! Almost want to steal her and have her come work at my office! She's very professional and polite! Good job Taco Bell! read more

Drove through the drive thru and ordered. Got to the window to pay but asked to add a taco to my order. The window guy refused and said it would mess up their drive thru time.
