1 Star - Taco Bell on 82nd Let me tell you something: ordering food at this Taco Bell is like spinning a Wheel of Misfortune. One day you might get an actual Crunchwrap, the next day you get a sad, empty tortilla folded by someone who clearly gave up on life. I opened mine and it had nothing in it. I've seen tumbleweeds with more substance. I'm pretty sure the tortilla whispered "help me" when I picked it up. And the Mexican Pizza? My God. It looked like it survived a natural disaster. Like someone drop-kicked it across the kitchen, slapped it back in the box, and said, "Ship it!" The toppings were smeared around like a toddler finger-painted it during a tantrum. I've seen crime scenes with better presentation. It was so bad even my dog looked offended. What really gets me is I paid twenty bucks for this experience. Twenty. Dollars. For food that looked like it needed therapy. For that price, I expected at least one ingredient to show up to work. Told to use the kiosk, which is not user friendly, after placing the order I waited several minutes for someone to come to complete the order. When I received the order, I discovered that I did not receive two supreme burritos but something unknown to myself and my husband. On Saturday the 5th of August at 11:00 pm. I asked to sub the new shredded beef instead of chicken and they said no. I asked for a Mango Brisk and they said they didn't have that. We have watched the quality of worker go Down here quickly and now we are missing a taco each for each of our meals and this is what my beef, cheese with small specks of tortilla strips looks like - it was hard and hurt my teeth and I looked down and saw all tortilla and red pieces so I took a picture of its minimal and sad self and then opened it and wow .. this is a joke .. if smiling nice people are discriminated here at this location and this is what they dish out - we don't want to go back. We own my partners childhood home on Mount Scott and he has watched this Taco Bell change over the years and now with the new remodel we thought we would try it again and see if we are missing anything - well this is the 3rd time something is missing or old and hard and we felt really laughed at or not treated well . Taco Bell please let Mount Scott have a Taco Bell , we deserve it too once in a while . The food from any Taco Bell location is pretty much the same as at any other. . .it's OK enough since all you want is something fast and cheap anyway. I distinguish locations from each other mainly by how "pleasant" the seating area is and how accessible it is while I'm driving. Looking at it that way, this Taco Bell is good because, although it's located on busy SE 82nd Avenue, it's on a corner that has a traffic light with left turn lanes and signals. This gives it great "accessibility" the way I see it. It's a very easy stop for something fast and cheap to eat. The food is always OK and the employees there have always been nice. read more

Quick service was about the only thing this TB has going for it. Order was incorrect, and no utensils were provided for either cantina bowl. BF says due to Covid, his hands are dirty, and he refuses to use his toes. I ducked into two fast food places for a fork/spoon before stopping at Bowl&Berry (where btw, the gal was wonderful and helpful, and yes, I'll be back sometime!).
