Crumbs and trash strewn across the floor. Took seven minutes of standing directly in front of the register and making eye contact with every employee, including one that was serving someone inches away from me, for them to notice me and fix my issue. Long dirtied windows. Around five people in the back, audibly threatening to harm each other (jokingly, but still). One of the employees exited the store and sprinted to a car that didn't seem to be his, before quickly sprinting back to who I inferred to be his mother. I placed a mobile order when I was leaving my work which is about 5 minutes away. when I got to this place of business and got inside I did jot see my food out, no big deal it had only been about 7-10 minutes at this point. This location sucks. The girl working the drive thru at night is always so rude and has the biggest attitude. She made it seem like it was my fault they forgot some of my order that I had a receipt for. Obviously if I pay for something I'm going to want to receive it. Won't be back. My last visit was just that. Went in for lunch around 1:00 and waited at the front counter for over 5 minutes with not so much as an any acknowledgement I was there so I left. Looked as if only two people were working, one at the drive through and one making food.
