I order the same things every week for my office. I order TWO Meal for 4 meals, which come with TWO Crunchwraps, TWO quesadillas, TWO soft tacos, and TWO orders of nachos and cheese. So to repeat myself, I ordered TWO of those meals, meaning each item would double, to FOUR of each.... I don't know the employees name but I got my food and only received ONE Meal for 4....she was yelling at me in front of the rest of the customers, telling me I only get 1 of each item in the meal, and I pulled up the menu online and showed her what I ordered and what comes in it, and she still screamed at me and told me I was wrong.... So she refused to make the second order I PAID for, and I had to leave without it as I was already behind on getting lunch back to my office. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had at any Taco Bell. And like I said, I order the same items every. single. Tuesday..at the same Taco Bell....every week..... Stopped by today and I saw two things that absolutely need to be mentioned. First off the place was very clean, not one dirty table and the food was good as well. Now onto the really notable things. They had a big sign on their plexiglass that said Kiosk ordering only (which these days that's the norm) but now an older couple walked in and I heard the wife say "kiosk orders only" and the gentleman said "what does that mean". I was just about to get up and help them with their kiosk order when a female Manager I would guess came out front and took their order manually. My heart felt good at this moment. Then a tall man came out and said Semper Fi to him as he was wearing a veterans jacket. It didn't stop there, he asked if was a Marine, etc and they exchanged a few words. Again, my hearted melted for two such kind people to go out of their way to help this older couple. I feel so glad that I was able to witness such kindness! Asked for a black bean crunch wrap and asked for no cheese and no sour cream. I am vegan and haven't had beef in over two years. I usually always trust Taco Bell since on their website and in the vegan community they talk about and pride themselves on having vegan options. I received, took a bite and swallowed a beef crunch wrap with cheese. The guy who took the order repeated it back correctly, which means whoever made the order didn't even bother to read any of what the order entailed. Like come on. Not sure what is worse. That I actually came here or that I'm actually writing a review for a fast food chain. Went in yesterday and went to the drive through. After almost 10 minutes of not moving (no exaggeration) I decided, because the store was empty, to just go in and order. So I went in and there was not one person in the place or a customer in line. I then proceeded to stand there another 10 minutes as the 4 workers that were there literally kept staring at me standing at the register. A customer who had come in after me started calling to the back for some service and not one worker even looked up at us. In the past 2-3 years, I don't think they have cleaned the fryers once. Every time I order anything fried, it tastes like rancid oil. Today I had the quesadilla, which was good, but the cinnamon twists tasted nasty. Once in a blue moon I go back to see if things have changed, but it hasn't yet. This was the worst service I have experienced from this taco bell. I had ordered a crunch wrap with no meat. There was little no cheese, no sour cream, and barely any tomatoes. It was basically lettuce inside of a crunchy wrap inside of a tortilla. Not to mention they didn't even toast the tortilla. I had also ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito. However i received a cold tortilla with only beans. I had also ordered nachos and cheese but I had only received chips without cheese. I even asked for fire sauce. Horrible experience tonight. The young kid at the counter ignored us while he talked to his three friends, and when he walked away his friends told us "oh yeah, he doesn't really take orders since the kiosk is there." I've been to Taco Bell plenty of times since the installation of the kiosks and someone at the counter will always take our order. I didn't want to make a scene, so I decided to try the kiosk, but it froze on me when it was time to pay. In the meantime, the counter kid came back, gave his friends free stuff, and took another person's order. I waited again in line trying not to show how annoyed I was, and he walked away again. When he FINALLY came back, I ordered but went to pay and the computer froze saying the transaction had timed out. He calls over his "supervisor" which I use that term lightly seeing as he was the most unprofessional "supervisor" I've encountered. I understand that stuff happens but he was so rude about it to me as the customer and honestly yelled at the kid working too (which it wasn't his fault either). Ended up leaving. I GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS! The two men who were working today (3/10/19) at 9:20pm were completely rude & racist. First off, the man who was taking out the trash, left it in the middle of the dining room and started to take drive thru orders, WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. But, while ordering our food at the kiosk, the same man who didn't wash his hands, started to blow his nose and clearing their throat of mucus very loudly constantly! We told the other employee to cancel our order because the sound was completely nauseating and he proceeded to tell us "There's only two of us." My father, told the employee who was making the food "That sound is disgusting, we don't want to eat here anymore." He yelled at us to stop mocking his employee and to get out of his store.
