First of all the girl that took our order was very rude from the beginning and had an attitude. Also they didn't give me any cheese for my nacho fries and didn't cut my Mexican pizza. Also she was laughing at us through the mic. While we were waiting for our order two of the workers kept staring at us and walking by. Very weird and definitely won't be coming back here. This place is definitely preparing orders for the druve-thru over inside orders. I arrived here with 5 people inside waiting for orders. 10 drive thru cars were served in the time that 1 inside order was handed out. Some of these people looked like they had been waiting a while, they all had annoyed faces. I had placed an order through the app 5 minutes before I arrived. I figured it would be 5 minute wait once I got here. I have been waiting over 10 minutes already and holding. There are several workers here, don't understand the hold up. I think I have only ever ordered successfully from here TWICE. Almost every single time I order on the app, paid for and everything, they either completely ignore me when I come in to pick it up, and stall on making it, or they claim that I never placed an order but somehow miraculously find it anyway. And most recently, I ordered a Luxe box, with modifications and additions to the burrito and the Crunchwrap. On the burrito, they left out the seasoned rice that I added (and was paid for), and on the Crunchwrap they put guacamole that tasted ROTTEN. Additionally, the Crunchwrap was falling apart, which never happens. Every time I bring up why they don't make the order ahead of time, they completely dismiss me, one person even yelling at me over the phone about it, despite me treating them respectfully. As a food service worker myself, I find this behavior unacceptable. I understand when it's busy, but ignoring the counter and only paying attention to the drive thru or delivery orders is very unprofessional and inappropriate. Needless to say, don't waste your time at this location. They don't train their staff properly and they feed customers carelessly made food. If I could give 0 stars, I would. read more

I've had two experiences at this location both times were horrible. My friend asked while I was placing my mobile order if she could buy a soda and explained she has type 1 diabetes and low blood sugar, trying to explain the importance of the matter and the workers continued to trash talk her where she could hear them saying she was lying. They then continued to ignore me trying to pick up my mobile order that was complete on the counter because they knew we had come in together. The other time I came to this store they ignored me until I missed my bus and then when I realized my order went to the wrong location they walked away and refused to help me fix it. The best Taco Bell in Portland. Taco Bell doesn't treat or pay their employees great, and I've seen far too many people treat Fast Food workers horribly, so considering all the stress in that environment, anything below "good" service is expected when visiting one, somehow, at this location, I've only experienced great service here. Order's are correct, the employees are kind, the food always tastes fresh (Taco Bell standards) and if you customize your order in anyway (adding or taking away an ingredient to an existing menu item) they are usually generous in the amount and prompt in the removal of others. I get that they are understaffed but that is no excuse for the major mistakes. Last night was my last time I will be going there. First of all how do you forget to put my tacos in the bag when the name of the restaurant you work at has taco ain their name. Second, I ordered a veggie Mexican pizza which there were little pieces of beef in it. I could have dealt with the beef if the "crispy "tortilla shells didn't taste like years old oil. I waited in the drive through line for over 20 minutes to find out that they were only taking Grubhub delivery orders when I got to the call box. The manager told me they were simply too busy and that I was stuck in that line with no chance of getting any food. When I reached the delivery window the manager noted that Grubhub has priority because they've already paid for their orders. She then threatened to call the cops on me. Seems kind of silly to write a review for Taco Bell, but this location is always a bit disappointing. If you don't wait in the drive thru for 20+ minutes, then you wait inside for the same amount of time. This last time, I got my food and the salad (yes I get the salad at Taco Bell) has black beans in it and the beans were crunchy and way over cooked. My Crunchwrap had a gaping hole where the lettuce and other insides was about to fall out so I asked for a new one (I've never seen my Crunchwrap that unwrapped before...). The cook seemed annoyed but the cashier was nice about it. I wish I took back my salad too, but I didn't want to be that girl (or get my food spit in). Normally this location always puts tomatoes on my "no tomato" order, but surprisingly they didn't this time! I also went during dinner hour so it was busy. It is what it is. Some of these people in the reviews seriously need to humble themselves. This location is severely understaffed but everyone who is there is always trying their best. They do forget things sometimes but when you have 3 people working when you should have 6 or more mistakes happen. I have pretty managable but also sometimes debilitating lactose intolerance. I can handle taco bell, as long as there is no dairy. Usually, Taco Bell is one of the only places I can eat because they accommodate so many different diets. Except today I was rushing to work, and decided to stop in. I ordered a burrito supreme, no dairy. No cheese or sour cream. I repeated it a few times and the person at the window repeated it back. Well, halfway through the burrito was a big, juicy pocket of sour cream and cheese. I'm not sure how much I ate, i guess I'll find out in an hour or so. There was no line at all, wasn't busy. I understand mistakes but I don't understand how that happened. Taco Bell is my guilty pleasure/convience breakfast place. But I don't trust this location anymore. I won't be back unless reviews in the future state that they are paying better attention to food allergies. It's not a preference, I used to love cheese. It just doesnt love me. It sucks to not be able to trust a place that used to be one of my only options. Also they were extremely stingy with the sauce packets. This place is fast food at fine dining speeds. You may have noticed the other reviews saying this place is slow. You might be thinking, maybe it took someone ten minutes to get their food. Maybe they were just a little busy. It's a Taco Bell. How bad can it be? I like Taco Bell. I won't go back to this one. It's on my banned restaurants list. I called it quits the last time I was here and it took me an hour to get my food. Literally. A literal hour. For a few burritos and tacos. And that's an hour from the time I ordered. The drive thru has always been bad here, but I figured if I placed my order online and walked in, I could get around that. Nope! From the hour I had to observe the whole process, I think I figured out why. Everyone here seems very nice. But only a few people are working at any one time. And they're not very quick. Everything is made slowly one item at a time. They also don't make the food in order. Uber Eats orders? Front of the line. They'll work drive thru in after that. Eat in orders last. If they're slammed by Uber Eats? No food for you. You're going to have to annoy them at the counter to even get them to start on your food. Even if you're into the drive thru, prepare to sit for a long while. And just to be clear, my hour wait was my breaking point. But this place is always _slow_. Half hour, at least, most of the time for drive thru. I don't know what they need to do to fix this place. But I've literally tried to track down where I could send feedback to Taco Bell corporate about this place which is definitely not something I thought would ever be something I would actually spend time doing. read more

First of all, half the employees here are clueless. I don't think they were trained properly. We were ordering with an employee at the register and half way through the order another employee came out of the woman's bathroom and proceeded to have a very personal conversation with the guy taking our order. Literally in the middle of us placing an order. We stopped talking and just watched them talk. The guy told the girl you call tell me later and looked at us and apologized and looked shocked himself that she was so clueless and rude. It was the weirdest thing. I took two stars off for that. Another 2 stars for the eating area looking so dissaray. And finally I did let them keep a star for getting our order right. Which they topically don't. That was the only reason why we even went inside, so we could check our order to make sure it was right. I am not impressed with this location. This location is actually a joke. We ordered 3 crunch wrap supremes, 2 cheesy Gordita crunches, a dollar taco, and twists. They forgot a Crunchwrap and the taco. The kid at the window was a joke and needs to check the orders before handing them out because he handing us a drink we didn't order. After waiting 18 minutes we were expecting all of our food and some structure but I guess that's asking too much.
