Went to taco bell Roanoke Rapids at 12am and after sitting in drive thru for 15mins was told they only accepted online orders or door dash!!! So aggravated with the fast food in this town!!!! Perhaps it was the time of day (shortly after 11am). But I had a pretty decent experience at this Taco Bell today. We came inside because we wanted to use the bathroom and thankfully they were clean. I didn't like that they had hand dryers only. I hate using them and I want to use a paper towel to open the door. Anyhow it was pretty clean so I was happy with that. When we went to place our order the guy who was taking our order was very pleasant and helpful with the menu. I don't go to Taco Bell often so I'm usually pretty overwhelmed with the menu and what to get. We got our food quickly and it was hot and fresh and the sour cream and veggies were cold and fresh. There was a guy sitting alone at a table with a soda snoring away. I found that odd. Was this his norm? It this technically considered loitering? And the soda makes it okay? I don't know - I felt bad but I'm sure he's okay and safe in his Taco Bell booth. We took our food to go and enjoyed it on the road. read more

This place has the worst customer service. They cannot get a simple order right. I ordered nachos with no sour cream at the drive thru. They gave me the wrong thing. Took it inside and they gave me the nachos with sour cream. When I pointed out my order was no sour cream they refused to correct it. They want $15 an hour and they can't get a simple order right and their attitude is really bad. Avoid this place and go to a real Mexican restaurant. read more

While I love Taco Bell for fast food, I cannot believe how inept the service can be at times. And don't bother calling the store. My order today was simple. 2 Double Stack Nacho Cheese Tacos, 1 Combination Burrito. What did I get with 30 minutes to eat lunch and return to classes?? 1 Double Stack Nacho Cheese Taco and a BEAN burrito. I've called the store 5 times in the last 20 minutes while eating what I was given. No answer. I let it ring until it automatically disconnects. I'll be going by there between my next 2 classes and also calling district and filing a corporate complaint. The last 5 visits has ALWAYS resulted in something missing from my order. Even when I was dining in they managed to forget 2 tacos. COME ON FOLKS!!! Quality Control, Quality Assurance!! EDIT: Have been back only 5 times since this review. Each time has included missing items. Tonight's $51 order for 6 was missing 2 Cinnamon Twists, 2 Bean burritos and a Combination burrito. The girl on the phone attempted to tell me I was lying, I think. Once I told her what was missing she said "I remember working in that order 'cause we were talking about what went on the burritos. I put them and the cinnamon twists right on top myself." I asked "What vortex did they disappear into between the counter and my home?" It's always something with this store. If anyone from District is reading, I want to speak with someone. Your crew is robbing your customers and stealing your money. They messed up my order. I ordered two party packs with soft and crunchy tacos and two packs of Cinnabons. I got all crunchy tacos and one pack of Cinnabons. I tried to call them to let them know that my order was all messed up and got no answer. My order was delivered through DoorDash. The tacos was soggy and falling apart. I didn't even get the right sauces that I ordered. This is not the first time. I received all the alerts as the dasher got to the store to get our order and the brought our order within a few minutes of getting our order and the tacos were cold. The dasher did his job but Taco Bell didn't. Do yourself a favor and go get it yourself so that you can make sure it is right. read more

If I could give this place of business 0 stars I would. Look I know how it is when you work for a food establishment because I am a manager at one. For one there was a bug in a bathroom I don't know how they have a 98health score? Then all three of my tacos had about 5 pieces of cheese on it, literally. Eating half of one hoping maybe I'll enjoy it, but unfortunately that was not the case.Driving back to the drive through to get new ones I only received two back missing one of them. Politely asking them where's the last one the first woman working the drive through said that half of the Taco wasn't in the bag when it clearly was. Then a manager came and she told me that now they found the taco and 2/3 was eaten, so they can't give me another one???? I didn't know Taco Bell had rulers and measure to see how much of a Taco was eaten. Like seriously, if I'm not happy with the product shouldn't the solution be to make the customer happy? This taco bell piles on way too much lettuce and just enough cheese sprinkles to say they have it on there. The sauce in the meat oozes out the side only to open it up and find "where's the meat?" They will stick you in the drive thru with old cinnamon bon bons too. Watch out if you go thru the drive thru, can't say going in is much better. Definitely a no go. read more

It's taco Bell people, but as they go as a chain; I must say the inside is very clean. Food was decent.

The taco bell is clean inside and the people were friendly. However, my food was burnt and there was barely any toppings inside the taco and the crunch wrap supreme. I know the economy is a bit rough and we all need to do more with less but the food was absolutely pathetic! I will be sure to not stop here ever again and check my food before I drive away! read more

I always pass this exit on my way to school in South Carolina and the two times I've stopped at this Taco Bell I've always had a great experience. I do not normally eat at fast food chains although I've written a few reviews about them. I am a pescetarian (vegetarian that eats fish) so eating on the road is not easy. I stopped at the Taco Bell and asked for the crunch wrap supreme with no meat. As I expected the woman behind the register, Arielle W, smiled slightly but was extremely kind in making sure that there was no meat on my crunch wrap. Also, the gentleman working in the back even came up to her to double check that was exactly what I wanted. They were very kind people that went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. They marked my crunch wrap separate from my friends who's had meat in it. Thank you Arielle for being so kind towards my weird pescetarian specialty sandwich at Taco Bell! read more
