I've been sitting in line for almost 40 minutes. The food isn't bad, but I've been here for what seems like a decade and I'm starting to see my hair turn grey. The people in line behind me have driven away, but I'm too invested to leave. I've been here too long to back out like those rookies. Then, when I finally got my order in and made it to the window, my Baja Blast had no flavor (which I could tell from the second they handed it to me, as it wasn't the color of a highlighter). They then gave me a free Baja feeeze which is where the second star came in. Then, when I, an unsuspecting victim, stuck my hand into the bag and dipped my finger in cheese sauce, there was not a single napkin to rid my mess. But don't worry, it's fine, because by the time I got home I realized the left out my 0.20 sauce. So, if anyone needs me, the last place to check is the StC Taco Bell. read more

Whoever works here should be ashamed. The organization is appalling, as one car waits at the window for 20 minutes just for their order, another car waits at the speaker just waiting for their order to be taken. this isn't just a one time experience, it's guaranteed everytime. after you wait around 40 minutes for food, you receive cold, messy food with no napkins in the bag. missing items, not accomadating any special requests to items and blatant disrespect to paying customers. wish i could give 0 stars. waited two months for them to finish remodeling, hopeful they could bring in new staff with competence. i returned and was still dissapointed as i have been everytime before. I went through the drive-through a few days ago, and while they prepared my big greasy burrito, they gave me no napkins. I was appalled to see there was no napkins in my bag, after I made a big mess in my car because of the messy food. I also got food poisoning from the burrito because the beans went bad. Absolutely disgraceful! Traveled through on a school trip and they LOCKED THE DOORS on our group stating they couldn't accommodate any more people (with six people inside). We went next door to Burger King who was more than accommodating and apparently this happens on a regular basis at this Taco Bell. Would have given zero stars if able. Currently at this Taco Bell and the customer service is less than par. My brother just opened his Crunchwrap Supreme to put hot sauce inside, only to find a pretty large peirce of plastic- most likely from a plastic bag one of the ingredients comes in. He brought the issue to the counter, where everyone just looked at him numbly. The manager didn't even come from the back, she just murmured her opinion of where the plastic came from. They made him a new Crunchwrap, but did not offer anything to inspire further visits. Most of the time, if this were to happen, a coupon or a free dessert would be offered. In fact, they just acted like he was a bother because they had to remake their mistake. But hey, at least he didn't eat the plastic! read more

Taco bell is my road trip food, which is funny because its impossible to eat when you are driving. This taco bell is located in the ambiguously named Ohio Valley Mall. there are tons of other fast food places to eat at. The service is relatively fast even though they are often busy the food is not that great, but decent and the prices stay pretty much constant. I stop here because it is convenient, and good enough to keep me going through all the way home to VA. read more

We ordered and waited for it to come. we noticed how cold it was in the place. Sat down and started to eat. I had to put my coat back on because it was so cold in there you could see your breath. I told an employee and she said she would say something. after 2 minutes we heard the heat come on but it was cold air. It never got warm in there. there was other people we were talking to and they were very cold too. read more

When dining in during the summer the whole lobby reeked like sewer gas as soon as you walked in the first door before you even entered the second door into the actual lobby its was so disgusting walking through the second door I looked around and said to the other diners how can you eat in here. Recent visit wondering if they made a change about this problem well at least its contained to the bathroom smelling like sewer gas but nevertheless its still a problem that needs fixed!!! Traveling through the state we chose to stay in st. Clairsville for the night. We decided to eat inside since we've been traveling all day. Bad idea!! After waiting over 15 minutes for our small order, we informed the cashier that we have not received our order. The people making the food seemed confused about this some how. In the mean time 4 people received their food that ordered after us. We finally received our food 22 minutes later and did not even get a coupon or free drink out of it. These people want $15 an hour?!?! They can't even make a taco or clean the shitter efficiently!! Needles to say we will not be eating inside that place again! Avoid at all cost!!! read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I've been to in the country, no exaggeration. The drive thru takes a minimum of 10 minutes, and that's if you're the only car in it. My boyfriend has had to wait 45 minutes before. Don't even bother ordering anything hard/crunchy, by the time they get it to you or you get a chance to eat it, it will be soggy, falling apart, and dripping in grease. I once went there with 4 friends and spent over $30. They didn't even give us ONE packet of sauce. The drinks I've gotten from the drive thru have been that disgusting soda water on more than one occasion. (When they don't refill the soda bags in the machine. I've worked in a restaurant and it's obvious when they are empty. It's clear and makes a different sound. Pure laziness forcing me to go inside and refill it myself) The staff and management are horrible and rude. They often mess up my orders and get mad when I bring it to their attention. I tried dining in once to see if because it was faster the food quality was better; my food was still cold & they accidentally overcharged me. I didn't notice until I left. This specific Taco Bell needs to make some serious changes. If it weren't the only one near me, I would've never gone back after the first time. read more
