Entire place is ran by kids!! The slowest service I've ever received, ESPECIALLY if you try to save time and order ahead. They sit behind the counter giggling, talking to each other and opening boxes while there's a whole line of people waiting for their food. Insane. I went to pick up my daughter's order and was given the wrong one I drove home gave my daughter her food and she informed me that I had the wrong order I drove all the way back handed them back the order they told me that she had not completed her take out order and they made me a new one I asked for compensation for having brought the food back they told me that they were going to throw the food out and that I did not deserve any compensation because my daughter had not placed to order in the first place that still gave them no right to give me the wrong food and then tell me that they wouldn't compensate me after bringing the food back which I did not have to do the manager was Kurt and rude blame me for being hurt and rude and told me that there was nothing that she could do. After waiting over 20 mins I asked one of the worker when was my order and I was told that order was never put in. I love this Chick-fil-A drive thru because the line always moves quickly, the employees are friendly and the food is always delicious. What caught my eye this time was the letters for Santa drop box! What a nice idea for kids to drop letters to Santa and get delicious food at the same time. It's in the same line as the drive thru so no contact needed/checks social distance criteria. The staff and food is always amazing. They're so welcoming and kind. But that's why I'm not writing a 1 star review. I went through the drive- thru today and was greeted by a young man working outside taking my order. We are seeing record high temperatures and they have employees working on black pavement with cars coming by making it more hot. This is disgusting and inhumane. I would love to see the owner outside with an iPad at 12pm with 100 degree temperatures in a polyester polo and long pants and we'd see how quickly this changes. They are supposed to be a "religious" brand but if you cared about your employees you would keep them inside at least during the day time. This is my first bad review ever. If I'm not happy about something I usually keep my opinions to myself, but I'm sorry to say, this location is a shit show. I rarely stop here because of how busy it is, but they do make the best chicken sandwiches so I stopped. The line wasn't too terribly long, but the wait took awhile anyway. OK fine, but what really annoyed me was if your food was ready someone walked it to your car. Which would be great if we could move. But once you get your food you still have to wait in the line for the cars in front of you to leave! So it's a pointless new thing they are doing. I went to this particular Chick-fil-A this morning and when I got home I realized they forgot my chicken biscuit. Also the iced coffee I ordered was supposed to be a large, but they gave me a small. Normally I wouldn't complain about something this, but it took 30 minutes out of my day so I could drive back to get what I paid for. By the time I got home my boyfriend was done eating breakfast because they only forgot my portion of the order. The drive thru worker named Leah just needs to be more careful when hanging out orders. My wife and I went to this location on a Wednesday and by the time we got there around 5:15 PM, it was already packed. We couldn't find any parking in the Chick-fil-A parking lot and instead had to park across the street at a strip shopping center. Once we got inside, it was crowded but not so much that we had to wait very long for our food. My wife ordered a nugget combo and I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe meal. Both items came out within a few minutes and the staff made sure that we had everything that we needed before moving on to attend to other customers. We opted to eat inside, but we couldn't find an empty table that was clean, so we decided to go back to our car and eat there. The food was fresh, and the fries were delicious. My wife is a big fan of the Chick-fil-A sauce and I usually just get some ketchup. Our drinks were fine as well (Coke Zero for both of us). This location is fine, just know that it gets super busy during the dinner rush. Sometimes the staff doesn't have the time (or manpower) to clean the tables, and sometimes you're going to have to find another place to park. read more
