For a Taco Bell, my experience was good. Customer service by Christian (?) was nice. He was patient while. I did my usual hmm and haww about what over-priced fast food items I wanted to buy. He confused me on price of quesadilla combo with taco made supreme. To make up for it, be gave me a discount. Very sad when the taco was just shell, meat, lettuce and cheese. Very glad I wasn't overcharged but very disappointed. Taco Bell food is the least friendly to do a check on food ordered without risk of making a mess. Will have to keep this in mind. But, unlike another Sacramento region TB, this location had the hot sauce that I like. BTW, again congrats Christian. Seven years with an employer is great no matter where you're working. And especially great when it's working for a fast food chain. Rock on! Oh, make note they're nearly done with Sierra Mist. Went to get some food after the firework show in Rancho, the line was decently long but not too bad. It was 10:30pm and after we waited over 20 mins in line, we were two cars behind the speaker, and an employee comes out and tells me "we are done after this car" and puts a line of cones in front of my car. It was 10:55pm and there was only one other car behind me. After waiting 25 minutes, you couldn't have just served the last two cars in line. Ridiculous. read more

3.8 stars, yup gotta be a little difficult. I'm of the opinion no one really yelps fast food, or do they? Mainly came on here hoping to get that FTR badge, looks like a couple people beat me to the punch. In terms of fast food, we don't have much out here. We have the crappy Burger king, a fantastic Starbucks and a Subway, which is no longer here. And now we have a Taco Bell. They are open late so that's good. And the 3 times I've been there everything seemed to be OK! The service seems fine, and the food taste like Taco Bell food. Not sure what else to write about this Taco Bell, yo quiero Taco Bell? Went there again for the third time and it was much cleaner. The food was good and the people were nice. Still crusty beans on the seat tho.

I came back, because I am a Taco Bell lover. Taco Bell is my one and only love. I couldn't bare not having a Taco Bell Dorito loco taco in my mouth. Service was way better this time, and they looked somewhat sanitary. Seats still had crusty beans on it. The kiosk was crusty too. Come here if you dare to smell farts and cheese. Came to get food and the gave me a 5pc instead of a 10pc. While waiting for my food I witnessed a blond girl with long hair come out the side door and jump into a car. Another male employee with dark hair and facial hair hoped out of the car and went inside. They are both in the car smoking weed... no wonder my order got messed up. Crack up job getting paid $20 an hour to mess up orders and go smoke weed in a car parked in the handicap spot while on shift. I have been eating breakfast here fairly regularly since it opened. Went in today to order the sausage egg cheese burrito. The clerk at the counter informed me that this outlet no longer serves the breakfast menu at all. The problem is that I like the breakfast menu but not the regular daytime menu. Stopped here on a long drive into the Bay Area and ordered a relatively large meal asked for A LOT of fire sauce and emphasized to them to which they responded with "okay got it" and then asked for a quesadilla with NO jalapeño sauce and guess what they give us NO sauce at all and they put jalapeño sauce in the quesadilla. Also found a hair in my quesadilla. This place is disrespectful to the Taco Bell chain. read more

Very friendly staff. Consistent quality. The only Taco Bell I eat at. It's nice that they are also open so late.

This is the first Taco Bell out here in Rancho Murieta, I love them for being open until 12 a.m.! It's the ONLY thing out here open that late! Also it's a great Taco Bell. Good service and a smile. read more

this taco bell is super nice, food was actually hot which is nice but the service was sub par. I was with my friends and my nick name is "swizzle" so i put that and the blue haired lady said it under her breath and so i asked if she said my name, "swizzle" and she said, "i don't care" with a bad attitude. During my recent visit to Tacobell at rancho Murieta, I had the pleasure of encountering troy! He was super helpful and super patient with me. It was my first time trying Taco Bell and I was on the way home from a long trip. Me and my friends were really hungry. He gave us recommendations and was very nice despite it being pretty busy. I have been very happy with this Taco Bell until I got home with my drive thru order today. This is the first time my order was screwed up.

I had a very bad review. So me and my friend were asking the person on the phone to order cuz we were asking if we could get it basically door-dashed but the thing is that the guy kept hanging up on our phone call, and he was also making jokes, and said we were making prank calls, but we never were. Overall, this taco bell is good maybe the person who answered the phone could have not hanged up on us and actually listen. read more
