Stopped by Taco Bell today, I'm literally always here. I go through the drive through and tell the girl I wanted two steak burritos and asked if I could get sour cream and nacho sauce in which she tells me "it come with" and then proceeded to ask if I wanted extra and I said No. I also order two large Bajas. I go to the window and pay. She gave me my bag of burritos, forgets to give me my drinks or sauces. I ask and she gives me my drinks (great), but when I ask for the sauces she acts very confused and guy behind her tells her that I have to be charged a dollar each. Mind you she (Hannah R) told me THEY COME WITH THE BURRITO. So why am I being charged, when Hannah took my order and knew I asked for those sauces. She's lucky I didn't have time to argue so I paid. Wow! They have really turned this place around! Great service and great food! I ordered the new cantina chicken bowl and my hubby got the cantina chicken burrito meal! Every time we come the fryer seems to never be up & running. They have times the employees aren't even there & working when they're supposed to be open. This was literally the worst experience I've ever had at any type of drive-through or fast food company... I was on my way home and decided to pick up some Taco Bell, I give my order, pay, and then head home. I didn't think to check the bag because this particular store has never messed up any of my orders before and I've been going here for a very long time. So I get home and go into the bag to start eating.... That's when I realize that instead of the three hardshell supreme tacos with no tomato that I ordered I got to burrito Supremes with no tomato... So I drive all the way back to Taco Bell and pull up to the drive-through window and tell them that they messed up my order... I told her that I got two burritos when I was supposed to get three tacos, and instead of asking me exactly what my order was she took the receipt and proceeded to tell me that they would fix it. So I get the bag back and in my head I'm thinking they finally got my order right since this is the second time that I've been here.... But that's when I get home and go into the bag once again to start eating when I realize that this order was also wrong... Instead of the three tacos I got one burrito and one taco... Now at this point I'm pretty freaking pissed... But I want my order so I drive back to Taco Bell again... Once again, I pull up to the window and Tell them that they've messed up my order for a second time. Before she can even say anything I tell her exactly what my order was supposed to be and exactly what I got the first time and the second time... She then proceeds to tell me that what I said was not true and that I said that I wanted a number three supreme with no tomato... So I told her that she had cut me off before I could tell her exactly what my order was supposed to be and that I wanted three hardshell supreme tacos not a number three... So instead of just giving me my actual correct order they take all of the food back and give me only the three tacos...
