But I've had two bad experiences with the same employee in the drive thru and it's hard to ignore. The first time, my wife and I ordered two meals and were given just one small salsa, not enough for even one person. When we came back to ask for more, her attitude was noticeably rude. The second visit wasn't any better. We ordered four tacos, she repeated the order correctly, but we were only given three. When I pointed it out, she tried to charge my card again for the missing taco instead of fixing the mistake. On top of that, we were again given just one small salsa. When we asked for more, she walked away, said something under her breath, and came back with a couple more with an attitude like we were bothering her. I'm not sure what her issue is, but being greeted with friendliness and basic customer service goes a long way. These experiences have made me think twice about coming back when she's working, which is disappointing because I do like the place overall.

I was a little worried when I looked at the menu because there weren't many written vegetarian options (was gonna just get rice and beans), but was able to get a vegetarian quesadilla, so I assume that many of their options can be made veggie, if you ask. Food came out relatively quickly and they brought lots of salsa too, which was perfect because I almost always have to ask for more salsa at most places. The quesadilla was so good. The cheese they used was divine and so melty! Good combo of veggies in it too (peppers and onions and more that I can't remember right now oops). I also got the oreo cheesecake, which was DIVINE. I always forget how much I like cheesecake and this one was tastier than most. I loved the crunchy oreos too to add a little texture. Will definitely be coming again to try different things. The truck doesn't seem to be out and about all that often and each time I've been lucky enough to try their birria it has been when they've been parked outside of Lake Monster Brewing. If the last time I visited was any indication, it appears that they're sticking to what they do best - birria. Gone were any options that didn't involve that beefy goodness, which is fine by me, as that's the only thing I'd be ordering. I can't speak to the birria burrito, but the tacos and quesabirria will remain my standby's as long as they're around.

I love that you get the best of both worlds here with the lively, airy patio and the cooler, quieter interior depending on what vibe you're in the mood for. The drink menu is also a standout with some really fun cocktails. Staff is always friendly and kind, and service moves quickly, which I always appreciate. One of my favorite things is being able to mix and match tacos so you can try different proteins instead of committing to just one. I also love the variety of salsa options.

They give you a couple different options of salsa upon request but the default is the tomatillo salsa. The chicken quesadilla is one of the better ones I've had - it was super cheesy. The prices are fair and this customer service is great. I accidentally got charged twice for the chips and salsa without knowing, and the cashier came back to my table and gave me cash and apologized for the inconvenience. This can be overlooked, but I appreciated their honesty. Will definitely be back here in the future.
