I appreciated that! The food was super tasty! The flavor was there. I like my crust just a wee bit crispier BUT the flavor was still great so I enjoyed it! I waited over an hour and a half for my pizza to be delivered. I called to find out when I could expect it. The manager was extremely rude, antagonistic, telling me I called the wrong restaurant and that he didn't have my order. Then he changed his story and said that he just saw the ticket. When I told him I had been waiting over an hour and a half, he stated, "what am I a mind reader?!" He made no attempt to apologize and said, "so ya want it or not? It's too bad that poor management consumes this restaurant. With SO MANY options for Italian/Pizza restaurants in PSL, I will NEVER return here! I literally stood by the counter for at least 5 minutes without an employee acknowledging me. There was a waitress taking an order from a table of 2 people. A pizza guy playing with an LED pizza sign, and 2 people sitting at a desk in the kitchen working on something. Not one person had the decency to even say "someone will be right with you". The food was delicious to say the least. Now the meatballs were not that good so next time around I'll try the Italian sausage on my pasta. The pizzas were soooooo good. The house salad was very tasteful. The garlic knots I am still dreaming about to this day and the sampler was so yummy. Hailey was such a great server. Visiting the area for several weeks, we decided to try the local big apple pizza. I've Ordered from both locations in PSL, we've never had an issue with our orders food is always prepared just right staff is friendly & accommodating they'll ensure "you'll have it your way" their meatballs sliders are off the chain perfect for the munchies, Hot subs are filling I had the steak sub this time & couldn't finish the whole thing & of course pizza, calzones authentic, and tasty, also try their cannolis they use real ricotta cheese. Ambiance in the dinning room is welcoming and authentic Mediterranean. Definitely recommend and we will continue to order from both locations. I did discover though that the location on Bayshore is a franchise but just as good. I believe they have four locations here in PSL. This place will rob you and tell you you're a liar and the lady taking your order is extremely rude. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!! These are 3 different occasions (and when you call they say that you are lying). One time we got 2 Italian subs and they put 1 piece of ham and a slice of cheese and lettuce to cover it up. When I called, one excuse was they didn't have enough meat left. When we got garlic knots they put no garlic sauce on them and told us it sucked into the bread and I am a liar. The annoying part was that I had to repeat myself 3 times with the order taker and yet she still couldn't get it right. I eat at Big Apple locations in Vero and North Palm Beach as well as St Lucie West, and they are consistently great. This location is nothing like the others! I always get the small Antipasto salad. Big Apple Pizza used to be one of my favorite spots in PSL.....It's been a while since I've eaten here as we moved but I was in the neighborhood and popped in. I was so disappointed! I used to love their Italian Wedding Soup but unfortunately this time it had no flavor it tasted watered down and it had pieces of what I believe was left over meatballs. I tried but I couldn't eat it! My husband ordered the White Pizza and the only positive thing I can say is the crust was good. What a shame this place used to be awesome but they have lost it! The worst pizza I've ever had. Super salty, low quality heart burn ingredients and super expensive.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza, an appetizer sampler, and the baked pasta sampler. The pizza was pretty good the appetizer sampler was pretty good but the pasta sampler was terrible. There was a baked shell 2 cheese ravioli, and an eggplant rollatini. The shell was a bit chewy and dense. Gummy is probably a better word. The ravioli was good and so was the eggplant. The problem was the sauce was overly sweet and salty. Pretty much ruined the whole dish. I tasted each one and then threw it away. read more

I just couldn't wait any longer without writing a review. A cousin of mine introduced me to the pizza here and I had it maybe twice at their house. Last night I placed my own individual order. That was a veggie pizza, meatballs and spaghetti and an Italian cold sub. I never was the person who liked veggie pizzas. Well when you eat this pizza your eyes roll. First of all chock-full of vegetables. Deliciously seasoned and the best part which I always ignore is the crust. I had to eat the crust....so delicious. Finally I found an Italian restaurant in the area that knows how to make a meatball the way any normal person would make a meatball. Meaning not full of breadcrumbs or ground up so fine it doesn't resemble a meatball. Their's was delicious! I will go into the sub which I had a half for lunch the next day which is today. I even took a photo of it because it was so packed with cold cuts. That would mean nothing if they weren't good. They were excellent. With fresh lettuce cheese and tomato. So large I could only eat a half. I just am so grateful that this wonderful place is right down the street from me. I couldn't help myself after dinner I had to call the restaurant and tell them how delicious I thought everything was. The fellow who answered the phone seemed so very touched by my phone call and he said it makes it all worthwhile. I look forward to ordering from them again and trying different things. read more

Their pasta is made and frozen only to heat up when ordered when they claim everything is made fresh to order. Garbage is what this establishment is. My mom wanted to buy a bottle of the house dressing, she said it was delicious. It came quickly and our server, Brie (?) was wonderful. She was super friendly and checked on us often. Always a hit with them. Haven't had any better pizza since I Moved to Florida from New York.

My food was cold. Ordered cheesy garlic bread there was hardly any cheese and it was hard and than even nastier because I had to warm it up. Small side salad which was soggy and the only good thing was the side of meatballs not to mention this all came to 30 dollars. so let me start by saying I never do this. I felt like pizza for dinner and have always enjoyed Big Apple. tonight I put in an online order for 4 items from the Bayshore restaurant. first the delivery took over an hour, then it was cold. I had to put everything in the oven to heat up, now an hour and a half before I'm eating. when I opened the pizza to put it in the oven, it was more than well done, so now I'm eating burnt pizza, along with soggy mozzarella sticks and wings. so I called the restaurant and their excuse was we are busy, it's raining and we only have one driver. not my fault or problem, you know it's a busy night cause you have specials, plan accordingly! she asked me what they can do, said they would give me a small credit on the next order. That's not happening! I have been in PSL for 24 years and always liked Big Apple, but in the last several months they have gone down hill. will not be ordering from any of them any more!!! oh and another thing, a pizza, wings, mozzarella sticks and garlic knots cost me $50 to have delivered! the whole experience is not acceptable!!! read more

My parents have been coming here since they moved out in the area. The owners are from NY and my parents love them. I can see why. They are super friendly and the restaurant is very nice and clean. It's always a pleasure to walk into a restaurant and you feel welcomed and taken care of. I love their garlic knots here. They are very doughy so not for canton conscious people lol I also had a salad - it was phenomenal. I did try their pizza and it was okay. But that's just based on my standards. I'm from NYC so I'm spoiled with the best pizza in the world at pretty much any spot I go to back home. Nonetheless this is a very a great spot and I will be coming back. read more
