Ordered on the mobile app and when I pulled up they told me to pull around to the front. I waited maybe 10 minutes and she was out with the food. We live right down the road and when I got home everything was cold. Wife called to complain and they wouldn't remake the food and instead offered us coupons. Used the drive thru, placed our order. Got to the window, paid, was given the wrong order. Went inside, due to staff shortage no one at the counter. Got the attention of the food assemblers and told them I got the wrong order. He said, "I know what order was yours, I'm making it now." Finally got the order, got to the car and it was still wrong... Just before we left two employees walk out the kitchen door. One goes to his car and the other lights up. well on march 24 2025 went to the taco bell in Plymouth wis order 2 beef tacos and soft chicken tacos the person must have not heard me so when they repeat my order I had to tell them no 2 beef tacos and soft chicken tacos they charge me extra money because they said I change my order which was them after calling the main headquarters finally on April 18 I was called by a representative of taco bell in was trying to explain the situation he thought he knew more then I did so he told me to go back to Plymouth taco bell and get my money back i text him my receipt he then told me that I was a old man who doesn't understand the situation this is coming from the representative of taco bell headquarters a coach then I got a call from Plymouth taco bell the manager told me to come to taco bell to get my money back well she didn't like what I had to say she wanted to fight with me I showed her some pictures of the food they made and the text from the representative from taco bell she told me to leave so I left and she called the police on me he was cool but I will be calling the main headquarters again i got proof of the whole thing so I was was banned from taco bell in Plymouth wis in will not be going back anyway because the food is horrible read more

Honestly was better a couple weeks ago seems like it went down hill I went in the morning/mid afternoon and don't understand how they let people work together that are so clearly romantically involved not just that but to be having a couples spat while working! They need an intervention. Place was dirty but better than my past visits, thats why I went with two stars. Someone was sleeping in the booth. I think the employees buddies were hanging around in there. I threw my nachos away as the chips were hard as a rock and some unknown item was in the cheese. Taco Bell, Plymouth Wisconsin I went to this establishment with my boys. The cashier was super cute. He was about 5'6" and was wearing a hat. I think his name was Peter. Anyway, he was super friendly. He didn't mess up our orders once. He gave me that "look" that made me feel confident in myself and that my food was going to be made at a satisfactory level. I would recommend going here and giving Peter a shout out for his excellent customer service. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too! We waited in total 30 min in a line with only 5 cars. The cashier didn't seem to care and was walking and hanging out in the lobby socializing when we got our food our tacos were not properly wrapped and food was falling out of them and food was cold. We were so upset that we wanted to do the survey on receipt but realized we were not given one so we parked went inside where the same cashier was taking her sweet time and tried telling us she had no way of giving us a receipt so we stood there and waited another 5 minutes for her to read thru all of her receipts by the cash register to find ours. She did not care we were upset also during our 5 minutes of waiting she nor anyone else take orders from the drive thru. We will never under any circumstance return to this location. read more

Consistently the slowest Taco Bell I've been to, in the world. Get it together. You shouldn't expect a 15-20 minute wait for drive-thru. Most recently we waited 15 minutes inside with no other customers in store. The 3rd car in line in the drive-thru still has not gotten their food. read more

I don't know what everyone else is talking about. This was a great Taco Bell. I ordered my two chicken taco roll-ups and they were in my hands in 15 seconds.
