Not the best and not the worst Taco Bell. Staff were friendly and super fast with the order. The restaurant looked clean from the outside. I ordered the beefy melt burrito from the drive thru. It wasn't bad but it couldn't have been much better. For example the bean or meat ratio was pretty uneven. I tasted mostly beans and after looking further into the burrito you could easily tell there was a much larger portion of beans in it. I did like how my food was hot. Overall I would go again, especially because how fast they got the order ready. read more

Well, yet again did not get everything ordered this afternoon. Went through the drive thru where I ordered 8 items which were shown accurately on the screen and verbally communicated back to me. Pulled and a paid, waited for the order to be prepared. Received my order and proceeded home. Upon pulling items from the bag, we were missing items. Too late to take it back, so I guess Taco Bell made a good profit shorting me. Oh well, need to check your bag before pulling away. read more

I said no to which they responded that they were not taking orders for the next ten minutes. Five minutes into my wait they asked me to wait in the parking lot. Whoever owns this location should either shut it down or find different employees that work the night shift. Was refused service 20 minutes before close on Friday night because "he had permission to close" however, there was 20 minutes before said time. Rude, nasty, insulting and lazy. Just because it's a fast food chain doesn't give an excuse to employees not to do their jobs. I'm sure there's people who actually want to work and won't be disparaging towards patrons. read more

The only reason I would give them a 1 star was because they were quick in the drive threw, ordered 5 things and 3 of them were wrong... ordered 3 doctors locos a chalupa and a crunchwrap!!! All the Doritos fell apart and had to use a fork to eat it was like they were sitting underneath the warmer for an hour. They were disgusting I ordered a chicken Chalupa and got a don't even know what it was but I can't do spicy and it was spicy. I couldn't even eat it , also got a contract supreme and literally the only thing in it was lettuce, tomato and sour cream, no meat or anything else. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too, not that any of them are great anymore. They are constantly out of products on there menu and there drive thru takes forever. I last went on a Wednesday evening around 7:30. After finally getting to the intercom to order I find out they are out soft taco shells, dr. Pepper, medium cups, and there new quesolupa. How does a place with taco in its name run out of taco shells?!?! Once in a while I understand running out of product, maybe, but this is every visit. I ordered food and the service was terrible. they act like they don't care, they were on their phone the whole time and stuff. Then when I had left I realized that I was missing half of my food and it costed me over $50. And when I had got back to see if I could get the rest of my food, they started screaming at me saying "YOUR A FUCKING LIAR, GET THE FUCK OUT MY RESTAURANT!". Never had an order mix up here and they're always great about accommodating sauce requests, separate orders, and small things too even when you're going through the drive thru. I'm can handle absolutely zero spice so my order is always simple - cheesy bean & rice burritos & triple layer nachos. No kick to the nachos, and the burritos only have the slightest, nothing that would set someone who can't handle any sort of spice off. This store is super close to my college, so I also appreciate the fact that the employees are always so great even when I pull up DD'ing seven drunk college students craving their Taco Bell. They also have a nice perk for Eckerd students - free drink with purchase if you show your student ID, but not every employee honors it for some reason. That's the only thing keeping this from a five star review; the lack of consistency for the student deal. read more

So anyone that has been following my reviews knows I have been on a Taco Bell spree lately. I really like their breakfast crunch wraps with sausage and the combo comes with these little cream filled doughnut balls that are amazing. The other shops I have been to have gotten my order wrong, given me cold stuff or just lacked any type of enthusiasm that is required in the service industry. This one was by far the best one so far. If it was possible for me to give this location a negative star I would. Workers are very rude. Multiple times I have gone during posted business hrs and they either ignore you at the window or tell you are they closed when the hrs out front say they are open. It's disappointing because this is the closest location to me but I guess I'll be making the drive to a further location with better customer service. read more

Having kids is always a challenge when ordering drive through "everyone wants something different". This TacoBell is probably the worst I have ever been to. The staff are curt and our order is wrong about 70% of the time. The staff commonly smoke in the front of the building at night and they try and make you feel dumb when you have to go back inside and have your order corrected. "No, I do not want the cinnamon curly things as a way of saying you are sorry". Just fix the issue....The inattentive staff!!!!!! I worked at TacoBell in high school and had a blast. It was a fun, fast-paced atmosphere. It was NOT rocket science. However; asking for Pico de gallo on a supreme taco blows their minds every time. Just the other day my wife came through for a drink. She asked for a Pepsi. When she got to the window the cashier handed it to her and said "I don't know if it is good....it don't look good." The Pepsi looked like water. My wife asked if they could change the Pepsi in the back real quick since nobody else was line line behind us. The cashier rolled her eyes and said. "Boo, they want us to change the damn Pepsi", and shut the window. After about two minutes the cashier returned with a slightly darker shade of water and said, "well this don't look any better, so what you want?" What is going on at this place? I hate to give bad reviews, But this had to be one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced at a Taco Bell. Going through the drive-through I ordered a taco and burrito. I should've known there was trouble when they told me they were out of ground beef for the tacos. So I substituted chicken. What a mistake.! 10 minutes to get to the drive-through window to pay for my two tacos and burrito . I waited another 14 minutes before any explanation of why my food was not ready. Customers honking horn's and yelling obscenities, I decided to get my money back and proceed to The local Taco Bus in Treasure Island. If I could give negative stars I gladly would. They screw up our order every single time (unfortunately it's our nearest Taco Bell). They never give sauces. They aren't ever open at the posted times (pre corona as well) and today the icing on the shitcake the lady at the window was incredibly rude and when we got home we realized they barely wrapped our food and basically ended up with a taco salad in a bag. I don't understand what's with all the negative reviews. I've been eating here every week for the last year without incident. I always order on the app and have never had any issues, even though I specialize everything because I'm a vegetarian. I've substituted beans for meat on most of their menu items. The slowest "fast food" restaurant in the south area! How could this be considered a fast food when I have to wait 12mins and some times more than 15mins just to order through drive-thru!!!? I'm not including the time I wait till get my order. They're not necessarily rude. This is just a slow staff. It seems everyone prefer to order drive-thru, cause inside is always slow (meaning no long lines). But I blame management to such slow service. Sometimes food is also given wrong, but it's not the norm. I'd give 4 stars if they speed up more these ridiculous lines. read more

Three times I have ordered something and gotten all the home to discover it's wasn't something I eat...beef. They charge an up charge for my chicken and they never deliver.
