Chili Cheese Burrito add sour cream

When I say I love Taco Bell, it's an understatement. I really love it--have since I was a kid! Now I wouldn't normally Yelp review a chain as commonplace as Taco Bell, but this location in Pendleton, IN is a unicorn... You see, it's because the elusive and once extinct Chili Cheese Burrito is not only still available, it's actually on the menu! Add sour cream and it's a dream come true. Sometimes all you need is some good comfort food and a road trip for a Chili Cheese Burrito!

    Chalupa supreme. Soft and soggy.

Very disappointed. Soft, chewy, cold Chalupa. Forgot part of our order the last two times we ordered with them. Very disappointed. I would recommend going to ANY other taco bell. Even after emailing corporate I have never received a response.

It's the only business in Pendleton that asks you to pay with credit card. It has happened 3 times now for myself. Ridiculous.

Ridiculous wait inside. 20 minutes? It wasn't that busy inside. Food order wasn't correct. Worst taco bell in the history of man.

Worst Taco Bell I've been to. Crunchy taco shell was stale, fiesta potatoes were at least 3 hours old and service was very slow.

Overall, the fajitas were decent. Plenty on the portion size (especially for the price) but there was a noticeable amount of meat that had unchewable bits in it. Just not an appetizing finish. Beans and rice were typical side fare. Service was prompt and attentive. Don't overlook the strip mall location, it's got a huge menu and people seemed happy with what they got

It is right on the Main Street in Anderson near all the car dealerships, Michaels, etc. It's in a strip mall, so plenty of parking. I wasn't sure what to expect when I went in because of this, wasn't sure if it would be take out only, or if they would actually have seating but it's an actual restaurant with plenty of seating. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and sat. The staff all stopped by to say hello and very friendly. No sooner than we sat down our server (who was also the person that sat us) obtained our drink order and thanked us for coming in. We ordered pretty quickly and the food came out just as quick. I must say the salsa is 10/10. Tacos, solid, although you can't really go wrong with tacos and fajitas, hard to mess those up. It is a solid taco spot. We ordered taco platter which included 3 tacos, and the fajitas and one drink and the bill came up with tip around $40, so not super cheap but reasonable for the amount of food you get. The reason for my 5 is less about the food and more about the service.

The food is cooked and brought out often times on a skillet which is literally steaming as it reaches the table, which is an experience within itself that Mexican restaurants fail to reciprocate in the modern day. When you walk in, you may have some difficulty being seating as this restaurant is typically busy, and typically understaffed. The service is amazing, however. The owner and crew are all very amazing, friendly, hard workers. They converse well, they take care of each other and set up an amazing environment together. That being said, with Los Maguelles may consider hiring a few more servers for the bustling Saturday nights, you may find yourself waiting 10 minutes or longer if you don't speak up for a simple refill let alone be seated. They make it fun, with their "Burrito Tropical" earning the name "Best Burrito On The Menu" as it truly is and the staff is sure to remind you. Los Maguelles is a great experience, great eatery, and an excellent choice for lunch, but with current staffing levels I would avoid a dinner with a large group.

This place has been a hit with my "21+" family due to the great food, great location, and usually good service. Minors are not allowed. Our most recent visit yesterday had less than awesome service but maybe she was having a bad day. The building is old with lots of wood paneling ... very comfy. I love the small town feel!! The restaurant vibe reflects the town. Everyone is very welcoming. I didn't catch bartenders name, but she was very friendly to everyone at her bar. She told us her favorites on the menu. I appreciated her knowledge about the restaurant and the menu. The bar area seemed a little dark, but that actually enhanced the experience of an old bar. We only sat in the bar area, I believe there is additional seating in another room, but I didn't look. I opted for a grilled tenderloin and a cup of beer cheddar jalapeño cheese soup. The sandwich's are Ala carte. The sandwich was bigger than I expected, that would have been enough for lunch. The trick with grilled tenderloin is that many times it is over cooked, so it is dry. This was cooked to perfection; cooked but still moist. The sandwich, with the "garden" was awesome. Now to the soup. I think she said they use wee Mac as the beer. The jalapeño was puréed. There was crispy bacon crumbled on top; I did not care for the bacon. The soup was odd to me as I was eating it. Because of the texture, it reminded me of corn chowder. There was a little spice/flavor from the jalapeño. What was odd to me, was it didn't wow me like I thought it would, but I kept eating it. So in the end, I think I really liked it bc I ate all of it!!! The menu is not large, but has a good variety for its size. The desserts were impressive, I just didn't have room for it. I could easily become a regular there!!
