The food is usually well prepared I moved the rating down from five to-one because the place is not clean. Every time i go inside there it's gross. Tables not clean, no one knows when the ice filters been changed or serviced. The mens bathroom is always dirty. Theres no hand sanatizer. The kiosks are always dirty. I cant even imagine how dirty the kitchen is. So i updated my review so that people understand that im not being dramatic. This taco bell is slipping. I waited nine days after asking them to clean the mens bathroom. And look at the state of it. That sink toilet and tile need to be replaced. Im sorry. But theres no way that taco bell is clean. I go through the drive-through. The food is very good I order cinnamon twist the Blaha blast and a soft taco and I destroyed that and the food was very good. Indeed the people are nice to me, but I've given this a three star because it blew my butt hole up and it hurt. overall, the food was yummy tastic. read more

When I moved here 15 years ago, this Taco Bell was soooo good! Hands down, best Taco Bell I'd ever been to. They were employing young local students back then. Now, (since circa Covid) they are employing older folk whom apparently lack taste buds. Something is wrong with the oil... something is always off putting with the oil. Do they change it? Oil is supposed to be changed and food is supposed to be removed from the oil promptly after cooking. If I taste oil (sometimes rancid, sometimes not), then it is not being changed and/or is being cooked improperly. Every six (6) months or so we try again, hopeful new staff have entered the equation. I'm starting to wonder if this establishment will ever have edible food again. read more

I ordered the three cheese flatbread and it was RAW and smashed into the bag! And I got told "I'll check the cameras" for what? Listen...if you think all Taco Bell's are the same; think again. And if you think this place deserves 1 star, think AGAIN! To me, they get 4. And here's why: Our cashier Jackson was SO cheerful and made the experience worth while. I don't think I've ever heard, "Unfortunately, we're all out of hot sauce" sound more appealing. The key here is he offered alternative options. BUT here is where they lost stars. They didn't give us nearly enough fire sauce for the # of items we had in our bag. Maybe they were running low on that too. On other point I wanted to make was they put the safety seal on it because...well...covid. But could you at least toss some napkins in the bag first before you seal it shut? I know what you're thinking..."it's just Taco Bell." One Taco Bell lover to another, it's never just Taco Bell. Therefore, a thorough review is a must. I went to this Taco Bell around 12:15 am (12th of August) and let me tell you I was shocked I went through the drive through to not totally interrupt there closing duty's on the inside but once I got to the speaker in drive through I got the best person taking my order, when I got to the window this kid who was the sweetest (he had an Afro) said he'd cover my order because it was just a drink and the cinnamon twist, I thought he was joking at first but then when I tried to hand him my card he was just like "I'm sure, it's just a drink and a small thing" I thanked him but I didn't see a name tag or anything. So my Engine crew and myself decided that we wanted Taco Bell for lunch today. We drove the engine up to Taco Bell in Pinckney and found out the dining room was closed due to renovations. So we drove around and waited outside the line due to truck clearance and had one of jump out and stand at the speaker to place our order. We were then told that they cannot serve us outside of a vehicle for safety reasons. We tried to explain that we could not pull up next to the speaker because of the size of our fire truck. They still denied us service. Wow. We ordered 60$ worth of food for our family and waited over 30 minutes to get our order. When we asked about it, they said it wasn't made. Won't bother with this place anymore. Service is always nice, but they always make one or several mistakes. I always ask for no tomato. This somehow seems to enrage whoever makes the food, as I always seem to get double. Tonight I ordered the mex pizza meal and was given a pizza that looked like it had been thrown against the wall, with tomatoes. This is quite possibly the worst Taco Bell franchise location on the planet. My grievances are numerous. The service here is at best abysmal, they are slow and quite often rude. Portion size is inconsistent. Quite often my order is completely wrong when I get home and don't think about complaining about it, because you won't get any satisfaction. The last three times we have been to this taco bell they have screwed up our order. They always forget something in our order or when we ask to have no lettuce or tomato on a taco or something it's always on there. This last time our order was all wrong.
