Rude. I ordered online a scheduled pickup. They had it made waaay ahead of time. I purposely ordered it for later. I was arriving on a scooter. Because they made it so early I'm worried I'm gonna get sick from how old the food is. I got the alert when it was ready so I know it's over 30 minutes old. The worker didn't care. What's the point of scheduling!! They only tried to defend there view with it was done at ______ time. Yes I see that. That's exactly my point. I wanted Taco Bell and I paid for this! This is hands down the best Taco Bell in all of Florida, I swear. Yes, the drive thru may be a little slow at times. But whoever is back there making that food is amazing and it always comes out hot, fresh and delicious! They've also NEVER gotten our order wrong and we've probably ordered from here 50+ times over the years. And after hurricane Helene flooded mine and our neighbors houses down the street, this Taco Bell fueled us as we remediated and put the pieces back together. I usually always go to this location. Never again after today. Being a vegetarian it's hard to find good fast food that I can actually eat, and Taco Bell is pretty accommodating to my dietary needs.. 10+ years of not eating any meat down the drain today. I got a black bean Crunchwrap supreme. They gave me beef . I spit most of it out and drove back immediately. Explained that to the employees who gave no shits whatsoever. Absolutely terrible staff. I arrived at 3:30, no car in sight besides the 1 or 2 who parked to eat inside, I go to the drive through the women working there was not listening and and also speaking very far and was almost inaudible. I kindly asked "I'm sorry I can't hear you can you speak up" and not a second later she snapped and yelled through the intercom. Nothing short of despicable and rude people staffing this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. To start, this establishment is disgusting; which we didn't realize until after we ordered. Every single table was greasy with food smears. Even the seats were disgusting. We were the only people in the place and had to clean off a table to sit down (I have taken a picture for an example of one of the tables). We order our food: Him: Crunchwrap supreme, crunchy taco, nacho fries. Me: nacho fry box, which includes nacho fries, taco, and a five layer beefy burrito. We each have drinks. So we go to get drinks. There are no lids for the cups and the drink station is a disgusting mess. It literally smells of vomit. We ask for lids and the staff seem incredibly annoyed. I go to get sauce and forks and napkins. There is food smeared all around this area as well and all the flatware cubbies are empty. We ask for forks and again are greeted with irritation. We received our food to which we had to tell them they forgot a nacho fry, and imagine that MORE IRRITATION. The food was sad. Every taco was crammed with lettuce and had just a little bit of cold meat in the bottom. His crunch wrap had very little of anything in it. We were hoping for more filling toward the middle, but as you can see from the picture- it was still a bust. I will from now on drive across town to the 66th street location. At least there the food is hot, the service is nice, and the restaurant is clean. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone! read more

UPDATE: 6-25-2017: I give this Taco Bell another shot and pull up to the drive-thru. The voice apologizes and says they can only take orders inside, there are only two people in the store. Seriously, I feel for the people unlucky enough to get hired here. I hope the owners and general manager are losing their shirts since they don't appear to care about the customers. In the vicinity, Wendy's has remodeled and Culver's just opened. Go to either of these establishments before this Taco Bell. Original review: The poor service at this Taco Bell is starting to become the norm rather than the exception. The other night, the registers in the restaurant were closed more than a half hour before the dining room, necessitating my order to be placed on the drive-thru system. My order was handed between two people and it was input incorrectly. The time before that I stopped here, the drive-thru was very busy, so I went inside. A few people were already inside as well, and after 3-4 minutes none of these people had orders taken, either, so I just left. The month before this, I was in line at the drive-thru with one car at the window and another at the speaker and I waited over TWENTY minutes before getting food. By the time I got to the window to pay, I saw the clock was just getting over 14:00 on my order. This Taco Bell is incredibly convenient to my home and I like the food very much, but I have made the extreme and rare decision to NEVER patronize this location again. read more

Consistent food and quick service at 9:30pm on Saturday evening. The female employee at the drive-thru was nice and double checked our order. We had an order full of minus items and add-ons so, every food item ordered was prepared exactly as we requested. I appreciated how close their drive-thru menu is than most locations. It's still a wee bit further but still clear enough to identify which is what combo. read more

Terrible service, went into the drive thru during lunch, got the most bored sounding woman ever on speaker, then when I finally got to the window, she just said the price, then almost shoved my drink and bag in my face, without asking any sauce or whatnot, then closed the window after I got my card and food. Normally, I would avoid this TB and drive down to the downtown one, due to past experiences. However, on a whim I stopped by and was really impressed at the changes that have been made. What to say its taco bell ... a little slow but was ok ... the young man working the cash was extremely attentive and quick ... my only advise to all individuals working a window if you fill a drink for someone and it spills over the edge please wipe off the soda - my car is immaculate and that to me is very frustrating. The food was good but the workers behind the counter and in the kitchen argued, loudly, the whole time. One of the ladies actually pointed at another and whined to a person in charge. Note this was done at the front counter right in front of half a dozen customers. It slowed the service down. People were waiting and getting frustrated and they continued with their little spat. Over the speaker the lady seems very short and will matter of factly ask how you are but will not prompt you to order until an awkward bit of time has past. I come here quit often and haven't experienced bad customer service until tonight! I was in the drive thru and the cashier Monika kept hearing my oder wrong. I asked for "6" cheesy roll ups. She said "we don't have steak." So I again said 6!! I got silence. So again I said "6 cheesy roll ups, like the number". And she rung up the combo number 6. So I proceeded to speak up because obviously she couldn't here me. And she replied with "well I can't here you if you're going to yell."
