Bistec tacos were delicious! Steak was thinly cut, seasoned well, and grilled nicely with a tasty char to it. Homemade tortillas, onion, cilantro, a little salsa verde, and a little salsa Rojo with flash fried green onion on top made for a great lunch. My wife loved her lengua tacos. That meal along with enjoying it on the waterfront during perfect weather turned it into a wonderful afternoon!
