The menu has been edited so the good stuff is gone. The reason is now clear it is a food cost reduction plan. Here are photos of two of the tacos we ordered. The rest of the meal was also disappointing but how can you let these out the door? Also they asked if we wanted sauce and I am not sure what you do with this much sauce and that little of food. This is the second time in a week that Taco Bell has ran out of food. The first time I paid extra for steak on my tacos. They were out of produce and beef. Tonight same thing again no steak or beef no soft shell tacos no produce. I left and bought food elsewhere. This place has gone down the tubes. They push the kiosk so much even when no one is in line. She refused to take my order and make me use the slow, unresponsive machine to order in 5 minutes with what should have taken 30 seconds. I will not return inside this location if my only option for ordering is the terrible quality kiosk. There is no reason the 3 employees standing there trying to help me get the kiosk working correctly did not take my order when they were doing nothing behind the counter. It isn't their fault either. I just fell as if it wasted my time as a customer ordering my own food more than 5X slower when they had nothing to do but stand behind the counter and watch. Terrible for production. No one who came in after me wanted to use the kiosk but was required to do so. I actually watched people leave because they refused to order the food through it. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star was because I enjoy the food. However, the non-existent service had me wonder why there were 8 employees on hand with 2 cooks and 1 in drive-through. Seems like a terrible business model to me. It would be different too if the app worked properly, but that is a whole other 2 star review in itself. Quick service, friendly people, good team, rarely make mistakes but, they do still so no 5 stars. Haha actually it is because of corporate Taco Bell getting rid of the loco taco spicy shell and so many other great things. This is a great Taco Bell and I will literally drive an extra 5 miles on my way from the gym to avoid the Fort O Taco Bell, cause they are rude, annoying, rushy, and ALWAYS make mistakes. this is the best service i've ever received in the fast food industry, no matter what time it is.

The drive thru did not let me down. Super late lunch at 2pm and no one is in line, so it made for a quick and cheap meal, and let me tell ya, the food was hot and good too. Overall i was super happy. Do yourself a favor and order the rolled tacos with guacamole. It reminded me of a taquito and boy was it yummy. The guacamole surprised me. I liked it so much after i finished the rolled tacos, i used my fingers to get the rest of it, because it was that good! I also ordered a super crunch wrap. That was okay. After a few short bites my stomach started hurting, I'm not sure if it's because i only eat Taco Bell once a year or that it's my stomach who doesn't handle fast food well or often. Anywho that resolved on its own with no n/v/d. So overall i was a pretty satisfied customer. Oh also my cashier lady at the window was also very nice and smiley which made it even better! read more

This is the worst Taco-bell in the region. I have had to go back after I been through the drive through more than 6 times now. Tonight though was by far the worst service to date. Every taco was broken and stale. The Mexican pizza was squished and cold. They messed up my order and gave me the wrong thing. This is the typical experience Everytime we go here. I cannot say enough about this Taco Bell. I always make sure to go to this one in Ringgold vs Fort O even if it's a little bit more out of my way because it IS that much better. They are always nice, the inside is super clean and they get my food out so fast. My order has almost never been wrong, it was just once (lettuce when asked for none) immediately fixed it, gave me new tacos and let me keep the old ones with no hassle. Terrible!! No ice, we ordered 1 trilupa box, 1 regular chalupa $5 box, 2 steak chalupas, 2 quesadillas, and two chicken wraps. We did not get the cinnamon twist in either of the five dollar boxes, we did not get a Chalupa in our Chalupa box, They did not give us our hard taco in our trilupa box. We were feeding eight people we had to split and share and make due. I'll be telling my friends about this. We spent $50 to not get half of our meals. read more

Went through drive thru and was very disappointed. Order taker kept talking over me and rushing me and as a result my order was incorrect. Also didn't even ask if I wanted my receipt. This Taco Bell is the best! Very friendly, answered all of our questions, our order was perfect and timely, they even put the sauce and napkins in a separate bag so that we did not have to dig through our food for them. I went to this location on 12/30/2018 and had purchased around $42 in food. My order was placed and took forever to get my order. Once I did I drove home to find out my whole order was messed up. Called the location and spoke to Summer which so very polite and courteous. Told me to come back and it would be remade. Made a second trip back to that location and spoke with Summer and she done as she stated she would. While there again another long wait just to have the on duty manager get an attitude about remaking my food and had it somewhat threw at me on the counter with a response of here your your remake. Once I got back home and started to eat my food was stuck to the wrappers so bad it couldn't be eaten. Contacted the location again this morning and talked to the manager on duty just to basically be told the food was soggy and stuck to the wrapper because of my 8 minute drive home. I was told we could come in the location and eat that way I wouldn't be driving home and it be ruined. First of all my drive home didn't cause the issues. It's the fact of the locations issues with their chain of command and how the food is prepared. I have been eating here for years. Always trusted them so much that I never had to check my food, always friendly service as well. For the last couple months things have gone majorly downhill. We eat there a couple times a week and I get lunch from work there too. The order is never correct. The food is bagged as sloppy as it can be. I cannot have lettuce (my stomach will not digest it) and they always put lettuce on what I ask it to be removed from. Even when the receipt is correct. Tonight someone else picked it up so they didn't check the order and on the receipt for my food it says "no lettuce/add romaine". Nope. Not even close. I have only gone in once when the contents of all my food was dumped in the bottom of the bag because the food wasn't wrapped and thrown in upside down, and they thanked me for being so sweet about it, and I even apologized for having to complain. I have visited this location on many times and have had to asked the counter clerk to wash her hands after witnessing her pic up items off the floor. On March 30, 2016, my wife and I came in and ordered food to dine in . We had just sit down and the young girl started to do "lot and lobby" detail. She walked around the lobby to clean it up and started to pick trash up on the floor with her bare hands and then proceeded to the trash can and pressed all the trash down in the can with her bare hands. As more customers came in, she proceeded to the counter to take their orders. At no time did she sanitize or wash her hands and was serving peoples food. This is very disturbing to my wife and me that she could put her nasty hands on peoples trays, food. Germs do carry from the floor, trash cans, money, cups and to the trays. I use to in my early years do "lot and lobby" detail and I know there are signs about washing hand posted at all eating establishments. I don't think that what we saw is good for business and to say that you have lost our business. read more
