Fast food Mexican is A-okay if ya need something quick, & cheap, as buying some grub from Taco Bell definitely won't put a hole in your pocket. I call this Taco Bell restaurant , "Taco Smells" because I surely caught some "good whiffs" at the restaurant yesterday. The smells were so POWERFUL that I swear my nose hairs curled up! Lol! The restaurant is relatively clean, and I know Taco Bell serves everyone & anyone. I only came to this Taco Bell because I didn't wanna deal with the super long lines at Popeye's, so I just went next door for something quick to tie me over (as I was originally planning on missing lunch). Picked me up a Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco & a (4) piece Chicken Strips. I have no complaints about the grub, but bad luck for me as there were a few street patrons in the restaurant.........you know the type that haven't taken a bath in years....... It is unreasonable for an extremely popular fast food restaurant, to close their lobby at 8 PM. People are barely getting out of their jobs and exiting traffic trying to get food. At minimum, the drive-through tends to be 15 to 20 cars deep, I have currently been waiting 40 minutes for my meal. Absolutely ridiculous and I would implore them to staff accordingly so they can operate at minimum 9 PM lobby service as well. read more

They just NEVER do it. Ever. Eventhough I pay for the upcharge EVERY TIME. I'm so irritated because at every other Taco Bell, a *CHEESY* Toasted Burrito HAS CHEESE IN IT ALREADY!! But every single time I order it at THIS STADIUM MALL LOCATION, there is ZERO cheese in it!!!!! What a misguided name "Cheesy Toasted Burrito" when there's ZERO CHEESE IN IT. I've come to ask for extra cheese and pay the additional charge but there STILL is virtually NO CHEESE in it. And I get jipped $1 extra PER Burrito. I remembered the radio announcement about the discontinuation of the Mexican Pizza during the first week of November 2020. I made a note in my mind that I should go and get a Mexican Pizza soon. After we were done at the Farmer's Market, my friend (the birthday girl) was hungry. I got her the Short Ribs at Button Up Cafe nearby and I headed to Taco Bell... lol! So I haven't eaten at any taco bells for a while because they were the only fast food restaurant that never used gloves to prepare their food, but i finally stepped into this one in pearl city, and i noticed that they are finally using gloves! How relieved I am that I didn't have to walk away again! Their food is the same as years before, and the great thing about this place is that it's both pizza Hut and taco bell. The sad part is that they only sell limited items from pizza Hut so my son couldn't get the Buffalo wings he was craving for: Steak salad - 3 stars - ok, but not as fresh as the ones at kapolei. Steak quesedilla - 3 stars - really basic with no quacamoli, but was ok. Came in a bag, so don't know if they microwaved it. Pepperoni pan pizza - the same as other pizza Hut locations. In all, this place is ok, but with limited staff, the tables were dirty. Service was fast though. Lots of tables, and air conditioned, and not crowded because of the location on kam highway with the rail still being built. Lots of parking around the building as well. Total incompetence!! I want to the drive thru of this Taco Bell on Thursday January 20th 2022.. I Had ordered a grilled cheese burrito and I want to extra cheese inside burrito. I came here to get lunch at the drive thru right after work. I was so hungry. I got the combo number one with a mountain dew. I got three supreme crunchy tacos and I ordered a burrito supreme for me. For my daughter, I got two cheesy bean and rice burritos with a cheesy burrito. My daughter was happy. The food is just okay. By the time I got home to eat my food, my tacos got a little soggy since the sour cream and tomatoes made it soggy but it was still edible. You can't go wrong with the burrito supreme. I love this taco bell. The location is easy to drive through and hop back on the freeway. It's never too crowded. It's well kept and clean. The workers work hard and they are friendly too. Leny is an awesome worker! They work well under pressure and help you right away if you need extra sauce or spill a drink( or two. Only my kids lol) i always come here and prefer it over other ones where it's too crowded or the drive thru window is on the wrong side. Haha.
