Every time I buy nacho grande it always the chips is always steel And I love Taco Bell, but the chips always be stale

Went through drive through today and had a fabulous experience! The lady working the window was very pleasant and helpful. Although I did have to wait for iced coffee, I didn't mind. Who wouldn't wait for a Cinnabon Flavored iced coffee? Lol Besides, the lady came out apologetically and very friendly and social. My fry box was tasty! I wish the fries were hotter but the hot cheese on the side made up for it! The nacho flavor on the fries is delicious! My taco and burrito were good, too! All for under 8 bucks! read more

I enjoy visiting this location! I can't say I have had trouble with any of my orders. But I will say I have had my share of long waits in the drive-thru line. I think that's why they did away with that minute counter they used to have. They offer this new goodness called Capt'n Crunch Berries. The picture makes these little things look scrumptious. I believe they are 2 for a little over a dollar. I figured I'd ask for a sample. Worst case scenario, "no ma'am" we don't offer samples (and then I would be hurt). But to my surprise he obliged!! Geee thanks! So my review on the crunch berries...oh I like them!! They sorta taste like a mini dunkin donuts (donut holes). The cake part was yummy not so much along the lines of a 'crunch berry' but it's good. It's not too sweet even with the cinnabon goodness filling. Nice and hot...little poppers. I can tell you on a good day, one or two may not be enough. I would definitely get more the next time I have a craving for something sweet. And don't forget about their happier hour every day from 2pm-5pm. Which includes, $1 drinks :) - get the Starburst drink :) read more

Almost every experience at this location has been about the same. Have you ever seen the MadTV skit with Anjelah Johnson as BonQuiQui? The employee taking the order is hasty and has a rushed/rude tone when they ask "anything else?" When adding the next item the response is practically the same as the first. Add in having to actually repeat back requests multiple times and you've got a recipe for disaster. Keep in mind I'm being treated as if I'm the one being "rude." Get up to the window. Hand the payment. I say thank you at least 4x during the whole exchange and never even a "you're welcome." Kaiyah L. really put the nail in the coffin when I unsealed my big to discover an item was missing. Again. I thanked her and the eye roll that came as a response told me everything I needed to know. Now... I'm sure things are tough for everyone. Trust me. I know. I was having a rough day myself and wanted to enjoy what has been my favorite food for over 30 years. My rough day did not intrude upon my order. I was very polite throughout. Kaiyah's rough day was evident to this customer. I debated calling to ask for management, but I have a feeling that may have gotten me as far as it did during people's visits to King Burger with our girl BonQuiQui. The food is always delicious. The service could use some work. This location seems to have forgotten about contactless drive through, too. read more

This was probably the cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly. They were smiling/joking with every person who came in to order food. I came to eat and mostly get a few hours of quiet time with my laptop to study for a final exam while my son was visiting family up the road. I ate my quesadilla in peace and was able to get good studying in while eating pretty good food! The double steakdilla is the best thing I've had from Taco Bell. The staff's positive behavior was what really stood out. They are doing a great job. read more

I ordered from this restaurant threw door dash and i had two dashers try to pick my food up and they both said the people at the restaurant said it would be 45 min to 1 hour wait for my food and the second dasher said they said that they ran out of food. When i called the restaurant a lady answered and was unprofessional and answered the phone as if it was her own phone. read more

Typically I love Taco Bell food to satisfy a late night craving, and I also prefer to write positive reviews online. My recent experience has prompted me to change my viewpoint. We went to the drive through to place an order. The female taking the order was extremely rude, we repeated the order multiple times and when the screen did not match what we ordered we politely spoke up and informed her as such. She says in the rude tone, "so what did you want then sir?" (my fiancee was ordering). I then instructed him to leave and we would would go the short distance to the other taco bell just down the street (which we will do in the future). A man's voice with a friendly gentle tone then came on and repeated the order correctly, so we completed the order and drove around to pay. We drove home with our order and the "correct" supremes did not have lettuce on them! I am so disappointed as I thought after Ms. Rude was ruining our experience that Mr. Nice was going to ensure everything was right (he even brought it to the window and in a friendly, upbeat tone offered sauce, fork, ect.)! I'm super bummed, I just really wanted beef gordita supremes and now I still do and have wasted money on incomplete craving satisfaction. read more

We came to order food for a work party. We were having difficulty ordering on the app, so we came in to the store. We had been turned away by a previous Taco Bell saying they're too busy around lunchtime and couldn't have our order completed before 2pm. (Mind you this was the day before the work party so we were giving them a little bit advance notice for 6 party packs). So we came to this one on Airline and we spoke with the general manager who was extremely nice. The customer service was amazing. She was more than willing to help us order what we needed to in a very timely manner. I would definitely come back to this location and recommend it to anyone else. read more

The restaurant was clean, everything was fine but one thing bothers me. I come there for breakfast 3-4 days out of the week. And the morning manager never NEVER does her hair. As a part of management you're supposed to lead my example. And her appearance is always sloppy.
