I don't know why I keep forgetting about this location it is horrible the people here don't care the place is dirty and I just watched a worker walking in picking his nose. Then I open up my meal and find a Barebone chicken leg. also a purple hair from the woman inside with the weave. How does any employer allow people to wear fake hair that dangles 3 feet down their back. What ever happened to hairnets? This location should be shut down. I've reported my findings and concerns to the health department. Which I know they probably won't show up.

They are almost always slow, especially in the evenings. The place is loud and lots of beeping. The have messed up on my tacos more than once. Today they got my order right, so I was surprised and decided to give two stars instead of one star. The drink machine area smells bad, as if there is mold that needs to be cleaned.

Good place to eat. Nice friendly employees. Well priced menu. The guy working at the cash register was very knowledgeable and polite. Great customer service. The dining area was nice and clean. The restroom could be better, but it was clean enough for a fast food restroom. Quality Taco Bell food.

My partner and i came to get something to eat for his family and they told us to pull to the side, all is well no rush you know. We finally get the food and we check it, tacos are correct but we see the side sauces are barely even a dollop you could still see the actual container bottom which goes to show how little they put in and we've gone to the PSL Blvd taco bell twice and they have put a reasonable amount so i told my partner to go politely ask for a tad more because we hate being rude towards customer service and as soon as he asked a middle aged white woman (using race because unsure of her name) not sure if it was manager but she told him "that's all you get" in a nasty tone and said if he wanted anymore it would be extra, but we already paid extra for the side and we weren't asking for much at all, but it could have been said a nicer way which is displeasing. Don't bother with this taco bell or KFC not worth your time.

This location is a KFC and Taco Bell combo offering something for everyone! The employ working the drive-thru was very nice and helpful. 10 minutes of waiting inside for the manager running the till to take an order. Requested extra fire sauce and no sourcream on my items. 10 more minutes of waiting to get my food. Get home and check to find there are 4 sauce packets and sour cream on everything. I'm partially to blame for not checking in such a poorly run location, but is it really so hard to omit something from an order? Taking an extra step on each item to mess it up is just wild. read more

If there was an option I'd leave zero stars. I showed up around 9:00 and noticed the long drive through line, so I went inside. I was the only customer and was met with a nice guy who took my order. After waiting 30+ minutes for my food on the inside of the store with zero people inside the the gentleman who took my order said to the managers, cause there was two managers there "can we get this guy his food he's been waiting a while" to which the greasy, rude manager responded "he's not that important". I was shocked. I asked to speak to the manager and he declined to speak to me about the service. Shut this place down. Everyone in there should be fired besides the guy who took my order. He should be the manager. The manager had the audacity to yell at that guy who told me I was waiting for so long. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

This was my last time going to the Taco Bell on Saint Lucie West they can't get anything right when you order something people don't care they forgot half my order. We live 12 miles away because my son was grabbing if after work to bring on the way home Try to get a hold of someone there is impossible They don't care it's fn ridiculous Somebody can't do a simple job. read more

Can you say slow. So understaffed. Drivethru line unbelievably long. Went inside only one person ahead of me. Cashier had no idea what to do. Our family of 4 walked in and waited for 5 minutes with no one in line and not one person came to the register. I made eye contact with 3 different people and tried waving someone down, not one of the 6 people working ever came to the cash register. We left. Will never come back to this Taco Bell. read more

My partner and i came to get something to eat for his family and they told us to pull to the side, all is well no rush you know. Awful experience. Long wait and they screw it all up! Bad bad bad. Will not be back. They need to replace the manager. My family watched as one guy with a hair net over his beard and gloves on his hands walked outside to the parking lot and returned (using a gloved hand to open the restaurant door) and promptly return to the back and resume making people's food with the same gloves that touched the door! read more

I frequently visit Taco Bell locations when I want something fast and novelty. THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE! I ordered four things in the drive thru and drove next door to the 7-11 gas station and by time I got there (not even 1 min) my food was cold and my crunchy taco was soggy. Very very poor customer service, wasn't even greater at the window and was pretty much ignored. Got our food and got home and got a completely different order than what we got. Went to call and try and get our money back since they would've been closed by the time we would've gotten there and they put me on hold and hung up on me. 10/10 don't recommend this location. read more

This place is filthy!!! If you notice by the counter, where the employees enter to the kitchen area, there is a hole on the ground that is full of filthy water. Very gross. The when you get your drink from the soda fountain, it smells like vomit. The floor is always sticky by the beverage area. Needless to say after eating there, I was sick the following day. I would never recommend eating there as this place is disgusting. read more

The employee and her "manager" were clearly mocking the situation and refused to take responsibility. Eventually, she said something along the lines of, "We'll just refund you so I can be happy and you can be happy," but never once apologized for the mistake or the poor handling of the situation. It's disappointing because I genuinely liked their tacos, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. We split the steak quesadilla lunch with rice&beans as well as 3 street tacos (shredded beef, marinated pork, and shrimp / barbacos de res, al-pastor, y camarón). The meat was super delicious... flavorful without being too overpowering. The marinated pork was spicy even for me, but it wasn't anything unbearable. Tacos came with some chips, cooked onions, and a sarrano pepper. The cheesey quesadilla had that awesome cheese pull I love, along with some veggies and guacamole on the side.
