My mother & I visit Moe's often and we never have had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and we love Maria at this location! She deserves a raise because she's always so kind with my mother. The service has always been great and the ambiance is always festive with the welcome of "Welcome to Moe's." We will keep coming back for sure. Moe's seems to be a hot spot for lunch just about everywhere. It is fast, food is tasty and pretty consistent on every visit. For this trip I was looking forward to trying the quinoa power bowl. Yeh I know, why am I going here to have quinoa? Well the wife likes the other items and I was trying to eat a little more healthy on this visit. Don't judge! :oP Unfortunately they were out of Quinoa this day so I had to go with a regular bowl with ground beef. I prefer ground beef to to shredded so this is and positive for me. Staff is very friendly & good management I was there last Wednesday about 7 PM and they had a large rush there were four or five gentleman working all were extremely friendly and helpful with not only my family. But all of the other guest. I even complemented the manager after we were done eating and he said they had been working hard on customer service you could definitely tell that they took pride in what they were doing that evening and made me very excited about enjoying my meal. Moe's and Tijuana Flats used to go hand in hand for me, but after my recent visit to Moe's I think I'll have to say T-Flats is in the lead. The food and service at this location is always ok, but I realized how badly this one needs to be cleaned. Granted they were busy on a Moe's Monday, however I saw an employee walking around wiping tables and yet the trash cans were full and trash on the floor. The worst part was the smell. The place smells like the streets of downtown St. Pete at 3am. If your not familiar with DTSP, then what I'm trying to say is that the place smelt like urine and BO. For a chain restaurant, it's oddly likeable to me. Granted, I've been taking advantage of their Moe's Monday special ($5.99 for any burrito, chips and drink...which btw is going up to $6.49 on Aug 15, 2013). This place gets SUPER crowded on Mondays, so I try to get there around 11:30a so the line isn't that bad. My go-to burrito lately has been the Homewrecker w/ the pork. I'm glad they have the pork option as I think most people stuff theirs with chicken or steak...but those people are missing out here. Their pork is tender, juicy, pulled, and flavorful. Throw in some extra's a-la Subway and you got yourself a serious meal...and likely food-coma to deal with. I also highly recommend the Green Tea. read more

Moe's in Largo was absolutely terrible. Our food was delivered without salsa, salad dressing, pico and sour cream on the side. The servings sizes were like off the kids menu. When we called to tell them about it, they blamed it on doordash! Spending over $40 on 3 meals I'd expect better! When we went down there to show them what we received the staff was dirty and unkempt. No masks, no coverings for their hair. Disgusting. They didn't try to rectify anything about our order. The worst service and amount of food for the price. I ordered Homewrecker burrito, and got one that barely fit in my hand...no salsa or dressing for the salad. Called the location to speak with a mgr, who was too busy to take the call because he was working the line and cooking. Mgr called me back half an hour later, and then proceeded to blame doordash is responsible for my refund. How is that possible? They didn't make my food and take my money. He continued to insult me and saying he was trying to help me get a refund, but I wasn't listening to him...so I said he didn't offer a refund, and he replied, yes I did, you need to call doordash. I used to be a BIG time fan of Moe's. I'm talkin' every Moe Monday (and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday....) I was there! For some reason I got burned out and stepped away from it for a while, but recently tried it again after my mom was raving about their bowls and Moe Rita tea. We came for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I went for the chicken burrito bowl with cilantro rice (yum!), black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, cheese and GUAC! One great perk of Moe's is they include a generous helping of guac with any burrito bowl for no extra charge. The competitor definitely doesn't do that for free. Despite my inner voice telling me to utilize self control and skip the queso, I just couldn't.. so I went for a small side. It's just so dang cheesy and delicious, y'all. Next we went to grab our drinks, but ran into a small problem. As we mentioned, we wanted some of that delicious Moe rita (think tropical punch flavor) iced tea. However, one of the vending machines was totally down and the other was out of Moe Rita. It took them our entire visit to try to fix it and it still wasn't working. The machine that was working was out of almost every drink I would have wanted. If I knew that was the case I would have gotten water. The situation got a little better when visiting the salsa bar. I like that they have legit salsa here, unlike Chipotle (which makes you pay for salsa and they only have one kind) or T. Flats (which just has a "hot sauce bar"). They must have recently added a new kind called Ahhhhhvocado, it's the bomb!! A thick salsa, rich with avocado mixed in. I was pouring it all over my chips and my bowl. Seriously a new kind of amazing. Overall the meal was tasty and you can't beat a huge lunch for $7-8. I will come back again. read more

When I found out the nearest Moe's to my husband and I's new home my heart was broken when I realized it was a whopping 15 minutes, when the nearest miles from our old house was only 7.5, actually 8 miles - we looked it up. but now I am on cloud nine, as I realize this location has the worlds greatest burrito roller, Jake from State Farm/Moe's. Let me preface this post by (1) stating that Moe's is by far my favorite fast casual restaurant and (2) I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years in Atlanta and parts of Florida. Additionally, this post has nothing to do with the quality of the food and the kids' (yes...young kids) customer service who work at this location. They seemed pleasant. This post has to do with the quantity of my meal. I always get the signature burrito - the Homewrecker. This is the first time in over 15 years I left a Moe's still hungry. My burrito was the size of a hot dog...with the Homewrecker, I have always received a burrito that is packed. This one was extremely thin. It did not help that I only received about a dozen chips with the meal. If the manager/owner has an opportunity to read this post, please instruct your staff to not scrimp...scrimping might save you a few cents in the short-term, but the long-term loss of customer goodwill should be more concerning. Followup...I have eaten at numerous Moe's since this experience and they have been very good. read more

Welcome to Moes. Its a pretty OK taco stand. They make them from ingredients in front of you, which is good, but also has a dark side. Sometimes I find ingredients less than fresh, and wilted. I can pass them by but why are they there in the first place. No a bad burrito, but the price is a little hard to take. Its not bad but its not amazing either. They do have tomatillo salsa. I've never been a huge fan of Moe's, but I really like this location. Service is friendly and each time I've been there, they make sure I get what I want and my selection is prepared well. It's a rarity to see this in a chain/franchise. The queso and guacamole are always fresh and I appreciate this as well. I give this place less then 1 star. Such poor management (as far as the GM and DM) they disregard their employees for them for absolutely no reason. Usually I am a Moe's fan but tonight I was disappointed. I ordered online which I believe to be my mistake. I feel you need to go through the line and watch them make your order in order to get it correct. Placed an online order - prepaid - 1 hour 11 minutes prior to the pickup time I wanted (6 PM) and when I arrived was told it would "be a few minutes" until my order was ready. Bottom line - food was ready 1 hour 5 minutes later...at 7:05 PM, and only after multiple complaints. People who just walked in and waited in line got their orders in about 20-25 minutes. An employee eventually told me it was "corporate policy" to prioritize walk in customers over online orders. It was Cinco de Mayo, but what's the point of ordering ahead of time if the system/staff ignores the pick up time requests? And the meal was supposed to come with with 12 soft flour tortillas, but we got 8 and there was no salsa in the store. Worse - the large number of folks waiting inside was a complete violation of COVID reopening orders...no room to ensure 6 foot separation with all the people crammed into a small restaurant. Last point - I spoke with the franchise owner and we are getting a full refund...plus they are reviewing their processes corporate wide to try and prevent similar occurrences in the future. read more

Looks like others have the same issue as me. Ordered through Uber Eats, a chicken quesadilla with 3 toppings inside and 3 that I asked for on the side. It was also supposed to come standard with sides of sour cream and pico. They gave me the completely wrong order. Steak quesadilla with none of the toppings inside and absolutely nothing on the side, not the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado crema I asked for, nor the sour cream & pico that always come with quesadillas. My bowl of queso came with less than a third of a bag of chips. And I have no recourse to fix it unless I drive all the way over there. So wrong. I will never order from here again. read more
