    Papas locos
    Cristin G.

We came for the elote and left with plans to return in the very near future. After seeing pics for the elote online my husband had to try it . We also got the papas locos (baked potato with ground steak, pico de gallo, sour cream, and queso). Everything was delicious and the chips and salsa hit the spot. Our server was wonderful and I dig the casual but intimate feel.

Excited to find this place open three years now, just added a 2nd location in Livonia. After reading dozens of five star reviews around the web, got me in the door. Started with ChoriQueso Dip, blend of Chorizo n Blanco Cheese. She had a Steak n Cheese Quesadilla, just good enough. Me one of the very best ever Eaten Mexican dishes, seen it on the menu ChoriPollo like no other Wowed. CHORI POLLO Two grilled chicken breasts with pineapple, chorizo, grilled onions, and hot melted cheese. Served with pico de gallo, guacamole, lettuce, rice, and tortillas . Omg a explosion of flavor each bite , a marvelous combo of yummy . I'm totally blown away instantly addiction. Thanks Claudia for the five star service . Going back soon for this very fish soon. The food always hits at the Taco Factory!! It's my favorite place for tacos in the area!

Expensive for what you get watch out

I'm having a hard time figuring out how one marg and three tacos was a $38 lunch after tip It was okay, but not repeatable Good pastor soft taco; legit Crunchy hard shell beef tacos had stale shells and tasted weird Marg was good, but not for $18 Probably won't be back but lunch was okay

First time here and the food is excellent. I tried the steak burrito and taco combinations served with rice and refried beans. Generous food portions and , nicely plated and barely made it to the photo ops! The corn chips and salsa was excellent. Best salsa Ever tasted! Wife tried the pork tacos which will be our absolute taco favorite. Rich flavorful pork served with two soft or hard shell tortillas! The side dishes of Rice and beans were twice the size portion of typical mexican restaurants snd just as delicious. They have a bar menu as well.

The food is decent. This use to be my favorite Mexican restaurant when I first moved to canton 2 years ago. I use to eat here regularly. However, since living here this place has gone down in my eyes. They really charge for so much they never use too (chip refills, extra hot sauce, etc.). The service isn't what it use to be neither. The servers never have the answers to questions and don't really come back and check on you much. I wish this wasn't the case as I use to really enjoy coming here.

Peach Cobbler Factory has been in business for about a year now in this western suburban Detroit strip mall where parking is never an issue. The inside of the suite was bright and spacious, however there were no seats or tables. Maybe they used to have some stools and high-tops in the past? A faux green wall was on the right, but it seemed out of sorts when nearly all places with such a social media friendly feature also have seating. There were over a dozen cobbler flavors, and each order included ice cream. The surprise was the variety of other desserts that were available. Cinnamon rolls, cookies, banana pudding, pudding shakes, brownies, Belgian waffles, and churro stix were offered. Some of these items were on display in plastic cases at the service counter. By using such a specific business name, it undersold the diversity of sweet treats that you could purchase here. A Mango Peach Cobbler was what I decided to buy. Because everything was packaged to go, the cobbler was served in one takeout container while the cinnamon vanilla ice cream was scooped into its own styrofoam cup. A cobbler is a fruit filling poured into a large baking dish that is covered with a batter/crust before being baked in an oven. It's essentially like a deep dish pie. I didn't detect much mango flavor, but the peaches were very sweet. I wished the cobbler portion size was larger for the $9 price. The ice cream was a nice touch if you wanted to eat the cobbler a la mode.

It didn't become a big melted mess, so it was nice that they're kept separate. Unfortunately, though, the ice cream itself wasn't great. My husband didn't mind it, and we both enjoyed the cinnamon in it, but to me it was watery and just not something I'd eat again. The cinnamon roll was really bad. It was extremely dry and lacked flavor. The only thing that made me take more bites was the Nutella on top. The employee who took our order was kind, and the store was clean and bright. But I would not come back here.

Alpine Chocolat Haus, stay for the serenity, leave because you can't find anything to enjoy…read more I'm genuinely shocked they are still open, and yet, glad for it, as ACH is a welcome respite in a downtown that can be boisterous at times. If you are looking to a quiet place to gab with your gal pals, this is the place! There was only ONE food item I tried that was worth consuming, except you can't really take it with you - the hot fudge on the ice cream! Please sell this in jars, the taste rivals Sanders! But, everything else I tried? Barely edible. Sampled 4 ice cream flavors , just because I was trying to find one that was palatable, settled on vanilla because I felt bad sampling more flavors...the ice cream is very poor quality. Being a Michigan company, I am surprised that they don't have Guernsey ice cream? That would be a welcome improvement for sure! Purchased 3-4 chocolates to go, I think one with cherries, another with maple, maybe a coconut, and a Buckeye. Let me preface this with the fact I love chocolate...after one bite of each, I threw them away. And the Buckeye was so revolting I automatically spit it out...what kind of peanut butter tastes like that?! I wish you were better, Alpine Chocolate Haus. :(

I visited during the Plymouth Ice Festival and simply had to try a hot chocolate from Alpine…read moreChocolat Haus when I saw that they had dark hot chocolate. Some of the best hot chocolates I've ever had are from chocolate shops (makes sense) so I had high hopes. The price was quite reasonable I think for a premium hot chocolate, $4.99 for a dark hot chocolate with Mayan spice (cinnamon, cayenne, etc.) added. There was an option to add whipped cream and marshmallows but I opted out. The cocoa was excellent - delightfully chocolatey and definitely spicy - it definitely had a kick. I would order again in a heartbeat - maybe it's a good thing for my body that I don't live that close to Plymouth. They also have a nice array of chocolates, very similar to classic chocolate shops. I bought a couple of dark chocolate covered cherries and dark chocolate honeycomb chips for my mother and she loved them and she can normally be very picky about these type of chocolates. She said they were very fresh and the cherry flavor of the chocolate covered cherries was excellent. These were probably her favorite chocolates she's had in the last ten years or so. Alpine Chocolate Haus was definitely a winner and we'll be back whenever we're in Plymouth.
