We ordered three items for delivery, we only received two. The two items we did receive were cold. The burritos had just a tiny bit of beef, the rest was refried beans & cheese. Where's the beef? It is cheap and it is one less meal you have to make at home. This location is one of the better ones in the area (with Lyell) and they are decently fast. If you want something without meat make sure that you are very clear with them otherwise you get a meaty surprise in your burrito...ick. read more

Very poor attention to detail. My girlfriend does not eat meat at all and we made it very clear to the cashier. He said he would sub the meat in any taco or burrito with black beans. The taco she ordered actually had beef in it but thankfully she realized it after taking her first bite. We left the restaurant without finishing the rest of our meal. We did not even hear a sorry from the staff and they were not at all apologetic. The only thing they did was to offer a replacement. This is unacceptable behavior from anybody in customer service and shows the below par service by Taco Bell. Will never visit again. read more

This Taco Bell is delicious and my order is always right, but the drive through runs excruciatingly slowly at night.

Online ordering and mobile ordering is constantly offline. It's the only way I can order with the eGift Card I have, so how am I supposed to use it now??? Half the time when I try to order ahead it shows that they can't take orders online. It's ridiculous. Unacceptable. Very basic service that should be working most of the time. read more

First time for breakfast at taco bell. To be honest it was OK definitely was not open minded to taco bell serving breakfast!! By the time I started frequenting the Henrietta Taco Bell, I had matured past my tomato hatred. I can't remember if it is the Henrietta one, the Irondequoit one, or both, but once you are in the drive through line, there is a curb blocking you in so you're trapped no matter how late for work you are and how stupid the people in front of you ordering are. This place disgusts me. Not the food, or the atmosphere or the workers, what disgusts me is how much I love tit here. I ordered my food on grubhub and they never came. They took over two hours to try to deliver our food and in the end we just cancelled our order cause it was so slow. I don't know if it was grubhub or taco bell but either way it was terrible service on both ends. I highly recommend do not order food from this restaurant! Or ause grubhub! read more

Wow! Where do I even start with this location. Normally I come through and this staff is wonderful and fast. Tonight however has left a horrible taste in my mouth of this location. I work for Fiat Chrysler of America and am part of the social media team for FCA and I am absolutely embarrassed for the staff on location tonight. I waited in the drivethrough for 49 minutes waiting for 2 Mini Quesadilla's and 2 beefy fritos burritos ($4.32 total). The line was wrapped around the outside of the store, and the inside was packed as well. The lady working the window - who refused to give me her name or let any other employees give me her name - was extremely rude to me and was not apologetic for the near hour wait time. I then asked for the corporate number of which she closed the window and said "He has his food, close the window." I have never been through a location and been this embarrassed for the employees. I own a lot of businesses and being understaffed is by no means the customers fault, and management should be apologetic to customers not extremely rude. I would really like to hear from corporate about this and I would also like the woman's name running the drive through. Time on receipt was 10:49:51. I couldn't be more disappointed with Taco Bell and their staff tonight. read more
